Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go!

Stop trying to control with your mind. You’ll never figure it out. Just let it go.

Breathe in and make space for solutions.
Breathe out and keep surrendering your preferences.

Let go. Keep letting go. Keep letting go. Today, make it your top priority to practice gratitude. To feel grateful for where you are. To say thank you for the way things are.

Breathe in and be happy with what you have!
Breathe out and welcome more to come your way!

Gratitude is the easiest way to get more of what you want. The easiest way to have a great day. The easiest way to flip the switch and start manifesting miracles.

Breathe in and say thank you for where you are!
Breathe out and say thank you for all that is!

Keep the words ”thank you” on repeat in your mind over and over and really feel the feeling of gratitude, as much as you can, all day, every day. Thank you! Thank you! When you are in a feeling place of saying thank you and meaning it, miracles fly at you. Everything works out. People want to be around you. Because you are a beacon of joy!

Thank you! Thank you! Be the beacon of joy today! Just by keeping thank you on your tongue, in your mind, on your heart.

This is the best day of your life! And you can see it that way right now, just by saying thank you! Feel the feeling right here, right now. Flip the switch. Take control of your day! The only control you have is letting go of the thoughts that make you suffer. And you can do that by focusing on gratitude.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Relax into that feeling. Relax into the knowing that it’s happening in your favor. Even the things you don’t like, or don’t want. They are gifts for you, happening in your favor.

Thank you! Thank you! Feel the innocence. Feel the joy. Feel the love and the wonder that comes with gratitude. Feel how easy life can be if you just say thank you for everything that is and everything that happens. Then you don’t have to resist anymore. You don’t have to try to change anything. You can just enjoy your life, exactly how it is.
