Don't Try to Change a Thing Today! (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is!

Deeply accept what is. That is your magick today: say yes to it. Deeply accept it. Don’t try to change a thing today!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to who you are!

Yes, I’m thinking about the future. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I feel anticipation. Yes, I am worrying. Yes I want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I’m afraid of the uncertain. I’m afraid of the unknown. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I just want to know what happens. Yes, I feel uptight. Yes, I feel wound up. Yes, I’m criticizing others. Yes, I feel selfish. Yes, I think that other people are keeping me from what I want. Yes, I don’t even know what I want. Yes, yes, yes.

Breathe in and deeply accept what is.
Breathe out and keep deeply accepting what is.

There are so many ways to make peace with what is. So many techniques and methods to be ok with how things are, right now.

Breathe in and be ok with how things are right now.
Breathe out, and let the technique that works for you come to you today.

You can say yes to what is. You can repeat “OK, OK, OK” over and over. You can focus on your breath. You can ask, “Am I aware?” You can say, “Thank you!” You can say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Breathe in and open up to receiving new ideas!
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you god for helping me accept what is. Thank you for helping me be at peace with what is.

Breathe in and know you can feel good regardless of your circumstances.
Breathe out and let yourself feel good regardless of your circumstances.

All you have to do is step outside of your thought stream. Your thoughts are the only thing making you feel bad. You can use any technique, mantra, affirmation that you want. But remember what the point is: the point is to be. Exist. Just, be here. Aware that you are aware. Just be empty!

Breathe in and be empty. That’s what god is!
Breathe out and hollow yourself out right now.

Get rid of the separate self, the illusion of the separate self. Let all of your preferences go. My favorite way to empty myself is to say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.” And I picture those words cleaning out my whole body, aura, like a torus, like a donut shape. And it’s just cleaning it out, cleaning it out, cleaning it out, emptying me, replacing me with god. And then I’m free!

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you for making me empty, so that there’s space for you to work. Thank you for helping me let go of my own suffering. Thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and be empty today.
Breathe out and be free!
