Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts!

In the present moment, there are no thoughts. In the present moment, everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know that you are in the right place at the right time.

You were meant to be here, right now!

Breathe in and start feeling enthusiastic about your day!
Breathe out and smile because smiling always makes you feel better!

Smiling naturally boost your mood. And when you feel better, you attract better-feeling thoughts, and you manifest better-feeling things. Your mood is your work!

Breathe in and decide to feel good today!
Breathe out and feel confident in yourself!

As you go about your day, if you ever have any doubt about yourself, or what you’re doing, say to yourself, “I’m good at this! Yes! I’m good at this!”

Breathe in and know: You are good at this!
Breathe out and be totally confident! You’re good at this!

Whatever it is you’re doing, put this thought on repeat: “I am good at this! I’m good at this! Yes! I’m good at this!”

Breathe in and feel your power as the creator!
Breathe out and know your power is whatever you put after, “I AM _____.”

You’re the creator. And whatever you say after “I am” becomes true. And if you can feel that it’s true, you’ll see it start to manifest in your physical reality. You must become it to see it! So today, choose what you want to be true after you say I AM.

Breathing out AM.

You are good at this. Say this to yourself today: I’m good at this! Yes, I’m good at this!

Whatever it is you’re doing—chopping vegetables, cleaning, doing your work, exercising, resting: I’m good at this!

Breathe in and feel confident today!
Breathe out and feel how powerful you are!

As the creator you get to say I AM, and follow it with whatever you fancy!

Breathing in I,
Breathing out AM.

This is the best day of your life! You came to this physical reality to have fun as the creator! Today, decide to enjoy your powers. Enjoy being who you are. Because you are good at this. You’re good at being human. You’re good at being in physical reality.

Breathing in, I am good at this!
Breathing out, yes! I am good at this!

Trust the process of life. You were meant to be here right now. You were meant to step into your power right now. No matter what has happened in the past, this moment is a fresh start and you’re good at this!
