Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Control is letting go.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

This is the right place. This is the right time. You were meant to be here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go!

Surrender your preferences. However things are, is how they’re supposed to be. Whatever shoulds you might be thinking, are not true! Because however it is, is how it is. It is what it is. Reality is the only truth.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and take control of your attention.

If you find yourself thinking about what other people are doing, or worrying about what other people think about you, or worrying about what other people are doing with their own problems, remind yourself of this wisdom from Byron Katie: there are 3 types of business. Other people’s business, god’s business, and your business. If you are thinking about what someone else is doing or thinking, you are in their business. Who’s minding your business then? No one’s living you then! And if you’re worrying about when you’re going to die, or natural disasters, you’re in god’s business, and you certainly can’t control that. And again you’re not in your own business. Decide today to mind your own business, and keep your attention on yourself and loving yourself, and enjoying your life!

Breathe in and decide to enjoy your life today!
Breathe out and decide to not worry about other people anymore.

If you find yourself worrying about someone else’s health, or whether they’re taking care of themselves, or what they think about you, say to yourself, “All is well.”

Decide to assume all is well.

Breathe in and know: all is well.
Breathe out and know that is the truth. All is well

Everything is perfect and in its place. And the best thing you can do to help someone else is assume all is well.

Breathe in and know everyone is creative, resourceful and whole.
Breathe out and really feel it in your bones.

All is well!

No matter what happens, it’s unfolding perfectly. It’s all working out. It’s all happening in your favor. You can relax now. You don’t have to care about what anyone else thinks anymore. And you certainly don’t have to worry about anyone else anymore. All is well.

Breathe in and lighten up! All is well!
Breathe out and just enjoy being.

It’s safe to assume all is well. Even if the worst happens, it’s still happening in your favor. It still is how things should be, because it’s how things are. You don’t have to intervene. You don’t have to worry. Worrying doesn’t help anyone.

Breathe in and know: all is well!
Breathe out and feel so relieved!

You don’t have to worry about anyone else! You don’t have to care about what they think. You don’t have to worry about their business. And you don’t have to worry about when you’re going to die, or what if the worst happens. All is well!

Breathe in and say it: all is well!
Breathe out and really know it. All is well!

Everything is perfect and in its place. You’re doing everything right. It’s safe to sit back, relax and enjoy your life now.

Breathe in and say yes to all that is!
Breathe out and feel like a winner!

You are saying yes to what is. And now you have the upper hand!
