Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.
However it is, it’s already perfect. Today, as you go about your day, remind yourself: It’s already perfect!
Breathe in and say, “It’s already perfect!”
Breathe out and say, “I’m already perfect!”
Let yourself get into the feeling place of it already being perfect.
Allow yourself—every time you feel discomfort or a negative thought, or anything you don’t like—say to yourself, “It’s already perfect, wow!”
I’m already perfect! Wow!
Breathe in and feel relieved! It’s already perfect, wow!
Breathe out and let this work for you.
Saying something is already perfect, especially when you don’t like it, opens you up to seeing how it’s happening in your favor. For example, my knee was hurting really bad. And I said to it, “My knee is already perfect, wow!” Over the next few days, I was able to work on my form in the ways that I was working out, and pay close attention to when I was resisting and not being flexible and flowing, and it turned out that the pain in my knee was helping me become more present, and get better form in my workouts.
Breathe in and say, “It’s already perfect, wow!”
Breathe out and really feel the relief of trusting that life is on your side.
The pain is on your side. The discomfort is on your side. The things that you’re judging or worried about or that you just don’t like—they’re happening in your favor. And when you switch perspectives to acknowledging that they’re already perfect, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be!
Breathe in and say, “It’s already perfect, wow!”
Breathe out and feel that feeling of right now being enough. Who you are right now is enough. Who you are right now is perfect. Wow!
Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”
Let yourself be light and playful today, because it’s all already perfect and there is nothing left to stress about. Whatever you get done today, it’s already perfect. Whatever you left off your list today, it’s already perfect and there was a reason why you couldn’t get to it. You’re already perfect, wow!
Breathing in, it’s already perfect!
Breathing out, I’m already perfect!
You are already perfect! And the more you can feel this feeling of, “Right now is enough! Right now is exactly as it should be!” The more you can feel like that, the more you’ll see it’s true. And the more you’ll see why it had to happen that way. How it is happening in your favor, as soon as you get out of the way.
Breathe in and be flexible and flowing today!
Breathe out and look at everything around you, including yourself, and say, “It’s already perfect, wow!”
