Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let your thoughts settle down.

You’re in the right place at the right time. And you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

It’s all working out perfectly without you trying to force or try or strive. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel that feeling of thank you!

Thank you. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the miracles. Thank you for the flow of well being. Thank you for everything working out in my favor.

Breathe in and just be.
Breathe out and be.

That’s the only thing you have to do today. Your only point of focus. Your mantra, your mental code is simply: be.

Breathe in and be.
Breathe out and be.

The impulse to do the right thing at the right time will come. Right now, it’s safe to relax. It’s safe to relax where you are. It’s safe to enjoy being.

You don’t have to think about that right now. You don’t have to think about any of that. The inspired thought will come if you can let yourself be.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust. It’s all happening in your favor.

Really trust today! It’s all unfolding perfectly. You don’t have to get involved! What you want will come to you. And if you can relax, and just BE, you’ll be magnetized to receive everything you want.

Breathe in and BE.
Breathe out and be.

That’s the only instruction, the only technique. You’re already doing it!

Breathing in, be.
Breathing out, just be.

Right now, relax. Say to yourself, “Be.”

There’s nothing you have to do. There’s nothing you have to think about. You don’t have to figure it out. You don’t have to solve any problems. You can just be and let the solutions come.

Breathe in and be.
Breathe out and be.

You’re already doing it. What you want is coming now. But the best part is the more you practice being, the better you feel, the more unconditional love is revealed, and it’s so fun. You’ll be in a such a good mood! Let yourself deliberately BE today, and see how everything is happening in your favor.
