You’re Already Doing It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

All you want at the core is to be loved. That can come in so many ways. Today, surrender whatever preferences you have of wanting it to go a certain way and let the magick life fill in all of the empty spots.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious!
Breathe out and just be still.

Let your mind slow down.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Let it be easy today. The mind wants to struggle. The mind wants problems. The mind is looking for something to be hard and difficult. But who you really are, pure awareness, always is. Who you really are, pure awareness, is already here, and you don’t have to do any work to be here.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Genuinely look for the answer. “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and keep lightening up because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you because it’s all happening in your favor.

Let it be easy. Let yourself relax. Decide today that you’re going to stay as you are, pure awareness, and then your reality will be permeated with love, the thing you want more than anything.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems, because when I am aware, I am identified as pure awareness. My mind is not agitated, so I am peaceful. I’m not noticing any lack, so I am happy. And I am not separate from anyone who I love. So I am in love, I am love itself.

Breathe in and rest in your awareness today.
Breathe out and know you’re already doing it.

We try all of these mental tricks to be enlightened. We practice breathing and counting and awareness and praying and feeling the way we wanna feel. But the thing is, you’re already doing it. You’re already being. You already are pure awareness. You can’t get away from it. It’s only your thoughts that ever make you feel separate.

Breathe in and notice you’re aware.
Breathe out and notice you’re already doing it.

It’s much simpler than the mind wants it to be, because you’re already doing it.

Breathe in and notice: I’m already doing it.
Breathe out and see how saying that can wake you up in the dream.

I’m already doing it. I’m already aware. I’m already identified as pure awareness. I’m already stable as I am. I am already doing it with no effort, no thinking, no trickery in the mind.

Breathe in and say to yourself: I’m already doing it.
Breathe out and know it’s that simple.

You’re already doing it. There’s no more tricks. There’s no more inquiry. It is what it is and you are what it is and you are already doing it. You’re already enlightened. You’re already love.

Breathe in and see how you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and say it. I’m already doing it.

I’m already identified as awareness. I’m already whole and one with all that is. Don’t let the words get in the way. Don’t think about it too much. Just say to yourself, ā€œIā€™m already doing it.ā€ And notice, you’ve always already been doing it. You’ve always already been enlightened. You’re already here, you’re already doing it.

Breathing in, I’m already doing it.
Breathing out, I’m already doing it.

Say this to yourself all day today. Let it wake you up in the dream and notice how your perspective shifts when you say it. See how it’s true.

See how you are already doing it.

You are already resting as awareness.

You are already simply being. There’s nothing more required. Life takes care of life and your body knows what to do. Your body is a genius.

Breathe in and be so relieved you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and enjoy life in the simplicity of being.

You’re already doing it, you can’t stop. There’s nothing to think about. Just say to yourself, I’m already doing it. I’m already identified as pure awareness. It’s already done.

Breathing in, I’m already doing it.
Breathing out, there’s nothing left to do.

It’s already done. I’m already doing it. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.
