Make for the Center (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Let yourself be here now. Just say thank you for how things are.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and relax. It’s all happening in your favor!

Relax. Let yourself relax into this moment.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! I know it’s in my favor! I trust the timing is perfect. I know it’s all working out perfectly.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and say thank you god for replacing me with you.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. Your suffering is only caused by wanting things to change. Your mind narrating what’s wrong, what’s good, what’s bad—that’s all the suffering. Life is unfolding as life wants to do. It’s not up to you!

Breathe in and let go of control!
Breathe out and let it play!

Take no action. Don’t try to change anything! Leave it alone! Leave it all alone. Thinking about it won’t help. Reject all of your thoughts and relax into the knowing of your being.

Breathe in and make for the center!
Breathe out and let the periphery take care of itself!

The more you rest your attention on your Self, the more love you give your Self, by staying as you are, the more easily your life will work out. The problems you thought you had will take care of themselves if you get out of the way! You can stop your suffering right now by making for the center!

Breathe out and let the periphery take care of itself!

How do you make for the center? You rest your attention on your Self. And how do you rest your attention on your Self? By staying with your sense of being. Staying as you are. You can go about it with thoughts like “I am” or the letter “I” or sacred questions like “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” You can just rest in gratitude. Say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you god for replacing me with you! How do you center yourself? How do you make for the center? How do you rest your attention on your Self?

Breathe in and rest your attention on your Self!
Breathe out and feel how this is what Self love is.

Just sticking to your Self. Keeping your attention inside, on your Self, off of this world. Resting as you are. Just repeat “I, I, I” or “I AM” or “Am I aware?” Or “Who am I?” Whatever thought brings you to center, stay there and your problems will take care of themselves.

Breathe in and make for the center!
Breathe out and let the periphery take care of itself!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right! And everything that’s happening is unfolding in your favor. Your only work is to trust and get out of the way! And to trust and get out of the way, you make for the center. Just repeat “I” over and over. Stay as you are, in the I AM. Resting on god itself.

Breathe in and let it be simple!
Berate out and let it be easy!

Make for the center and the periphery will take care of itself!
