Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

This is the best day of your life, and you don’t have to listen to any of your thoughts.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today!
Breathe out and feel empowered to stand up to your thoughts, because here’s how you do it:

To every thought, that barges through your consciousness, say to it, “That’s not me!”

Breathe in and watch your thoughts!
Breathe out and watch your thoughts!

That’s not me! You are not your thoughts. Every time you feel negative emotion or you judge or you want, you seek, you desire, you feel incomplete—every time you feel this way or you’re having thoughts that feel this way, just say to them, “That’s not me!”

Breathe in and say to your thoughts, “That’s not me!”
Breathe out and say to your thoughts, “That’s not me!”

Whatever urges you have, or painful desires, or negative thoughts, to all of it you can say, “That’s not me!”

Breathe in and say to your thoughts, “That’s not me!”
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts!

You are not your thoughts. Let saying, “That’s not me!” be a bridge. Make it create a gulf between your thoughts and your center of awareness.

Breathing in, that’s not me!
Breathing out, that’s not me!

Whatever your thoughts are,

Breathing in, that’s not me!
Breathing out, that’s not me!

And then it makes you ask, what am I then?! Who am I then? What answers do you hear?

Breathe in and say to your thoughts, “That’s not me!”
Breathe out and say that to every irritation, every interruption, everything that is your negative reaction or your story: “That’s not me!”

Those thoughts aren’t you! They’re just passing by, you’re just attracting them based on how you feel.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts! You’re not your thoughts!
Breathe out and feel lighter already! You get to be the watcher! And then the one who watches is already free!

Breathing in, that’s not me!
Breathing out, that’s not me!
