Your Own Mistakes Are In Your Favor (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Trust the process of life. Trust you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust it’s all happening in your favor. Even your own mistakes are in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Take your power back right this second.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.

This is your power. This is your magick. This is how you let the thoughts go and let it unfold. This is how you let go and let life flow. This is how you let life fix your problems for you. You ask, am I aware? Genuinely. You look for the answer and you recognize I am aware. I am pure awareness. I don’t need the thoughts. I am pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.

Keep asking this over and over and over instead of thinking, dreading, wishing, wondering, resisting, complaining. Just ask, am I aware? That’s the answer to all of your problems. Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

In the moment that you have conflict, you have an intuitive reaction. You can’t plan for it. All of the times that you rehearse conversations in your mind, it’s never going to play out like that. Instead of thinking about the future, worrying about what you’re going to say or do, just practice being present and then you’ll always be present and you’ll always have the correct intuitive response instead of something canned from your mind that’s just going to create more conflict.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You don’t need your mind for anything. Whatever you need it for will come naturally. The math, the maps, the directions, the logic—sure, those thoughts will happen in the flow. But you don’t need to sit there ruminating, worrying, and planning for the things you don’t want. Just ask yourself, am I aware? And be done with it. Stay there.
That’s the solution. That’s the only answer. Presence is the only answer.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Keep practicing and asking and practicing and asking until you catch the feeling, the knowing, yes I am aware. This is what god is. God is now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

I am aware now. God is now. The answer is now. Presence is now. This is the only time you have to act. If you spend your time arguing with people in your mind, you’re wasting your time and you’re creating more conflict.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You have to slow down enough to ask genuinely, to pay attention to the answer. You have to trust life enough that it’s safe to stop worrying and just rest as pure awareness. But if you devote yourself to this practice, your life will be miraculous. It already is, but you’ll actually be able to see the miracles and experience them in the present moment. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

And that’s the only miracle I need. I’m aware. That means I am one with god. I am happy. I am abundant. And I am at peace. When I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

This tree bears immediate fruit. Trust this holy, sacred question to get you through your day, get you through your life. Miraculously, peacefully, happily, and in love. That’s the best part. You get so much love. You reveal so much love when you are aware. You are aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

And I am now in love, yeah, love.

Clean Up All Your Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Let it all go right now. The more you let go, the more it flows.

Breathe in and relax until this moment.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Let yourself just exist for a minute. Let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax. There is no rush.

Breathe in and keep slowing down into this moment.
Breathe out and slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Nothing can hurt you when you are identified with pure awareness. Nothing can harm you when you step outside of your thoughts into the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and stop second guessing your decisions.

Time is not linear. Everything can be cleaned up in an instant. If you can shift your perspective from the problems to the solutions, everything is resolved in unborn awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I have no problems. My mind is not agitated because I’m not focused on thoughts. I am happy because I am not focused on lack and I am in love because I am not focused on separation.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Clean up all your problems right now by identifying as pure awareness and you do that by asking, “Am I aware?” Be brave enough to drop your fixation on the problems. Rest where the solutions already exist. Pure awareness, that’s what you really are. That’s what lies beyond the thoughts. Trust that it’s safe to drop the thoughts.

Breathe in and make miracles today.
Breathe out and be firm but polite with your thoughts.

Stand up to your thoughts. You don’t need them. Be firm but polite to all of your worldly problems. You don’t need them. Clean them up now by dropping your attention to them and resting as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Test yourself. Test your magick today. See if a spiritual solution will actually solve your problems or if you’re going to have to meddle in your thoughts the rest of your life, suffering your problems.

Breathe in and test your magick right now.
Breathe out and pass the test.

Your problems have a spiritual solution that you can access right now. You’ll never find it in the mind. You’ll never think your way to feeling better.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Trust that presence holds the answers. Trust that presence is the solution. Trust that you’re magickal. Life isn’t worth living if you don’t believe in magick. Then it’s just trudging through the day, dreading,
resisting, worrying, and then you die. Make your life worth living today. Believe in the magick today. Bring the magic back. You don’t have to trudge. You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to stress until you die.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life can be fun today.
Breathe out and believe in your own magick.

And you do that by just dropping the thoughts. And you do that by resting as pure awareness. And you do that by asking, am I aware? And you just stay in that recognizing place. That still, timeless, magickal, loving place of pure awareness. That’s god. Merge with god and your problems will be over.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow. I am proving to myself that magick is real and that life is worth living.

You are the source and you can choose to set the tone right now.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

It’s time for new energy. It’s time for change. Let all of that old stagnant, yucky energy go. Let the old thoughts go.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the new energy. Thank you for the change. I know it’s in my favor. Change is always good.

Breathe in and be light.
Breathe out and let go of the thoughts.

Keep letting go of the thoughts. Let go of the past. Let go of the future. Let go of the judgments.

Breathe in and remember who you are. God.
Breathe out and know everything you want, you want because ultimately it connects you to god. You want to be one with god or love or life.

That’s why you want everything you want. You want money so that you feel safe because that’s what feeling connected to god feels like. You want love so that you feel appreciated and like life is worth living and that’s what it’s like to be connected with god or the universe. Whatever you want to call it. Anything that you want in this physical reality you want because you want to be connected to god. You want to be one with god and you can do that now.

Breathe in and become one with god right now. It’s easy.
Breathe out and just ask yourself, am I aware?

Yes I am aware. That’s it. I’m connected to god. I’m one with god because god is just pure awareness. Everything is just pure awareness. You are pure awareness. I am pure awareness and when you relax into identifying as pure awareness, you’re one with god. You’re one with love. You’re one with life and no thoughts can make you suffer. No pain can make you suffer. You are one with god. Love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice the answer.

It’s not a thought. It’s a recognition. Yes I am aware. I’ve been talking about asking am I aware for over three years now and the mind wants to resist it and say this is boring. This doesn’t work. I need something fresh. I need something new. But if you really do it, if you genuinely inquire into the question, am I aware? You can get that magick back right now. You can connect with god and love right now.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

Ask it for real. Ask genuinely, authentically. Am I aware? Wake yourself up in the dream. Am I aware?

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

Rest there even if you’re just getting a millisecond of recognition. Keep practicing and practicing. Remember the goal. It’s to connect with god so that you don’t need to manifest. You don’t need anything to change. You’re already one with love.

Breathe in and let go of needing.
Breathe out and let go of wanting.

You already have what you want. It’s right here.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

And when I am aware I have no problems because my mind’s not agitated so I’m at peace. I don’t notice any lack so I’m happy and I’m not separate from anyone or anything so I am love itself.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

The mind will take this and make it boring but keep asking. Keep looking for real. Do the inquiry for real even if you’re three years in and it’s boring and you want something fresh. The freshness is right here. The freshness is right now this moment.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

If you’re doing it right nothing will bother you. If you’re doing it right you won’t be annoyed. Keep practicing today. Be free from your suffering. Become one with god right now and then you won’t want for anything else.

Let yourself enjoy the magick of life today. Let yourself slow down enough into the present moment so that you can see life already is the way you want it to be.

And you do that by being present. That’s all you have to do to be successful, to feel love, to enjoy life. Just be present.

Your mind tricks you and makes you think you need to think about things. You need to worry about things to solve them. But it’s your presence that solves your problems. When you’re present, you let go of your attention to what’s wrong and then life sorts it out for you. Life is on your side. Life is taking care of everything. Get out of the way.

Breathe out and know it’s in your favor by saying thank you and really feeling it.

Thank you, thank you. Feel that genuine gratitude for just a second. That tiny glimpse of true gratitude makes you so magnetic for everything you want to happen.

Simply let them go. And you can do that by keeping the gratitude in your heart with thank you. Or you can ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And rest as pure awareness.

Let yourself relax into the magick of life. Let yourself notice everything that is magickal. Let yourself feel that trippy feeling of, “Wow, this is magickal. This is fun. This is a miracle to be here right now.”

Let yourself get in that feeling place of magick instead of worry and stress about stuff that ultimately doesn’t matter at all. All that matters is how you feel right now. And you can feel the best you’ve ever felt right now.

I know it’s in my favor. All those things I was worried about, I know they’re in my favor. I’ve decided to feel good about those things. I’ve let those thoughts go.

Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Acknowledge all of the things that are bothering you, all of the things that are holding you back, all of the things you’re resisting and feel grateful.

Breathe in and say yes to those things.
Breathe out and say thank you for those things.

Yes, I’m overwhelmed by my to-do list. Yes, I’m overwhelmed by all of the pending communication I’m waiting for. Yes, I’m stressed about so many little things like a computer and a yard work and an email. Yes, I’m overwhelmed. Yes, I feel scattered. Yes, I feel stressed.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and say thank you for where you are.

Thank you for the stress. Thank you for the feeling of being overwhelmed. Thank you for the overwhelming to-do list. Thank you for the unanswered emails. Thank you for other people’s problems. Thank you for the yard work. Thank you for the phone calls. Thank you for the mistakes. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I know it’s all in my favor. I know in my heart that everything I’m resisting is happening for me, not to me.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and start feeling lighter.

Thank you for this feeling of anxiety about this unanswered email. Thank you for this feeling of anxiety about what’s to come today. Thank you for this feeling of being overwhelmed by phone calls. Thank you for the phone calls. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and take your power back over your to-do list.
Breathe out and feel grateful for every single item on there.

Thank you for the yard work. Thank you for the phone call to the CPA. Thank you for the phone call to the insurance company. Thank you for the packages I have to mail. Thank you for that one email I’m waiting for. Thank you for the errands. Thank you for the car I have to drive to the errands. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel the shift in your heart.
Breathe out and see how you can go from being overwhelmed to grateful and it will shift the trajectory of your entire life.

You’ll go from being stressed from one thing happening after another after another that bothers you to relaxed in the present moment grateful for everything that comes your way.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

God is never trying to hurt you. There are never things happening against you. Life is on your side. Everything that happens is for you, for your greatest good. You can trust it and if you can shift your attitude from resistance and anxiety to gratitude you’ll see so much more quickly how these things are for you to improve your life to help you.

If you’re waiting for something, feel this genuine gratitude in your heart. Thank you. Thank you. If you feel like something happened and it’s against you, start saying thank you with gratitude in your heart. Thank you. Genuinely feel it. Thank you. Feel how innocent you are. Feel as if you would if you never thought about whether it was good or bad and you just expected everything in life to be good for you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe out and release all of your resistant thoughts about gratitude.

Yes, it’s a little overused, trendy, overdone, meaningless, but gratitude is such a big topic because it is true that it works. It shifts your attention into the flow, into what’s working, into the good side of the wave.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Feel your power coming into your body, releasing into reality. Thank you. Thank you. Walk through your day with thank you in your heart and you will be so powerful, so magnetic, so attractive. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and be magnetic and powerful and attractive today. Breathe out and feel that thank you in your heart.

Feel how powerful it is to have positive expectation, to know life is on your side, to trust that god has got your back. Of course it does.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Welcome feeling blocked. Welcome feeling like I need new ideas. Welcome feeling stuck and sticky. Welcome.

Breathe in and lighten up, life is not serious.
Breathe out and remember you don’t have to care.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and relax your attention to the thoughts.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. You can choose to stand up to your thoughts right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel yourself do that no-thought action of recognizing: yes, I am aware. I’m already doing it. I am aware-ing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Especially after you get what you want and you don’t feel like you need to practice gratitude to get something, am I aware? can really come through. When your life is going well, smoothly, but the thoughts start creeping in about, now I have to worry about this. Now I have to worry about this. I wonder what this person thinks about this. Breathing out, yes, I am.

Let yourself feel the trippy feeling of waking up in the dream. When you ask, am I aware? You drop the thoughts and you start getting relief.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

If you find yourself worrying about stuff that doesn’t matter, if you find yourself wondering what other people are thinking about you, it’s time to stabilize as pure awareness and let the thoughts go. You’re only causing problems for yourself by continuing to think.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

The thing about asking, am I aware? Is it relieves you of anxiety and worry because you’re not overthinking. You’re not ruminating. You’re not wondering what’s going on with other people. You’re just asking, am I aware? And then you rest as the pure awareness for a moment until the thoughts come back and you ask again, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Every time the thoughts start coming back, start getting louder, you go back to am I aware? When you’re really, really stressed or you really wanna manifest something, use thank you. But if you’re already at a stable point in life, relax into am I aware? and let your life get better and better. Increase your tolerance for feeling good. Increase your tolerance for good things happening to you today.

Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I feel rushed. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I feel proud of myself for checking the things off my list today even though I didn’t feel good. Yes, I’m relieved. Yes, I’m a little anxious. Yes, I am trying to slow down. Yes, I am glad I made the choices I did today. Yes, I’m relaxing into this moment.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you and mean it.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. As soon as you start feeling a bad mood coming on, or you start feeling like something’s happening against you, something you don’t like, flip the switch to thank you right away.

Breathe in and trust the power of thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Get in the feeling place. Catch it before it’s too late. It’s never too late, but it’s a good thing. It’s never too late, but if you start feeling gratitude right as you notice your mood dipping, your life will flow so much more smoothly.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Just trust it’s in your favor.

Be patient. That’s the requirement of the magick spell of thank you. Just be patient. It’s not going to happen immediately. Well, sometimes it can, but it takes time for reality to shift according to your vibration.

Breathe in and shift reality with your vibration.
Breathe out and feel your power. Trust the power of thank you.

Really believe in yourself. Do you know that you are the source of your experience? Do you know that you have to become it to see it? If you know these things, practice it right now. Thank you. Thank you.

Catch yourself with thank you before you get in an argument, before you get too depressed, before you make choices out of fear.

Breathe in and make choices out of gratitude.
Breathe out and make choices out of gratitude.

You are so loved. You are so lucky. And if you don’t, choose thank you. You might regret it when you see life already is the way you want it to be. When you see it was all in your favor, you will have wished, “Dang, I should have just enjoyed my time. It was all in my favor. I didn’t have to resist. I didn’t have to get so distraught and morose.”

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Feel this feeling in your heart. Feel the feeling of thank you right now and then tell yourself, “Patience. It always pays off. Thank you always pays off. Patience. Patience. Patience.”

Breathe in and make choices out of gratitude today.
Breathe out and have such a good attitude today.

You know everything flows so smoothly when you have a good attitude. You know that you’re the source of your experience. So today, practice it and reap the rewards.

Stop Doing the Avoid Dance (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Remember that everything you want, you want because you want god. You want love. And you can get there right now. You don’t need anything in your life to change. You don’t need anyone to do anything differently. You don’t need more money or more health. You can become one with love and god right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Trust this question, this holy question. Trust that by noticing or recognizing your innate awareness, you will merge with love. You will merge with all that is because everything is made up of pure awareness, including you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Keep asking and asking and asking, keep doing the inquiry until you see through the illusion of your thoughts. Your thoughts are convincing you that you need something to change in order to feel better or be happy.

Breathe in and see nothing has to change.
Breathe out and smile because nothing has to change for you to be satisfied and fulfilled in this physical reality.

It’s a recognition, you’re already doing it. It’s just the clouds of thought that are preventing you from seeing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Sometimes it helps to acknowledge the clouds of thought that are mucking up your day. Yes I’m in pain, yes I’m irritable, yes I wish people would act differently, yes I’m anticipating arguments, yes I am annoyed, yes I am dreading things, yes I am seeking, yes I am looking for a chemical feeling instead of doing the work, yes I’m feeling lazy, yes I’m so annoyed with myself and the world, yes I’m tired of being the fucking source, yes I’m tired, yes I’m tired of trying too hard, yes I’m tired of looking for satisfaction in the world. Yes, I’m tired of waiting to be valued. Yes, I’m tired of waiting for attention. Yes, I’m tired of waiting, yes, I’m tired of waiting, yes, I’m tired of waiting.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and welcome where you are.

Yes, I’m tired of waiting. Yes, I’m disappointed in myself for looking to another wave when I’m the source of the waves. Yes, I’m so disappointed in myself. Yes, I want to take the easy way out. Yes, I want to give up. Yes, I just want to feel better. Yes, I’m tired of pleasing other motherfucking people.
Yes, I’m tired of trying to please all day, every day, when I don’t even know how to please myself.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and feel better already.

When you acknowledge what’s going on, those thoughts lose their power and you see they’re just passing objects in awareness. You don’t have to resist them. You can let them go.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Let the emotions pass. Let the thoughts pass by acknowledging them, by facing them. Face whatever it is that’s bothering you. It’s not as bad as it seems when you’re resisting it. It’s not as bad as it seems when you’re avoiding it.

Breathe in and stop doing the avoid dance.
Breathe out and just let yourself be.

Let the thoughts pass. Let yourself just exist. You don’t have to try. You don’t have to please. You don’t have to change. Just exist and you’re already doing it.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”
