Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and slow down.

You don’t have to get anything else done. You don’t have to check anything off any more lists. It’s safe to relax and enjoy life exactly the way it is.

Breathe in and celebrate! You made it!
Breathe out and smile! You made it!

This is it! This is the main event! This is the beloved. This is paradise, right here.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Let what you want come to you. If what you want hasn’t come yet, trust that it’s happening in your favor. Say thank you for sparing me of whatever thing I didn’t want.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor!

The timing is already perfect! You are already perfect! This moment is already perfect!

Breathe in and let the flow through you today!
Breathe out and keep smiling!

Smiling helps you feel better! Smiles become things. Smiles help you remember life is not serious!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”
I don’t give a fuck if that person writes me back. I don’t give a fuck what I do the rest of the day. I don’t give a fuck if I get that website done. I don’t give a fuck if my taxes get processed soon or not!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Decide today to be your reason for feeling good. Decide that everything right now as it is, is ok. Nothing has to change!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and become aware of awareness.

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, there is no separation. When you are aware, there is no agitation. When you are aware, there is no lack.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out yes! I am aware!

I am aware of the presence of god! If you don’t know what your next step is, if you don’t know what to do, what action to take, just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And rest in that knowing and that feeling of knowing will attract thoughts that help you know what to do next.

Breathe in and let your thought be inspired today.
Breathe out and rest as you are. Pure awareness. In love. Abundant and peaceful.
