Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.
Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.
Thank you for this moment. Thank you for my health. Thank you for my home. Thank you for my family and friends.
Breathe in and say thank you for this breath.
Breathe out and be truly grateful for this breath.
It won’t always be like this. Everything will change. This moment is absolutely unique. This moment has everything you need. This moment is infinite.
Breathe in and know it’s already perfect.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you.
Practice feeling like it’s already perfect today. Because you must become it, to see it. Feel it to see it.
Breathe in and feel like it’s already perfect, wow!
Breathe out and know the closer you get to feeling like that, the more you’ll see it.
Even if it’s just for a brief moment, a flash, that you can feel like, “Wow it’s already perfect right now!” Just that brief second where you feel like that will create so many miracles and then you’ll believe in it more and you’ll create more miracles and it’s an upward spiral!
Breathing in, it’s already perfect, wow!
Breathing out, it’s already perfect.
Especially when there are things you’re resisting. Especially when you’re mad or irritated or sad. Say to yourself, it’s already perfect. And you don’t have to want the situation you’re in. It’s not about being happy about the things you don’t like. It’s just about feeling that feeling to impregnate your subconscious, so that your conscious reality is full of perfection.
Breathe in and remember, you’re the creator!
Breathe out and impregnate your subconscious with perfection!
You feel the feeling, and then you see it in reality. The way you feel is what creates. Allow yourself to feel that feeling of perfection. It’s up to you! You can choose what you want to feel right now! And choosing that feeling creates the reality you want! Feeling precedes experience! So decide right now, to feel like it’s already perfect. And so it is!
Breathing in, it’s already perfect!
Breathing out, it’s already perfect.
You’re already perfect. This moment is already perfect. As you go about your day, try saying, “Already” when you breathe in and “Perfect” when you breathe out:
