Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Are you aware?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and answer, “Yes, I am!”

Breathe in and wake up in the dream! Stop fucking around!
Breathe out and get some clarity right now!

Step back from your thoughts. Dissolve your mind into the infinite. It’s time!

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and become aware of awareness.

Feel your mind go to the placeless place, when it turns around to look at itself.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Now your mind will fight. It will say, “Why would I just sit here being aware, when I could be doing some mental trickery to get manifestations and miracles? Why would I want to give up control and just be aware of being aware?”

Breathe in and listen to the mind.
Breathe out and see that you’re not your mind. You’re aware of your mind. You’re aware of your thoughts. You’re just watching your thoughts. You’re watching your mind resist dissolving into the infinite.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and know you are the most open when you’re empty.

And you are the most empty when you’re simply aware of awareness, not thinking, not resisting, not seeking, not taking shape.

Breathe in and let it be as it is.
Breathe out and feel how everything is alive. Everything is conscious. Everything is you. Everything is awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

The mind gets afraid by the simple technique of asking, “Am I aware?” The mind wants to complicate it. But you know who you really are. You know that you’re watching it. You know that you’re the watcher, the witness of the witness.

Breathe in and remember you are that which is aware.
Breathe out and know: you are knowing itself!

Your mind condenses your perspective to a single point, for fun! Just to see what happens! Let’s see what happens! But at any time, you can return to the infinite and enjoy physical reality at the same time.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

There’s nothing else to it. I AM. Rest in this being. Rest in your sense of being.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Let yourself get out of the way. You’ll receive impulses to act that are synchronous and in the flow and you’ll have perfect timing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Go into the stillness. Be the silence. Be the unborn.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Rest in this being. Rest in just the feeling I AM. The knowing I AM. The recognizing I AM.

Breathe in and know everything is perfect and in its place.
Breathe out and relax because when you are aware, you have no problems!

Trust that you can let go. Trust that you can dissolve into the infinite. And come back renewed, creative, whole.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know: yes! I am!
