Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

It always comes when you let go. Let yourself relax into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You want things to go a certain way, but you can trust it’s all happening in your favor. Even the things you don’t like. Even the mistakes you’ve made. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and let yourself reach the pinnacle of experience, here in physical reality, where you are so happy just to be alive that it doesn’t matter what your circumstances are.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention go to the placeless place.

Yes, I am aware. When you ask the question “Am I aware?” you recognize that you’re here. You exist. And that’s all you have to do, to reach the pinnacle of experience in physical reality!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Ask yourself this all day today, over and over and over and let it wake you up in the dream. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems. Because I’m not lost in my thoughts. I’m not identified as the separate self. When I am aware, I have no problems because there is no agitation, the mind is at peace. There is no lack, the mind is abundant. There is no separation. There is only oneness.

Breathe in and be whole.
Breathe out and let go of the thoughts.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts are making you suffer psychologically. Today, ask yourself, over and over and over: am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Go to the placeless place. No agitation because the mind is still. No lack because you’re whole, you’re one with everything. No separation from those you love, because you are identified as pure awareness. That’s what makes up everything. So if you are pure awareness, you are one with everything. And you feel no pain of separation.

Breathe in and be one with all that is.
Breathe out and let it be easy! It’s the easiest thing you can do, because you’re already doing it!

Only your thoughts make you think that something is wrong, that something needs to change. But nothing needs to change. You already made it. This is it! You’re just here to enjoy it! There’s nothing to change, nowhere to go, nothing to do. Nothing to achieve. You made it. This is it. The pinnacle of experience in physical reality.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. There is no lack, no agitation, no separation from those I love. I am now aware and I am now in the flow!
