I Command You to Relax! (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and just listen for 30 seconds to the answer: am I aware?

Breathe in and know that, yes, you are aware.
Breathe out and relax into that knowing.

You must become it to see it. So if you want to know, if you want certainty, if you want security, just keep asking yourself, am I aware? And then you know the answer and you’re resting in the feeling of knowing. And that will provide all of the security you could ever wish for.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and let yourself relax.

Relax right now. I command you to relax. Let your shoulders relax. Let your mind relax. Let your stomach relax. Let your legs relax.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let this day be easy.

Sometimes I get caught up in my mind, constantly thinking about what’s next, what’s next, what’s next? What do I have to do next? God I have to do this next! You can just rest in the present moment, and your to-do list will do itself at the perfect time without you getting in the way.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences about how you want this day to go.

Forget your to-do list. Forget your desires about what you want to happen today. Let yourself just relax into this moment. Stay as you are: pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware! I am aware that I am aware. I am aware of the presence of god.

You can feel your attention turning in on itself. You can feel when you’re just aware, and not aware of what you’re thinking about and identified with your thoughts. You can feel it, how uncomfortable you were, one moment before you asked, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

And I am so relieved to get a break from my thoughts. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad, and that’s the cause of all psychological suffering. Let yourself rest in the present moment, where there is no suffering. There may be pain, but you can stand pain. It’s time to surrender the suffering, by stepping away from your thoughts, into the present moment, where everything IS fun and there is nothing to worry about!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Ask yourself this question over and over today. Am I aware? Am I aware? And you can feel when it’s working because you feel better.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Am I aware? Am I aware? Every time you ask, you can feel your attention going back into center. Yes. Yes. Yes. Let all of those thoughts go. You don’t owe your thoughts anything. Let them go!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware that I am aware. And I am now in the flow!
