Attract Attention (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and bring your attention into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Who am I?

I am.

Breathe in and investigate.
Breathe out and look deeper. Who am I?

Who am I? Today as you go about your day, keep your attention stuck to your self. Stick to your capital S Self.

Breathe in and know this is how you love your self.
Breathe out and give your self the attention you want from other people.

It’s so simple, you just keep saying I over and over and over.

Breathe in and stick to your self.
Breathe out and stick to the I-thought.

We think that we have these minds that are entities and that’s who we are. We have a mind and it’s thinking and it’s this thing we have to control, we have to discipline, like it’s a creature. But all the mind is, is thoughts. There’s no central creature thinking. There’s no central creature bringing the thoughts in and choosing them.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts just come and go.
Breathe out and be free because there is no central mind. It’s just thoughts coming and going.

And behind every thought is the main thought: I. If you can keep your attention on that underlying thought of “I” you’ll see how there is no central mind and it’s just thoughts coming and going.

Breathe in and stick to your self.
Breathe out and just repeat I. I. And feel what it feels like to be I. That’s it.

It’s the sense I AM. The feeling you exist. Stick to your Self today. Give your self that attention that you crave from other people.

Breathing in, I. I.
Breathing out, I. I. What does it feel like when you say I?

Go to that underlying I-thought that is what’s underneath all of your other thoughts.

Breathing in, I, I, I.
Breathing out, I, I, I.

However it works for you, just repeat I, but really feel the feeling of existing, of being. I. I. Who am I? Keep looking at this I and you’ll see there’s nothing there, and you dissolve into the infinite and you become god and you become miracles.

Breathe in and become miracles today.
Breathe out and stick to your self.

Staying with the sense I Am is how you stay present, it’s how you attract miracles and attention from others.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I. I.

Stick to your self. Stay with the I thought. Repeat it until you dissolve into the infinite and you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, I. I. I.
