Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Let go of wanting it to go a certain way. Let go of caring about the outcome. Keep letting go.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Let yourself relax into this moment.

Breathe in and calm down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Relax. Keep letting go. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and feel your mind turn around on itself to ask, “Who am I?”

Focus on that answer. I am. Focus on the search for “I”.

Breathe in and rest your attention on your sense of being.
Breathe out and keep asking, who am I? Who am I? Who am I?

Or just repeat, I. I. I. Feel your sense of being. Feel that you exist. Know that you are here.

Breathing out, who am I?

I. I. I. Whatever technique works for you to feel your sense of being, stay there today. Am I aware? Who am I? I am. I. Whatever tiny little thought it takes to get you to feel your sense of being, use that and stay here. Stay as you are.

Stay focused on Self. Rest your attention on your Self, by repeating the letter I. You gradually sink deeper and deeper into pure awareness. You stop being so mixed with your experience. And you start feeling completely satisfied because you’ve gone within, where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing out, I. I. I.

Repeat the letter I over and over. See if that works for you to feel your sense of being. Reject every other thought. Reject all thoughts. To every single thought, respond with, “Who am I?” Or “Am I aware?” Or “I”.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and know. It is I. Pure awareness. God. Consciousness.

Breathe in and stop mixing with experience.
Breathe out and be the source.

You are the source. When you rest as I, when you rest as pure awareness, when you rest as I am, you’re the source. You’re awareness. You’re god. And everything you want comes to you, but you don’t need it because you feel so good being awareness.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and know the answer. I am. I am pure awareness. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.
