Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and trust in the perfect timing of life.
Breathe out and know: it’s already perfect, wow!

This is the best day of your life. Everything is happening in your favor. It’s safe to relax and just say yes to what is. It’s happening for you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and take your power back.

Your power is your attention. Your power is in being the witness, or the observer of your thoughts and emotions.

Breathe in and observe your thoughts and emotions.
Breathe out and witness your thoughts and emotions.

There is no thought that is true. Thoughts are made up of words and words are labels used to separate. When really, all of reality is one. When you label things, when you turn them into words and thoughts, you separate it from the whole. And that’s an illusion. It’s just made up, we just make it up. It’s not true. No thought is true, because it’s all based on words. And words are just tools of separation.

Breathe in and remember your oneness with all that is.
Breathe out and connect back to that oneness.

If no thoughts are true, because all words create the illusion of separation, then nothing you think is true. Any thought that you think, you can think the opposite and come up with justifications for that as well.

Breathe in and step into the present moment, into the truth.
Breathe out and know the oneness of the present moment.

There are no thoughts in the now. And any time that you have a negative thought, you can say to yourself, “That’s not true.” Or you can say, “That’s not me.” And your mind will say, “What is me then?!” And the answer is love, yeah, love!

Breathe in and know that only love is true.
Breathe out and feel so relieved! The rest of it is an illusion! You don’t have to concern yourself with anything but love!

Breathe in and be empowered today! No thought is true!
Breathe out and notice the oneness.

Just sit back and watch your thoughts. Every single thought that comes to you. Other than thoughts like, “I like this,” or, “I love this,” or, “I appreciate this”—no other thoughts are true. Only love is real.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and rise above your thoughts.

To any negative thought, or emotion, say to yourself, “That’s not me.”

Breathe in and know who you really are.
Breathe out and be who you really are.

You are love, you are loving. You are loved.

Breathe in and celebrate! You are love!
Breathe out and feel relieved!

Today, you can just sit back and watch your thoughts, and to each one you can say, “That’s not me! I am here in this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!”

I am love, yeah love!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and be free of the tyranny of the unchecked mind!

Everything is happening in your favor. And now you can see, life already is the way you want it to be!
