Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Breathing in yes!
Breathing out thank you!

You’re in the right place at the right time and you ARE doing everything right. Let your body relax. Let your mind slow down. And devote your attention to entering this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

If you’re experiencing any pain or discomfort right now, place all of your attention on that sensation until it disappears.

Breathe in and focus your attention.
Breathe out and put all of your awareness on where it hurts.

Breathe in and focus your attention.
Breathe out and put all of your focus on the discomfort.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

With each breath, imagine a brilliant while light entering into your body and healing you, making you whole. Making you feel good again.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

You can heal yourself in this moment. May you be whole. May you be made whole right now.

Your imagination is so powerful and your mind believes that whatever you’re thinking is true. Your body will go along with whatever your mind is thinking. Decide right now to make yourself whole. Just by putting your attention on your breath, and bringing healing energy into your body.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Keep bringing that white light into your body.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Remember that success is presence. That when you’re present, you have what you want. When you’re present, you feel good. It’s only your thoughts that can make you feel bad. Use your breath to enter the present moment and make yourself whole again.

You are the creator. You get to choose. Decide to be made whole. And you are!
