Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender your cares, surrender giving a fuck.

Let it go. Yes, this is my seventh attempt to record a video. Yes, I’m in a rush. Yes, I wanna roll these blunts before I leave the house. Yes, I want to give. Yes, I want the perfect gift. Yes, I want to get $5,000 so that I can pay for things for other people. Yes, I want. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I feel incomplete. Yes, I want attention and affection and approval and love from somebody else.

Yes, I’m craving. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I want stimulation. Yes, I want drugs. Yes, I want to go wild.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I feel out of sorts. Yes, I’m in a good mood, but I feel so scattered. Yes, I feel like I’m disappointing people. Yes, I’m so scared of what people think about me. Yes, I’m scared to do too much and not be appreciated. Yes, I’m so in the world seeking, looking for approval. Yes, I want approval. Yes, I want approval. Yes, I want approval.

Yes, I want approval please and five thousand dollars, please!

Breathe in and welcome the five thousand dollars.
Breathe out and welcome the approval.

Notice what you’re seeking for and then remember you are the source of what you seek. What you’re seeking for is where you’re seeking from.

And what does that mean?

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and remember the power of simply identifying as pure awareness.

You can think about your problems all day and never solve them. You can think about tricks to manifest money all day and never get anywhere. You can think about how to get someone’s approval all day and you’ll never get it. The mind separates. The mind looks for problems. The mind will never provide the answer.

Breathe in and step away from the mind.
Breathe out and relax into the source. Pure awareness, I am.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and do it genuinely.

Really look. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes, I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems because my attention is resting on its source.

My mind is not agitated. I perceive no lack, so I am happy. And when I am simply identified as pure awareness, I am identified as the thing we all have in common and so I feel one with all that is and I experience no separation from those I love.

Asking “Am I aware?” is magick. Asking “Am I aware?” is life-saving, life-giving.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Now make a list of your problems right now that you want life to solve. I want $5,000 and I want it by tomorrow. I want to give the perfect gift and I want to have it in my hands by tomorrow and I want approval and love and affection and I want it by tomorrow.

Breathe in and make your list of what you want.
Breathe out and feel how you would feel if you got it.

Love, yeah, love. Now simply identify as pure awareness for the next 24 hours and let life take care of your problems. You will be resting as you are, in your source, simply identified as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am now aware and I am now in the flow.
