Breathe out and relax your body.

This is the right time and the right place and you’re doing everything right. Let your body relax. Let yourself enjoy this moment, right here.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and say thank you for all that you’ve already received.

Everything that’s happening is happening in your favor. It’s happening for you. Every mild irritation, every major disaster—it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel yourself growing calmer.

You can feel good regardless of your circumstances. You can have the best day of your life, regardless of what you’ve done, of what’s happened in your life, of any pending problems. Regardless of any of that. Any negative emotion. Any resistance you have, you can still have the best day of your life, starting right now!

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Everything ever created led up to right now! This moment is where your power lies. This moment is where you have the power to feel the best you’ve ever felt. Make your best work. Have fun. Be carefree. Enjoy life! You can only do it right here, right now.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Keep letting your body relax. It’s all working out for you. You can trust the process of life!

Breathe in and commit to your singular focus today.
Breathe out and choose your singular focus. It doesn’t matter what you commit to focusing on, what matters is you commit to focusing.

Breathe in and focus on your breath.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Keep letting go. Keep letting go. It’s always the right place. And it’s always the right time. And you’re always doing everything right. You can let go of your judgements. You can let go of your resistance. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad, so if you can stay focused in the present moment, you can stay connected to love, joy, and enthusiasm.

Breathe in and welcome joy, love and enthusiasm into your body!
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

It’s all happening in your favor and if you can let go of your thoughts and worries—if you can be present—you can keep having the best day of your life, every day!

Breathe in and step outside of your thoughts.
Breathe out and be here now.

Wake up in the dream right now! You’re here. You’re present. Only your thoughts can pull you outside of this moment, so focus your attention into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and focus on your breath. It keeps you here.

Your breath is your anchor to keep you here, in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Your breath is the solution you’ve been looking for. If you can stay 100% focused on your breath, you will have no problems. You will feel joyful, enthusiastic and loving. You will be having the best day of your life! And since you’re focused on your breath right now, you are having the best day of your life!

All day every day, things will try to pull you outside of the Now. Your thoughts, distractions, your devices, your vices. Everything is a constant pull on your attention. But you can train your attention to stay focused on your breath and that will keep you anchored in the present moment, and you will see life already is the way you want it to be!
