Whatever Happens, You Don't Mind (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is!

It’s time to surrender. And you can surrender by saying, “I surrender!” Or by repeating “YES! YES! YES!” Or with, “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” Or even, “Who am I who needs to surrender? Who am I who believes there is something to surrender?”

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and feel enthusiastic today.

Just keep saying yes to what is! However it is, is how it’s supposed to be. And your super power is that no matter what happens, you don’t mind!

Breathe in and decide to not mind today!
Breathe out and don’t steal my knuckle tattoo idea: DON’T MIND!

Remember this: whatever happens, you don’t mind!

Breathe in and decide to be happy either way!
Breathe out and know that you are happy either way!

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. You are god inside of there! You are god! There is a point in you that touches god! It’s god! It’s all god!

Breathe in and trust the process of life! It’s all god!
Breathe out and say YES and THANK YOU and WHO AM I who even gets stressed??

Everything is working out for you! Step back from the roller coaster of preferences and likes and dislikes and ups and downs and wanting something so bad and then you get it and you don’t even care! Just step away from all of the material world concerns! Dissolve yourself into the infinite, right now! And then you’re practicing the art of letting life come to you.

Breathe in and let life come to you today!
Breathe out and decide to not suffer anymore!

It’s up to you whether you suffer or not! So decide right now, you don’t mind what happens! Someone dies, you don’t mind. Someone lives, you don’t mind. You get a lot of money, you don’t mind. You lose a relationship, you don’t mind. In theory, it sounds wonderful. Sure I don’t mind whatever happens! It’s going to take practice. You can flip the switch and never mind again but for most of us, it’s a lifelong journey to stay as you are: perfect, whole, pure awareness.

Breathe in and practice right now, being that pure awareness.
Breathe out and let all of your material world concerns go!

Let them go. Release them. Drop it. Surrender.

Breathe in and surrender.
Breathe out and relax your body.

If there is one word for this year, it’s RELAX. Because it always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and stay as you are.

If you want life to work out, if you want what you want to come to you, if you want to be happy, drop all the seeking. Drop all the resisting. Right now! And just enjoy it the way it is.

Breathing in, I don’t mind!
Breathing out, I don’t mind!

And sure your ego resists this and says, “But I do mind! I do want things. I am seeking for things. I am resisting things.” And to that you can say, “Well, am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

When you ask, “Am I aware?” and your mind does that non-action thing of finding out, “Yes, I am aware,”—in those moments, you’re merged with god. In those moments, you’re free. And if you let those moments build up, if you keep practicing dissolving in the infinite, if you keep going there, relaxing, surrendering, letting go, not minding, you keep practicing that—then suddenly you feel unconditional love for no reason. Really good things happen to you for no reason.

Breathe in and let the miracles come!
Breathe out and stay as you are today!

No matter what happens, you don’t mind! And if you want to really mean it, just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And stay in that placeless place of pure awareness where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
