Move on to the Next Level (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender your worries. Surrender your preferences. And step into this present moment, where everything is fun and there is nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and lighten up! We’re just here for fun!
Breathe out and feel calmer already.

Trust that life is working out for you. Trust that what you need will come to you, when you need it. Trust that even when you’re having a bad day, or feeling bad, it’s just one side of the wave. And the opposite is always created. And it will come, the instant you distract yourself and decide to feel better.

Breathe in and take one step in the direction of the flow.
Breathe out and congratulate yourself.

You’ve already taken the step in the direction of the flow. From here on out, your day is going to get better and better and better! You’ve done your part. You’ve decided to feel better. You’ve decided to feel good no matter what.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Wherever you are, you’ll experience the opposite. So if life feels rough, know that bliss is around the corner. And you have access to it right now. You can flip the switch right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep coming back to your breath. You can always go back to your breath to feel relief. You can always go back to your breath to get some space from your thoughts.

Remember that there’s an infinite realm beyond thought. Infinite intelligence. A whole universe beyond logical thinking. Our minds—they don’t know the answer. Our minds look for problems, And if you’re sick of problems, if you’re sick of feeling bad, if you’re sick of resisting your life, its time to step outside of your mind into the present moment, the infinite realm of possibility. The present moment has everything that you could possibly need to feel better and have the best day of your life!

Breathe in and and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and keep letting those thoughts go.

Just keep saying yes to what is. However you feel, say yes to it. Whatever your circumstances, say yes. Welcome and embrace them. Accept them. And when you really accept where you’re at—when you make peace with where you’re at, then what you want will come to you. The circumstances will change. The things you don’t like will flow away from you..

The trick is to want what you have. Whatever it is that you wish you would stop doing, or that you wish would end—start wanting it. Decide to want it. And as soon as you want what that is that you’re resisting, it will go away. And you’ll be like, “I was just starting to like that!”

Breathe in and find the good where you’re at.
Breathe out and let go of your doubts and your worries.

This is the best day of your life, and your mind will find problems. But you can stand up to your thoughts and have the best day of your life, simply by saying yes to what is.

Breathe in and say yes to where you’re at.
Breathe out and want to be where you at.

Having is evidence of wanting. Say yes to what you have, to what you’ve already manifested for yourself. Yes, thank you. Yes, thank you. Yes, yes yes.

And as soon as you accept where you are, you’ll move on to the next level.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and feel so excited! This present moment is the only level you could ever need!

Breathing in yes!
Breathing out Yes! Yes! Yes!
