How the World Stops Bothering You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

The more you let go, the more it flows. All you’re letting go of is your thoughts. Bring your attention here into this present moment, where everything is perfect and in its place. Where all of your power lies. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel for your sense I AM.

Say to yourself, “I exist.” What does that feel like? Don’t touch any other thoughts. Don’t let anything else latch onto “I exist.” Just sit here and say to yourself, “I exist.” And feel for your sense of being. Your sense of I AM.

Breathing in I am pure awareness.
Breathing out I am pure awareness.

This is how you transcend your troubles, your problems. This is how the world stops bothering you. By fully stepping into the present moment, you let life take care of life. You let go of all of those things you can’t control. And you focus on the one thing you can control: where YOUR attention is.

Breathe in and rest your attention on your sense of being.
Breathe out and feel that sense of I AM.

When you pay attention to your Self (capital S Self), your Self—your broader perspective, life— takes care of your life. You don’t have to try to control everything. You don’t have to try to force and schedule and plan it all. You can let it unfold. It’s already perfect, wow!

Breathing in I am pure awareness.
Breathing out I am pure awareness.

Feel for your sense of being today. Let that be your mental code. It’s a feeling, not a thought. But the words “I AM” or “I exist” can help you locate that feeling.

Breathing in I am pure awareness.
Breathing out I exist.

And if you still find yourself struggling with anger or depression, if you come across thoughts like, “I’m depressed,” or, “I’m mad,” ask yourself, “Who am I who notices getting mad? Who am I who notices feeling depressed?”

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and be that pure awareness that you are.

There’s an awareness that comes first, that notices it all. And when you rest your attention on your pure awareness, life takes care of life. Everything relaxes. The flow takes care of your work. Miracles reveal themselves. And everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathing in I am pure awareness.
Breathing out I exist!
