Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.
You’re in the right place at the right time, and you’re doing everything right. Let yourself step outside of your mind, into this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
Breathe in and feel for your sense of being.
Breathe out and say, “I AM.”
Your sense I AM is your sense of being.
Breathe in and say, “I AM.”
Breathe out and say, “I AM.”

I am. That’s all there really is. The observer, the pure awareness, that which watches.
Breathe in and let your thoughts go.
Breathe out and keep feeling for your sense of being.
I am. And I am that I am. I am. I am that I am. Can you feel your sense of being? Can you feel that you exist?
Breathing in I exist!
Breathing out I, consciousness, am here!
Can you step away from your thoughts long enough to remember who you really are?
Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Who am I?
What do you hear when you ask, Who am I?
Breathing in who am I?
Breathing out who am I?
Who am I? The answer I hear is, nothing. I am nothing. I am the unborn awareness. I am nothing.
Breathe in and let nothing be enough.
Breathe out and don’t be afraid of nothing!
Nothing is the unborn awareness. Nothing is what’s really at the center. But the nothing is alive! The nothing is vibrant! The nothing is everything! The nothing is infinity!
Breathe in and let I AM be enough!
Breathe out and keep asking yourself today, “Who am I?”
I am enough! When you say I AM enough, it’s the I AM that’s enough! It’s not like you have to think of some complicated reason why you are enough—why you already are good enough. It’s that I am—your sense I am—already is enough! That’s the point of life! Just to be here! I am the point of life. The point of life is I AM. I AM the point of life!
Breathe in and say I AM ENOUGH!
Breathe out and say it: I am enough.
I am the point of life. You are the point of life. You’re already doing it. You’re already fulfilled. There’s nothing else to be done! You’re perfect as you are. Let yourself enjoy the nothing!
