Watch Your Thoughts (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and smile because life is just for fun! It’s not serious.

Today, we are going to be nice to ourselves and let go of all of those critical thoughts.

Breathe in and take a seat in witness perspective.
Breathe out and rest in the seat of your consciousness.

Become the observer right now.

Ask yourself, “What am I thinking?” Usually I’m thinking a lot of, “I should do this,” or, “I wish things were like this,” or, “I can’t believe that person’s doing this!” What are you thinking?

Breathe in and observe your thoughts.
Breathe out and just notice what it’s like to observe your thoughts.

Breathe in and say, “I’ve noticed I’m thinking and that’s ok.”
Breathe out and say, “I’ve noticed I have a lot of thoughts and that’s ok.”

Breathe in and make peace with your thoughts, no matter what they are.
Breathe out and relax, because it just doesn’t matter.

You are not your thoughts. You are that which observes your thoughts. Your thoughts mean nothing in relationship to who you really are. They’re just tools. They’re just things passing by and its up to you to decide whether to keep them or let them go.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and keep watching your thoughts.

The stream is endless, but it’s not a bad thing to be thinking. Your thoughts are creating. They’re creating your reality. You can choose what you think next.

Breathe in and choose what you want to think next.
Breathe out and decide to think that thought instead.

You can be at peace in any moment, just by sitting back and watching your thoughts. And after you settle your mind down and become still, you can start choosing thoughts that you want to create your world with.

Breathe in and choose your thoughts.
Breathe out and just deliberately think a thought right now.

I want to think, “I love myself.”

Breathe in and think a thought on purpose.
Breathe out and feel your power.

This is your power as the creator. Now, you don’t have to choose to think anything. Even if you never made a deliberate choice to think a specific thought, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you stop being identified with your thoughts, that you stand back from your thoughts and watch them instead of being them.

Breathe in and stand back from your thoughts.
Breathe out and just watch them go by like clouds.

You can let go of each thought as it comes. Or you can choose to think a mantra or affirmation or mental code. Regardless of how you’re managing your inner world, today we’re going to let go of all of those thoughts that don’t serve us.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Decide today is going to be the best day of your life! All it takes to have the best day is to let go of the thoughts as they come. So if you have a thought that doesn’t feel good, just let it go. You don’t have to keep thinking it. If you’re judging yourself or others, just let it go. You don’t have to keep doing it.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about those thoughts floating by! I can let them go!”

You can let your thoughts go. You can wake up in the dream right here, right now. You can be present and experience the bliss that is right here in front of us!

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Decide to be light today! Decode to be playful with your thoughts!

I always notice how I beat myself up in my head constantly! I am of course my own worst critic, but it’s a choice to keep thinking those thoughts or to let them go.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about all of that criticism, any negativity, I don’t give a fuck! I’m letting it go. I’m sitting back in the seat of my consciousness, becoming the observer!”

Breathe in and be empowered today.
Breathe out and just notice your thoughts.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. You can do no wrong, no matter what you do with your thoughts today. You’re still doing everything right.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck about those thoughts streaming by! All that matters is the present moment and being here now.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
