Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and step into this present moment!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

It’s easy to get caught up in our worried thoughts, but today I have a new technique for you to try that I learned from the Osho Zen Tarot deck.

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Everything is working out perfectly and you’re in the right place at the right time. Remember that presence will always protect you. Today, as you go about your day, remind yourself to be totally present.The 5 of Fire Osho Zen Tarot card—it’s the 5 of Wands—it means Totality. What this card means is to be totally present. The picture on the card is three women on a trapeze, and the message is: these people need to be so completely present because if they’re not, their lives are at risk. So we can take this lesson from the 5 of Fire—Totality—and apply it to our lives today, apply it to our fearful thoughts.

Breathe in and feel the meaning of totality.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “When am I not being total?”

When am I not totally present? Let this be your mental code today. As you go about your day, ask yourself, “When am I not total? When am I not total?” This should jar you into the present moment and make you aware of your thoughts. You’re total when you have no thoughts. You’re total when you’re completely present in the moment, on the trapeze, doing your trapeze act.

Breathe in and be on the trapeze!
Breathe out and let your presence protect you!

When are you not total? When are you worried? When are you fearful? When are you being clever? When are you thinking? Ask yourself, all day today, over and over, when am I not total?

When am I not total?

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and be total in your presence.

Have total awareness. Let the 5 of Fire, Totality, drive you today. Let it give you clarity. Just ask yourself, “When am I not total?” And in the moment you ask yourself, you’ll notice a silence in your mind when you become present. In that moment, you are total.

Breathe in and be totally present.
Breathe out and bask in your totality.

Your presence will protect you. Stand up to your mind today. Stand up to your fearful thoughts. Stand up to your worries.

Breathe in and be protected by your presence.
Breathe out and trust the flow of life. You can trust the process of life.

It is all working out. And no matter what happens, you will still be ok.

Breathe in and experience totality.
Breathe out and surrender to the present moment.

When am I not total? When am I not total? You’re total right now!

Breathe in and be totally present and aware.
Breathe out and have so much fun on your trapeze act today!

We’re just here for fun. Let it be fun. Let your day be fun. Your presence will protect you.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “When am I not total?”
Breathe out and be so relieved. You are protected by your presence. And right now, you are totally present, totally in the flow, safe and protected from all harm, and everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
