Simply Identify As Pure Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up because it’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. Everything’s happening on its own.

The Tao does nothing, and leaves nothing undone.

Breathe in and step into the flow today!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Today, as you go about your day, decide to stop identifying as the separate self, the person who has problems who says, “I feel cold, I feel tired, I want this, I want that.” And instead simply identify as pure awareness!

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness!
Breathe out and feel so relieved because that’s all you have to do to feel happy, to feel peace, and to know unconditional love. Simply identify as pure awareness.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness!
Breathe out and feel what it feels like. Simply identify as pure awareness.

Awareness has two aspects: there is the awareness that’s registering what happens, and there is the content of awareness—that which is registered. You are pure awareness, which is all of it. But it can be helpful to notice that everything that you witness is the content of awareness.

Breathe in and notice everything is the content of awareness.
Breathe out and notice that even the “I” thoughts—I want this, I should do this, I need to do this, I feel this—all of those thoughts that begin with “I”—they’re also the content of awareness.

Breathe in and just be the thing registering the content.
Breathe out and notice how you are not those thoughts that say, “I want this… I don’t like this…” Those are just thoughts arising and they’re not yours, they’re not you. They’re not even true!

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness today.
Breathe out and remember: there’s awareness and there’s content of awareness.

When you let yourself rest as the awareness, witnessing all of the content, none of the content can touch you.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and let all of those other thoughts go.

You are not any of those other thoughts or emotions or perceptions or sensations. All of those things are just content in awareness, arising and disappearing. And they’re not your responsibility.

Breathe in and be free today!
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness!

Let yourself relax into the identification with pure awareness. Watching the forms rise and fall. Watching the “I” thoughts go by. But not attached, not identified with those painful thoughts. Just watching. Happy. Peaceful. And in love!

Breathe in and identify as pure awareness!
Breathe out and just flip the switch!

It’s that simple! Identify as pure awareness. That’s all you have to do.

Breathing in, I am simply identified as pure awareness.
Breathing out, I am free!
