God Will Solve Your Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware?

Breathe in and keep asking yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and really listen for that answer when you ask, am I aware?

Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes, of course I’m aware. Ask yourself, until you feel it, until you recognize: Yeah, I am aware. I am aware. Because your thoughts will keep going when you’re asking, and they’ll distract you and you’ll answer, logically, “Yes of course I am aware.” But you must go to the experience of being aware.

Breathe in and experience being aware.
Breathe out and feel the experience of being aware right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Am I aware? Am I aware? When you focus on listening for the answer, or experiencing the answer, you can feel your attention turn inward. You can feel your mind turn around to look at its source! It’s so thrilling!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

When you do this, and you genuinely look, and experience the recognition that, yes, I am aware, it takes your attention off of your thoughts. It puts your attention on the source of your attention: god!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen: am I aware?

Am I aware? You can feel yourself becoming more spacious as you start to simply identify as pure awareness, instead of with your thoughts that are making you suffer!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Am I aware? You can stay here, aware of awareness, and your whole personal life will work itself out because you’re not focused on your problems. You’re focused on god. And god will solve your problems every time.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes, I am. I am aware. I am aware of awareness. I am awareness itself. And when I am aware, I have no problems. There is no lack, no agitation, no separation from the ones you love.

All day, repeat this question. So that it becomes second nature. You just think it all the time. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? And when you notice yourself thinking this, you’ll probably take the time to experience the recognition—oh yeah, I am aware. And then you get better at feeling the experience or going to the experience. The placeless place of being aware of being aware.

Breathe in and be infinite!
Breathe out and have the best day of your life, being aware of being aware. Am I aware?
