God Actually Does Love You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and slow down.

Relax. It’s not serious.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the inspiration. Thank you for the flow. Thank you for the well being. Thank you for the magick life!

Breathe in and feel your power returning.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences because your preferences are making you suffer.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and acknowledge your preferences.

Acknowledge how much they make you suffer. When you want it to be a certain way and it’s a different way—it causes suffering. Allow yourself to let go of those desires. Let go of the preferences of thinking it needs to be a certain way for you to feel good!

Breathe in and step away from those preferences!
Breathe out and let the preferences go!

That’s how you know you’re in your ego, in your mind. That’s how you know you’re limiting the unlimited—when you think things need to go a certain way.

Breathe in and step into the present moment.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Listen for that answer. Am I aware? Feel your mind do the thing that’s not a thought—it’s a recognition, a knowing. Yes! I am aware! Being aware of being aware is better than any thought that’s distracting you. Any thought of, “What’s happening here? Is this going my way? What’s going to happen next? What’s happening? I want this. I hope it’s this. I don’t like this”—any of these thoughts or preferences of waiting or wanting things to change—it’s all suffering. And you can just be aware of being aware and then you’re here! And you’re not suffering.

Breathe in and step away from the thought stream.
Breathe out and wake up right where you are.

Am I aware? Get a breath from your thoughts right now. Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And that’s it. You can just stay there. It’s like when you’re tripping on psychedelics and you’re so happy to be exactly where you are, because everything is so good and interesting and magickal and you had no idea it could be like this and you had no idea that god actually loved you! That’s what it’s like. God actually loves you here! And only your thoughts are separating you from god. Separating you from wholeness, love, peace, happiness. God actually does love you! God is right here. Just waiting.

Breathe in and return to your wholeness.
Breathe out and remember: being aware of being aware is better than any thought that is distracting you right now, any pull of your attention into the physical world or the mental world or the emotional world or the spiritual world.

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and remember: god actually does love you and you can know that for yourself by stepping away from the thought stream, stepping away from your preferences, into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! And god actually does love me!
