Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for it all happening in my favor. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for the best day of my life!

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your desires.

Become desireless today. All of your suffering comes from wanting things to be different from how they are. Today, just accept it how it is. And then you don’t have to suffer. And then the things you want to change will take care of themselves.

Breathe in and make for the center!
Breathe out and let the periphery take care of itself!

Keep your attention on your inner being. Keep your attention on the presence of god within.

Breathe in and make for the center.
Breathe out and keep your attention on the presence of god within.

Ask yourself, over and over and over, who am I? Who am I? Who am I? To whom are these thoughts arising? To me? Who is me? I am! That’s it!

Breathe in and ask, to whom are these thoughts arising?
Breathe out and feel your mind turn around into the directionless direction, to rest in the source of attention, god itself.

Breathe in and go in the directionless direction.
Breathe out and rest your attention on the source of attention.

Who am I? To whom are these thoughts arising? Who am I? Am I aware? Who am I? Keep asking these questions. Investigate. Who are you??

Breathing out, who am I?

Keep looking. Feel that feeling. When you say, “I”, that’s your sense of being.

Breathing out, who am I?

I. I. I. Let the letter I wake you up in the dream! Keep your attention on your sense of being. Stick to your Self. Become completely obsessed with your Self. Not your person, not your personality, not your body, not the way you look, not any of your physical characteristics. Keep your attention on the source within, the I, the I AM.

Breathe in and stick to your self.
Breathe out and know that this is how everything comes to you!

This is what self love truly is—when you just keep your attention on your capital S Self.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am.

Keep your attention on your Self. Love your Self by resting your attention on I. I am. Whatever tiny little thought it is that helps you feel your sense of being, like Am I aware, who am I, I am, I—whatever works for you, keep your attention there all day. That is how you love yourself, that is how what you want comes to you like a moth to a flame.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am!

I am. I am. And now everything I want is coming to me like a moth to a flame!
