Breathe A Sigh of Relief (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and listen to your thoughts.
Breathe out and watch your thoughts.

Decide to take control of your attention, right here, right now.

Breathe in and step into this present moment!
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax. Let yourself breathe a sigh of relief.

Breathe in and appreciate all that is.
Breathe out and breathe a sigh of relief!

Practice this today, to practice the feeling of getting what you want. When you get what you want, how do you feel? Peaceful? Joyful? Relieved? Now take some time to practice breathing, to inhale deeply, and exhale even more deeply. Feel the relief that you would feel if you had what you wanted. Feel the relief you would feel if you woke up tomorrow and you had all the money in your bank account you wanted, and you could just look at it and breathe a sigh of relief knowing you didn’t have to worry ever again.

Breathe in and feel so relieved!
Breathe out and just feel so peaceful.

You never have to worry again. Make this your practice today, just breathe a sigh of relief at every opportunity.

Breathe in and appreciate getting what you want.
Breathe out and breathe that sigh of relief.

That’s all you need to do to practice the feeling of getting what you want. That sigh of relief. That feeling of peace. That feeling of, ahhh everything is perfect and in its place. Life already is the way I want it to be.

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and breathe that sigh of relief.

You are now at peace with what is. Everything is perfect and in its place. Now remember when you get that thing you wanted, you practiced this feeling! You practiced. You trained your body. You didn’t necessarily trick your mind, but you switched to the reality you prefer, and now you’re seeing physical evidence in physical reality.

Breathe in and appreciate life the way it is
Breathe out and breathe a sigh of relief.

You have what you want. You are now at peace.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
