Relax and Manifest (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Become it to see it right now. Flip the switch. Feel the gratitude and then receive things to be grateful for.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and let yourself relax into this moment.
Breathe out and slow down.

There is no rush. There is no rush to go anywhere, to do anything, to become anything. Everything is unfolding in perfect timing. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and let yourself relax.

It always comes when you relax. As you go about your day, remind yourself: this is it, this moment is it. There’s nowhere else to get. There’s nothing else that you need to do. This moment is where the happiness is. This moment is where god is, not in the future, not in the past. You don’t have to rush to finish things, to get somewhere to relax, to feel good. You can choose relaxing now and then your world relaxes.

Breathe in and let yourself relax today.
Breathe out and enjoy it.

This is such a strong manifesting technique because when you relax, you feel at peace. And when you feel peaceful, you attract peaceful circumstances. You might feel like you need to push through, speed up, get things done, rush through it to finish. But the more you relax, the easier your experience is. The more things do themselves. You don’t have to try to control everything. When you relax, life picks up the control. When you release your grip on how you think things need to be, you make space for life to show you how perfect things already are.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing into this moment.

Your thoughts might be racing. You might be suffering your thoughts. You might feel like you need to get things done and go places and do things. But every time you feel that urgency, that impatience, remind yourself, you only want to get to where you’re going so that you can connect with god or love or universal intelligence. You only want to finish and get it all done so that you can relax and feel peace. But if you choose the peace now, your life is already peaceful and the circumstances are peaceful.

You’re the source. Take advantage of your power. You get to both relax and manifest what you want. You don’t have to try or struggle anymore. Surrender and let life do it for you.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that, “Yes, I am.”

When you start getting frantic or impatient, remind yourself you only want things to change because you are missing god. You are missing love. And you can have that god or love right here, right now by asking, “Am I aware?” Or, “Who am I?” Or, “How do I know that I know?”

You merge with god by remembering, by identifying as pure awareness. And it’s not a thought, it’s not a trick of logic. It’s a recognition of who you already are.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Feel how the thoughts get dropped and you get centered in this moment. Feel how relaxing it is to drop the urgency and impatience and frantic thinking and just relax into the awareness of right now. This is where the magick is. This is where the manifesting happens.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Relax into this moment. Everything you want will come to you. No matter how strong your desire is, you only want it because you want to connect with god and you already are god and you can connect, you can recognize the truth right now.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”
