Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and trust the perfect timing of what is.

Relax into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and smile because smiling directs your trip.
Breathe out and feel better already!

This is the best day of your life and it’s only going to get better from here!

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and let this be your super power today. Yes I am aware.

Any time you notice yourself struggling or your mood dips or you encounter a problem or things aren’t going the way you want, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. Every time you ask, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look for the answer, you go to the placeless place. Your mind does a thing that’s not a thought. It turns around to look at itself and awareness becomes aware that it’s aware.

Breathe in and rest in this awareness.
Breathe out and know: this is who you truly are.

You might think you’re a person with preferences and judgements and beliefs, but that’s just a thought stream. Every single thing about you is just a thought. Who you really are is simply pure awareness. Untainted, unchanged, no attributes, no qualities, just pure unconditional love and joy.

Breathe in and surrender your preferences!
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware?”

Because when I’m aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no separation. When I am aware, there is no agitation, and when I am aware there is no lack.

Breathe in and be abundant and peaceful and happy today!
Breathe out and merge with all that is.

You’re already doing it. But every time you let your attention drift into the thought stream, you become mesmerized. You become enchanted with the story, the narrative of your mind. But all that truly exists, all that is really real, is pure awareness and that is who you really are.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel yourself go to the placeless place, where you find that answer, where you recognize the answer. Yes I am aware, I am awareness. You can try asking yourself, “Am I not aware?” You know right away you are aware. Just stay in that sensation, stay in that knowing, that recognition: I am aware. That’s it and that’s all. If you can stay there, the rest of your life will flow.

Breathe in and surrender your preferences!
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

And any time you find yourself resisting or seeking, simply ask, “Am I aware?” And then you’re simply identified as pure awareness.

Breathe in and be unconditional love today!
Breathe out and know: you’ll be happy no matter what happens.

Because you are aware that you are aware, and now you are in the flow!
