Surrender Control (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and slow down. Slow down.

Everything is happening in perfect timing. It’s safe to trust the process of life, and let what you want come to you today.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

If things aren’t exactly the way you want, if your preferences are causing you suffering, go back to YES and THANK YOU and remember that it’s all happening in your favor!

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Trust that however it’s happening is in your best interest! It’s happening in your favor! Trust the process of life. Whatever you’re trying to control, surrender right now.

Breathe in and say yes! I surrender!
Breathe out and surrender control.

Let go of control right now. And you do that just by letting go. Let go. Let go. Right now. Let go.

Breathe in and remember you are the source!
Breathe out and be the source!

If things aren’t going your way, ask yourself, “What state of consciousness am I in where I’m creating this?”

Breathe in and empower yourself today.
Breathe out and take responsibility for how you feel.

You must become it to see it, so whatever you want to receive, imagine right now how you’ll feel when you get it.

Breathe in and say yes! Yes! Yes!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the flow. Thank you for helping me let go of trying to control.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You are the source. If you want things to go your way, remember you’re the creator. You are the source of all of your experience. If you want things to start unfolding smoothly, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no separation.

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and know there is nothing to gain or lose from any experience. And when you get to that place where you want to go, when you get that thing you want to get, you’ll feel the same as you do right now. So take the time to feel really good right now. Because it’s always right now!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you for the perfect timing! Thank you for the unconditional love! Thank you for the abundance! Thank you god for replacing me with you!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Trust it’s happening in your favor! Trust that it’s meant to be like this! Trust that what you want is coming and right now, all you can do is relax and enjoy right here.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! I am the source! And I am now in the flow!
