You Are the Magick (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and deeply accept what is.

Your mind has so many preferences, so many likes and dislikes. So much to gain, so much to lose. Today, allow yourself to feel good regardless of your preferences.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and deeply accept what is.

Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I want things to go a certain way. Yes I’m attached. Yes I feel like I have something to lose and something to gain. Yes I feel limited. Yes I feel constrained. Yes I feel kind of trapped. Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I’m irritated. Yes I’m judging. Yes I am being really judgmental today.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and deeply accept what is.

I deeply accept that I’m being judgmental. I deeply accept that I am mind-identified. I deeply accept that I am letting the world affect me. I deeply accept that I forgot I’m the source. But I just remembered now.

Breathe in and be the source!
Breathe out and be the source!

You are the source of your reality. You are the origin of the wave. If you want to see waves of a certain kind, be a certain way. It’s not even a certain way, you just be.

Breathe in and align with the rhythm of nature.
Breathe out and align with the flow of life.

Everything is happening in perfect timing. Everything is happening in your favor. It’s safe to trust that now. It’s safe to relax. And it’s safe to remember you are the creator. You are the source. And you can take back your power right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition that yes, I am aware. I am aware that I am alive. I am aware that I exist. I am aware that I am aware.

This is how you be the source. This is how you choose to feel the way you want to feel, and then you see it reflected in reality. Right now, become the source, by simply asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and let the contrast make you focus.

Only when you have problems do you care to focus on a technique to try to manifest things. If you’re having contrast today, celebrate it, because it’s making you focus. It’s making you use your magick. If you don’t want anything to change, what need do you have for magick?

Breathe in and relax into the now.
Breathe out and remember: the point is to get to the point where you don’t need magick, where you don’t need anything to change. And when you ask, am I aware? And you rest in the knowing of your being, you don’t need anything to change. You don’t need any magick. You are the magick.

Breathe in and be the magick today.
Breathe out and trust it’s happening in your favor and it’s safe to let go of trying to control. You don’t have to control the timing or your to do list or what happens or what other people do. Your only control today is in asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and be the source!
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Because when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I’m not thinking, I’m not suffering for psychological reasons. When I am aware, I am present and when I am present, I am content! There’s no lack. There’s no agitation. There’s no separation. When I am aware, I have no problems and I need no magick because I am the magick!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

I am aware of the presence of god. I am the presence of god!
