Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

When you fight what is, you lose. So if you ever struggle with feeling like a loser, it just means that you’re fighting what is.

Breathe in and stop fighting what is.
Breathe out and just acknowledge: It is what it is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

When you say yes to what is, you are a winner! Because when you say yes to what is, you’re happy with what you have. You already have what you want. And you want what you have!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let yourself feel like a winner!

If you ever feel like a loser, just know: you’re not a loser, you’re just fighting what is! And when you fight what is, you lose! It’s a simple way to look at winning versus losing. You can always be winning, if you’re saying yes to what is.

No matter what’s happening: Yes, I’m in a bad mood. Yes I’m angry. Yes I’m furious. Yes I can’t believe this is happening. Yes I’m hypnotized by my phone again. Yes, this is my 5th try at recording. Yes I wish I could have more caffeine but it’s just making me crabbier. Yes I wish I was inspired. Yes I want to be inspired. Yes I’m thinking about what I have to do next. Yes I’m thinking about what’s on my list. And on, and on, and on…

Breathe in and say yes to everything that is.
Breathe out and start by welcoming your thoughts.

When you say yes to what is, including your thoughts, it doesn’t mean you’re saying, “Please stay! I want you here!” It just means that you’re not fighting anymore. You’re deciding to not be a loser anymore!

Breathe in and be a winner today!
Breathe out and say yes to what is, so you can win!

That’s all the feeling of winning is, saying yes! Wanting what you have. Triumphing over adversity. That’s winning. And the adversity is your thoughts.

Breathe in and triumph over the adversity of the mind.
Breathe out and say yes to every single thought in your mind.

Because when you say yes to your thoughts, you bring light to them. You acknowledge that they’re there and you’re not running away trying to escape them. You’re not wishing they would go away. You’re just saying yes, that’s what I’m thinking.

Breathe in and welcome what you’re thinking!
Breathe out and say yes to every single thought.

None of your thoughts are true. It’s all an illusion. All of this is an illusion. You don’t have to believe a single thought in your mind. But when you say yes to your thoughts, they lose their power. They stop getting a reaction out of you. And that’s how you win against your tormentors. You just say yes and thank you. You like what’s being dished out to you.

Breathe in and triumph over your tormentors.
Breathe out and say yes to everything tormenting you!

Yes to feeling PMS. Yes to feeling depressed. Yes to feeling annoyed. Yes to resisting routine. Yes. yes. Yes. Yes to it all. Yes to every single thought. This technique keeps you present. It keeps you aware of what you’re thinking. And it creates a distance between you and your thoughts, so that you don’t have to react to your thoughts and you can just let them go. And you get to rest in the position of witness consciousness. At peace with what is, in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe out and say yes to what is!

It’s all happening in your favor. And you can just speed up that realization by saying to every single thought that crosses your mind.
