Welcome Whatever Comes (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender your worries. Surrender.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go.

Keep letting go of those thoughts. What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m distracted. Yes, I’m a little worried. Yes, I just want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I want… I don’t know what I want. Yes, I’m uncertain. Yes, I don’t know what I want.

Breathe in and welcome it all.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

If I don’t know what I want, it means I don’t have much contrast in my life, meaning I don’t really have any problems. So while I’m in this perfect place of not having problems, not wanting anything, the best thing I can do is rest in gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Instead of getting lazy with my attention, letting my vibration slip.

Breathe in and say thank you and keep your vibration high.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Even though the second I realized that if I don’t have any desires, that means I don’t have any problems, which means I don’t have a lot of contrast, which means contrast is coming—all of that feeling of responsibility and worry that I need to do something to keep bad things from happening—all of that is mental activity that is unnecessary. Life is what it is. It’s not good or bad until you think about it.

Breathe in and go beyond good and bad.
Breathe out and just rest in gratitude and awareness.

Every moment is the same when you are pure awareness. Stabilize as you are. The unchanging. And let life come and go. Let the ups and downs come and go. It’s all the same. It’s all one. It’s all god.

Breathe in and stabilize as you are.
Breathe out and do that by asking, am I aware?

When I am aware I have no problems. When I am aware my mind is at peace because I’m not agitated with thinking. When I am aware I’m happy because I’m not thinking about what’s lacking and when I am aware I am love itself because I don’t notice separation from anyone or anything that I love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

And sometimes asking, am I aware? can introduce a lot more thinking. If you don’t have the devotion right now to genuinely ask, am I aware? and investigate, you can just invite a lot more thinking with that question. If you are beating yourself up or uncertain or you feel like you don’t deserve a good day you can just ask yourself, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and see the perfection of this moment.
Breathe out and know this moment is perfect no matter what you are doing, no matter what other people are doing or not doing.

There’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and get some space from your mind.
Breathe out and let life just be perfect today.

What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? As soon as the thoughts come back remember, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and see that there’s nothing wrong today.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing there’s nothing wrong.

There is nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and say thank you for the perfection of the moment.
Breathe out and welcome whatever comes.

It’s always this moment. It’s always perfect and there is never anything wrong if you don’t think about it.

Stop Seeking (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

Drop the thoughts right now. Drop the trying to control. Let life do it. Let god do it. Stop trying to control right now.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and smile because you can surrender now.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Trust that you can let go of trying to control right now. Let go of the thoughts that are scheming and planning and trying to figure it out. Trying to insert you, trying to do something, to gain favor, to gain something. There’s nothing to gain.

Breathe in and know this moment is all there is.
Breathe out and let this moment be just as good as that moment you think you’re gonna get what you want.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and be present.

Wake up right here, right now. Wake up. This is it. This is the main event, not when you get the thing you want, not when something changes.

Breathe in and wake up.
Breathe out and smile.

This moment is it. This moment is supposed to be as good as the moment when you get what you want. Feel that way now and then you’ll get what you want but you won’t need it because you already feel the way you want to feel.

Breathe in and remember your fucking power.
Breathe out and take your fucking power back now.

Stop looking to the world for satisfaction. Stop looking to the world for something to change to make you feel better. You become it then you see it. Take your power back right now. You are the source. Take it back now.

Breathe in and take your power back right now.
Breathe out and smile because it’s that simple.

Take it back. Remember you’re the creator. You take your power back by dropping the thoughts, dropping the worry and you do that by asking, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Remind yourself over and over and over. This moment is it, am I aware? This moment is the best moment. This moment is the paradise, the heaven that I’ve been looking for. It’s right here when I drop the thoughts.

Breathe in and take your power back today.
Breathe out and be the fucking creator.

Stop waiting for the world to change to feel better. Stop waiting for the world to tell you how to feel. Stop waiting for something to change. You are the unchanging. Be that. Who you really are never changes. Be that. Be the creator.

Breathe in and take your power back right now.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go. You’re god, you’re source. Stop waiting. Stop seeking.

Breathing out, yes I am aware.

And when I am aware I have no problems because my mind’s not agitated so I’m at peace. I’m not focused on lack so I’m happy and I’m not separate from those I love so I am love itself.

Be confident today. Take your power back. Trust that you are god. You are the creator. You are the source.
Stop waiting and stop seeking. Drop the thoughts and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Welcome back to the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you, thank you. Everything is perfect and in its place and it’s all happening in your favor. Every single thing that you think is happening against you, it’s actually in your favor.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is, because it’s all in your favor.

Welcome the things that you don’t like about your day right now. Welcome people not replying. Thank you, thank you for not replying. I’m recording this video because they didn’t reply. Thank you, thank you for not replying. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what you think is against you.
Breathe out and say thank you for what you think is against you.

Welcome cramps and feeling uncomfortable in my body. Thank you cramps. Thank you for feeling uncomfortable in my body. Thank you. Because of this I’ve slowed down and let myself read half a book today. Thank you, thank you. You never know when reading half a book is going to change the trajectory of your entire life.

Breathe in and welcome what you think is happening against you.
Breathe out and say thank you for those things you think are happening against you.

Welcome cravings and seeking. Welcome thinking I need something outside of me to feel better. Welcome looking to the world for satisfaction. Thank you. Thank you for this tendency that’s making me look to the world for satisfaction so that I get burned every time. And I don’t get satisfaction from my seeking and it makes me go within and find out that I’m the source. Nothing in the world is ever going to be the god that’s inside of me. Thank you. Thank you seeking. Thank you for helping me see life already is the way I want it to be, thank you for helping me see the only thing missing is god and I can get that god right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome the things you think are happening against you.

Welcome criticizing the way I speak. Thank you, self-criticism. Thank you. It makes me better over time. Thank you. Thank you. You can do this over and over and over. Make the list of things that are happening against you and even if you can’t see it right now why it’s actually in your favor, write it down and in a few days, you’ll see it did happen in your favor. Good did come from it. You are better off for it.

Breathe in and welcome what’s happening against you.
Breathe out and say thank you for what’s happening against you.

Like that Willie Nelson song. At least you have the makings of a song.

Let God Give It To You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Am I aware? Am I aware of how thirsty I am? Am I aware of the pounding? Am I aware? Am I aware of how emotional I feel? Am I aware?

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and just welcome what is.

Yes, I’m beating myself up. Yes, I want to be seen and understood and welcomed and loved, but by the people that don’t see me and don’t welcome me and don’t love me only.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, I already feel regret today. Yes, I’m already distracted. Yes, I’m already seeking in the world for something to change to feel better. Yes, I’m seeking.

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and relax your body.

If you’re seeking, you’re suffering. And yes, I am suffering right now.

Breathe in and become aware of where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and shine the light of awareness on the seeking.

I’m looking to something in my life experience to change so that I can feel better. When I am the source! And I know all I have to do is say thank you and really feel it and I’ll shift my whole reality.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and watch your mind still scheming.
Breathe out and notice your thoughts extending out.

Maybe if I do this, this will change. Maybe if I do this, I’ll get this. All of this cause and effect, if then statements. But you don’t have to scheme. You don’t have to try. You don’t have to force. Quit trying to force. Quit trying to force it. Let god give it to you. What’s meant for you will come to you. You’re open enough.

Breathe in and ask am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

When I am aware I have no problems. Often I’m torn between, do I sit around saying thank you? but then I’m looking for a manifestation or do I ask, am I aware? But I feel empty and I need something to change. All of these questions are just excuses putting off presence. All of this confusion and wondering about what to do with my mind—it’s just the mind busying itself.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Let yourself be an artist today. Let god flow through you. Let yourself enjoy your own life. Quit trying to scheme and change. Quit trying to change. Surrender. The more you let go the more it flows. Let it go.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

Feel the gratitude for this moment. You don’t need anything to change. You already have what you want right here. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and empty yourself.
Breathe out and stop needing things to change to feel better.

Yes I feel unneeded. Yes that’s my suffering today. I’m seeking to feel needed.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and just welcome it.

As long as you’re aware, it’s not a problem.

Breathe in and need yourself.
Breathe out and give yourself what you need.

I want to feel needed so that I won’t be abandoned. I want to feel needed so I have value.

Breathe in and let your value be your presence.
Breathe out and devote yourself to presence today.

The only thing missing is god. Remember that. The only thing missing is god. You can get the god by being present and you can be present by asking, am I aware?

Breathing out yes. I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. I am aware that awareness is god. That being aware is practicing the presence of god and that the only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and devote yourself to practicing the presence of god today.
Breathe out and be the thing that was missing, the presence of god.

Feel Good Regardless (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

It’s safe to let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender trying to control. Surrender all of your effort. Surrender the struggle.

Breathe in and let life be easy today.
Breathe out and remember every moment is supposed to be as good as any other.

When you are aware that you are aware, you go beyond yes and no, good and bad, right and wrong. And you hold all that is. You are the bliss containing everything. You are one.

Breathe in and let go of the up and down.
Breathe out and see how every moment can be the same—as good, as blissful as any other.

When you remember this, that this moment is supposed to be as good as when you get what you want, then life flows. You relax. You let go of your grip on needing to control because it doesn’t matter what you do. Every moment is the same. Yes, there are ups and downs in experiencing, but who you really are never changes, pure awareness. And when you identify as pure awareness, you don’t need anything to change. You don’t need the ups. You don’t need manifestations. You let life come and go as it pleases because you are one with everything. It doesn’t matter what comes and goes.
You are all of it.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am.

That is how you identify as awareness, god, the one thing we all have in common. When you let the thoughts go and just exist as awareness, life already is the way you want it to be. You recognize the miracle that we exist in right now. You feel love all the time. Love for the good, love for the bad. You see how it’s all one and you don’t have to resist anymore.

Breathe in and see how it’s all one.
Breathe out and let go of the resistance.

You don’t have to fight anything anymore. Just ask, am I aware? Because when you are aware, you have no problems because you’re not thinking. You’re not worrying. You’re not stressing. You’re not scheming. You’re not planning, trying to control. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you suffer. Today, identify as pure awareness, become one with all that is, and then enjoy being love itself. That is who you really are.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Life is magickal. Life is a miracle. Don’t let the petty day-to-day things disturb your peace. Everything comes and goes. You have to learn to feel good regardless of what comes and goes. You cannot wait for something to change to feel better. You can relax into awareness and reveal everything is already perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Authentically, genuinely ask that question and truly look at the answer that only you can find. I can tell you all day what you have to do, but you have to make the choice to see for yourself that beyond all the thoughts, all the experiences, all the emotions, there is simply awareness. And when you rest there and let the thoughts and emotions and experiences come and go, you’re one with god, you’re one with love, what more can you ask for?

Everything is just happening, whether you think about it or not. It’s safe to trust the safety of this present moment and let go of the thoughts, let go of the planning, let go of the scheming, let go of the worrying.

Breathe out and remember the power of thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. You must become it to see it. So flip the switch right now with thank you. Reveal the gratitude in your heart and shift the trajectory of your entire life right now.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Life is taking care of life and if you can get out of the way and relax into gratitude, you will experience nothing but miracles today.

Thank you. Thank you. Even though you want to manifest things, you want things to change, you want higher highs, you want good things. Remember that each high comes with a low and chasing after the highs or the manifestations just opens you up to the lows and the disappointments. The trick is to enjoy your life no matter what happens and not get so attached to what comes and goes.

Breathe in and see the perfection of this moment.
Breathe out and feel like this moment is exactly what you wanted.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This moment is exactly what I wanted. Let yourself slow down into the relief that’s available right here. You’ve come so far. Let yourself stop and enjoy your success. Enjoy what life is giving you at this second. You made it. This is it. This moment is the miracle that your mind tells you you’re seeking for.

Breathe in and say thank you. It worked.
Breathe out and take the time to appreciate having what you used to pray for.

Remember wanting what you currently have? You made it. You can relax. You can let go.

Breathe in and say thank you for this moment.
Breathe out and stop rushing for the future.

This moment holds what you wanted. Aren’t you so relieved to be here? Remember wanting this? You made it. Take the time to appreciate it.

Today you don’t need to manifest anything. Treat your successes the same as your disappointments or your failures. It’s all the same. Nothing affects the pure awareness that you truly are. Each moment is equally blissful when you step outside of your mind. When you let the thoughts go. When you stabilize as you are, pure awareness. All of life can be bliss. Not affected by success and failure. Not affected by the ups and downs.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and zoom out and notice yes I am aware.

I am the awareness. I am the theater in which this is all happening. Stay there. Be the theater. Not the character.

Breathe in and be the theater today.
Breathe out and just be.

Let it unfold. Appreciate where you are. You used to pray for times like this.

Breathe in and let every moment be blissful today.
Breathe out and be the theater in which it’s all occurring.

That’s where the bliss is. Holding the yes and no. Holding the good and bad. Holding the up and down. Containing it all. Zoom out. Be the theater and let yourself enjoy life regardless of your circumstances.

How You Feel Dictates Reality (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Everything is perfect and in its place. You can relax now and just enjoy being.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Remember you are the source. Every time I start feeling depressed or down or lost in my thoughts and I remember to say thank you, I instantly get the pick me up of remembering: I’m the creator. I am the source. I become it and then I see it. I can choose right now to feel better. I don’t have to let reality dictate how I feel. How I feel dictates reality.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

In the moment you say thank you and really feel it, you can tell it has an effect on your experience. You feel more optimistic for a moment but then the thoughts come back.
“I’m going to have to do this later and then I’m going to feel bad again. I’m waiting for this and I can’t feel good until I get it.” But remember it’s only the thoughts making you feel bad and you can transcend those thoughts by asking:

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You don’t need to keep getting lost in the thoughts. Yes, they keep coming back. You can’t stop them. But you don’t have to give attention to them. You don’t have to let them dictate how you feel. Your brain perceives thoughts just like your ear perceives sounds. They are not your thoughts. You didn’t make them. You’re just perceiving them with your brain. You can let them go.

Breathe in and get some distance from your thoughts.
Breathe out and smile because you can transcend your thoughts today.

You are the source. You are the creator. Allow yourself to feel better right now with thank you and then that boost of optimism gives you the courage to surrender the thoughts, to trust it’s safe to just exist in the present moment without a plan, without a scheme, without meddling. Just let it unfold. Be at peace with what is right here right now. Everything is perfect and in its place. There’s nothing wrong.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Feel yourself becoming more optimistic already. Feel yourself taking control of your life experience. You be it to see it. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in the knowing that yes, I am aware.

You’ll know exactly when it’s working. When you come to, and you look around you and you realize those thoughts have been clouding you for days, if not weeks, if not months, if not years. You don’t need them. They’re not yours. Let them go.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Slow down into the present moment. In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Life takes care of life. Your problems solve themselves. And there is bliss here. There is love here. Don’t let your thoughts disrupt this.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Don’t let the thoughts disrupt this. They’re not even your thoughts. And when you let them go, you can see life already is the way you want it to be. When you let go of the thoughts, the worries, the problems—those things stop existing. There’s no more problems.

Breathe in and enjoy your day today.
Breathe out and let go of needing it to go a certain way.

Let go of needing to plan and scheme and have it go your way. Let life live you today. Let the miracles keep coming. Step away from the thoughts.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you for the best day of my life.”
Breathe out and let today really be the best day of your life.

Anything can happen, starting right now. Let it be fun. Let it be magickal.

Breathe out and remember you must be it to see it.

Whatever you want to see in your life today, start feeling that way now, as if you had already received it.

Trust your power. Trust that you are the creator of your reality.

Breathe in and feel optimistic about your day. Breathe out and start feeling the way you wanna feel right now.

What is it that you wanna receive? I want rest and relaxation and perfect timing and love. I want love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

If you wanna feel love, all you have to do is simply identify as pure awareness. You let the thoughts go, you become present. And when you’re present, you are love. You are in love because there is no separation from you and other people, places, things, animals—whatever you love, when you’re present, you’re not separate and so you’re in love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

Remember the power of asking this. We can get so caught up in our lives wanting to control all the little details, feeling so responsible for our choices, other people’s choices, the things that happen. But if we let ourselves relax into awareness, life takes back the control and everything works out and you don’t have to lift a finger. You can relax now. You don’t have to control anything. Just stabilize as you are, pure awareness, and you can be in love and life will take care of the rest.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Get yourself to that magickal trippy feeling, right this second. Am I aware? Yes I am.

Take a moment to notice what a miracle it is that you’re here. Let the thoughts go for just a few minutes, for as long as you can by asking, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Take the time to slow down, to become one with your experience.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Trust this magickal question. Trust this holy question. Trust that it’s safe to let the thoughts go.
Trust that miracles will be revealed when you let go of the thoughts. The thoughts are the only thing making you feel bad, the only thing causing problems. The thoughts are the problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Let yourself relax into the magick of awareness. Trust that it will work for you. Trust that you don’t have to control. Trust that life will work it out. All you have to do is relax and enjoy right now.

I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and lighten up, life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts are causing the problems. If you have a problem that you can’t stop thinking about, let this be your sign. Let this be the signal that it’s time to stop worrying about that problem and entrust it to god.

Breathe in and entrust your problems to god.
Breathe out and really try it today.

When you have a problem that you keep thinking about, over and over and over and over and over, you’re just making it worse. You’re just pinning it into place with your awareness of its existence. If you can drop your thoughts, if you can drop your attention to the problem, it will solve itself. Life is always working itself out. Let life work out.

Breathe in and drop the thoughts by asking, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts today.

When the problem becomes so overwhelming that you know there’s no solution, you keep thinking about it and thinking about it and thinking about it, you can’t figure out what to do and you know if you do this one thing, it’s not a good idea and if you do this other thing, it’s going to end badly—When you get to that point with your problems, it’s safe to let them go and let life work them out and the only way to do that is dropping your attention to the problem. The only way to do that is to enter the present moment and there are many ways to do that, but one easy way is self-inquiry and you just ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

Instantly your attention is removed from the problems and placed into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Ask yourself right now, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” You can even ask yourself that in the middle of an argument. Ask yourself in the middle of something bad happening.

“What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” There’s nothing ever wrong. You might have pain, you might have uncomfortable emotions in your body, but there’s nothing actually wrong until you think about it. Only the mind separates into good and bad and right and wrong. It’s all just happening. It is what it is and when you’re present, you can see the beauty of the good and the bad and how you can’t have one without the other. It’s all one whole thing, awareness. And that’s what you are and that’s what god is. And today you can solve a problem by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

Trust this holy question. Trust that it’s safe to drop the thoughts, drop the worrying, drop the overthinking. Worrying about something just keeps making it happen because your attention is creating. Where attention goes, energy flows. You are manifesting your life and you can start manifesting a life that you prefer by stepping into the present moment.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I’m not focused on lack, so I’m happy. When I am aware, my mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace and when I am aware, I don’t notice any separation between me and what I love. So I am love. I am in love. I’m one with all that is.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

And now that I am aware, life is taking care of my problems and I am free to enjoy being.

Breathe in and remember to feel it to see it.
Breathe out and decide how you want to feel right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Breathe in and be light. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I’m beating myself up for always worrying about what other people think. Yes, I am so anxious.
Yes, I am worried. Yes, I keep thinking about the future. Yes, I keep thinking about what other people think about me. Yes, I am caring about what other people think. Yes, I am caring about what other people are doing.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and notice the arrow pulling back to shoot you in the direction you want to go.

Yes, I’m caring about what other people think. What do I prefer? I would prefer to not give a fuck. Yes, I’m anxious about the future and scared about what’s going to happen. What would I prefer? I would prefer to know it’s all going to work out no matter what.

Breathe in and notice what you prefer.
Breathe out and feel that feeling of what you prefer.

It’s all going to work out. I don’t give a fuck. I don’t give a fuck. It’s all going to work out. That’s the vibration that I want to live in. That’s the knowing that I want to feel.

Breathing in, it’s all going to work out.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

It’s all going to work out. It’s all going to work out.

Breathe in and feel the way you want to feel right now.
Breathe out and really get into it.

I don’t give a fuck. It’s all going to work out no matter what. No matter what happens, no matter what happens tomorrow, no matter what someone else thinks of me, it’s all going to work out. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and feel lighter already.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you already have.

You already know these things. It is going to work out. Everything ever leading up to now has worked out for you and it’s going to continue to do so. It’s all going to work out, no matter what happens.

Breathing in, it’s all working out for me.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

It’s all working out. I don’t have to worry. I don’t have to stress. In the big picture, it’s all going to work out. It already is done.

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and feel your power as the creator.

You feel it, then you see it. So decide right now what you want to feel and then that’s what you will see. You are the creator. Take the first step. Feel it, then see it.

Breathing in, it’s all working out.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck. I really don’t.

When you take the time to really face your fears, face those thoughts going on, you see that they really don’t have power over you. They’re just thoughts. When you face them, you can see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, it’s all working out.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

It’s all working out. I don’t have to care. I don’t have to stress. In the big picture, it already did work out.

Breathe in and enjoy your life today no matter what happens.
Breathe out and let yourself be present today.

That’s how you enjoy it no matter what happens. No matter what goes wrong, no matter what people say or don’t say, it will all work out and you will feel it in the moment when you are present. And you do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

Remember, each moment is supposed to be just as good as the other. What happens in experience and physical reality doesn’t really matter. It comes and goes. It doesn’t change who you really are, pure awareness. Every single moment is really the same as the other. So if you’re looking, if you’re seeking for something to make you feel better, notice: this moment is supposed to be as good as the moment when you receive what you wanted. Get there now. Be aware of being aware. Be present right now and then you won’t need anything to change.
