Yes to anxiety. Yes to resistance. Yes to the feeling of dread. Yes to dragging my feet. Yes to overthinking. Yes to worrying about the future. Yes to questioning my self worth. Yes. Yes!

Keep saying yes to what is, no matter how you feel, no matter what’s going on in your life. Keep saying yes and you’ll be in a state of allowing and receiving and flowing. And anything that you don’t like will either turn out to be happening in your favor, or it will disappear.

Let yourself feel confident today. Trust the process of life. Trust that this is all going according to plan and you’re in the right place at the right time!

Yes to second guessing. Yes to overthinking. Yes too worrying about time. Yes to racing thoughts. Yes to craving. Yes to reaching outside of myself for things that make me feel good. Yes to it all. Yes to it all.

Feel excited about those things that feel kind of off in your body. Yes to this feeling of dread! Yes to this feeling of worry! Yes to this feeling of laziness! Yes! Yes! Yes! Get enthusiastic about wherever you are. And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. You’ll see that everything is perfect and in its place and it’s all working out for you. It’s all a gift trying to help you!

Let your body relax. Let yourself lighten up. The more you say yes, the lighter you feel, so let’s have yes for every meal.

When you say yes, you’re not resisting. And when you’re not resisting, life flows for you. When you’re not resisting, things work out. When you’re not resisting, you see you’re already where you’re meant to be. And life is already happening in your favor!
