Like a Moth to a Flame (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and surrender. Let your thoughts go.

Let your preferences go. Allow yourself to realize that everything is happening in your favor. Everything is perfect and in its place. And it’s all unfolding in perfect timing.

Breathe in and slow down. You don’t have to rush.
Breathe out and remember: pure awareness never rushes.

Pure awareness is never in a hurry. You are pure awareness. That is who you really are. Pure awareness never rushes because pure awareness has nothing to gain and nothing to lose from any experience!

Breathe in and just be here now. There’s no rush.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your mind go to the placeless place. Go into the objectless direction.

Feel yourself wake up into your sense of being.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

Now remember when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you are sparking your flame of awareness, which burns away all personhood, all worries, all drama. Allow yourself to burn away everything that isn’t real, and be that flame of pure awareness!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And you feel that flicker of recognition, let that flame burn before letting any other thoughts in. Every time you notice a thought, keep asking yourself, “But am I aware?” And then you become aware of your thoughts, not tangled in your thoughts. Any time you worry or resist or seek, “Am I aware?” And then you become aware that you’re worried and resisting and seeking. And then you can relax and remember: pure awareness has nothing to gain and nothing to lose.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware! I am burning with the flame of awareness!

I am burning as the flame of awareness! And when you burn as the flame of awareness, what you want comes to you, like a moth to a flame.

Breathe in and be that flame of awareness.
Breathe out and feel what you want coming to you, like a moth to a flame!

This is how you get what you want. But when you are burning as pure awareness, you don’t need anything. You’re already whole, you’re already complete, you’re already happy and satisfied. It’s your natural state.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am burning as the flame of pure awareness. And what I want comes to me like a moth to a flame!
