Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Today we’re going to focus on I AM. The only two words you need to know.

Breathing out AM

I
AM

I AM is your power as the creator of your life. I AM is the only spell you ever need to know. I AM holds every ounce of power you could possibly desire. I AM is your manifesting birthright. I AM is all you need to have the best day of your life!

Breathing out AM

You are in control of YOUR vibration. You are in control of what YOU do and think and feel. You are the one who gets to choose who you are.

Who do you want to be today?

Let this be your mental code. Attach it to your breath.

You don’t ever need to say anything after AM, but you can if you have a desire. Whatever you want for yourself—say you want to be more energized—

Breathing in I
Breathing out AM ENERGIZED!

I am energized! Those two words are so powerful. It is absolutely true until you think a contradicting thought.

I AM is who YOU ARE. I AM is your core. I AM is god. I AM—that is your power here in physical reality. You get to choose whatever you want.

Breathe in and focus.
Breathe out and focus your attention.

Whenever you notice a desire, a contrast, a problem, a dislike, use it as an opportunity to create the life you want. Your contrast, your problems—that’s what’s giving you the ideas of what you want, so that you can say, “I AM that.” The contrast is giving you what you want. All you have to do is flip to the other side. Whatever your problem is, say, STATE, DECLARE who you are in relationship.

Whatever you want to be today, decide who you are and make it true. Say it is the way it is. That’s your power. Every single one of us gets this creative power: “I am ______.” What do you want to be? And if you don’t know, or you’re content where you’re at, “I am.” Then you’re just blissful being, existing in the present moment.

So it’s also a great presence tool. When you just think to yourself I AM, you just are. You’re present, you’re here, in the present moment where everything’s fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Bit if life isn’t fun or if you are worried, use the contrast to find the other side of the wave. And the instant you declare who you are, that is who you are.
