Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.
Become it to see it right now. Lift your own vibration. Choose to be what you want to see right the second.
Breathing in, thank you, thank you.

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself receive what you want. Let yourself enjoy what is right here, right now.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention turning around to look at itself.
Yes, I am. Stay in the I am today. Stabilize as I am.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
As you go about your day, keep this question on repeat. It will always save you. It will always pick you up out of the drama, out of the turmoil, let you relax in safety in the eye of the storm, peaceful.
Breathe in and enter the eye of the storm.
Breathe out and be the calm nothing that watches it all.
There might be activity happening all around you, but no matter what your circumstances are, you are the calm eye, the calm I am.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Remember, you’re staying identified as pure awareness so that you don’t get identified with your thoughts or emotions or perceptions, so that you don’t get lost in the world tossed around like a ship on the top of a stormy ocean. You are safe at the bottom of the sea, watching it all, secure, in love.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
Any question with the answer I am can help you stabilize as you are. You can try “Who am I?” Often if I’m caught up in a mind storm of worry, of stress, I can just ask myself, “Who am I who cares? Who am I who cares so much?”
And when you genuinely ask the question and look for the answer, you see there is no central thinker that’s stressed, it’s just passing thoughts.
Breathing in, who am I who cares?
Breathing out, I am is the answer.
I exist. There’s just existing. There’s no central person who cares. Who are you who cares? You might hear answers like a small scared child or a body, but those aren’t what you really are. You are pure awareness and nothing can harm you.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
Keep asking yourself this to wake up in the dream. Am I aware? No matter what’s going on, what’s happening, am I aware? Am I aware this is happening? Am I aware?
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
Just stay aware of being aware. It doesn’t matter what’s happening, what you’re aware of. You are aware that you are aware and therefore you are aware that you are god.
Breathe in and don’t worry about another thing you are god!
Breathe out and surrender.
Let those worries go. You’re simply identified as pure awareness, God itself. Resting as you are. In love, abundant at peace.
