Be Headless
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Everything is going exactly as it should. It’s safe to get out of the way and let what you want come to you.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Nothing has to change for you to be happy right now. You get to choose what you think next!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself become headless!

Breathe in and cut off your head!
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to be headless.

If you have no head, what are you going to think with?

Breathe in and cut off your head.
Breathe out and bring your awareness down into your heart and start thinking from there.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down into your heart.

Focus your attention on your heart. Feel what it feels like to be centered in your heart.

Breathe in and bring love into your heart.
Breathe out and project love from your heart.

If your mind isn’t there to distract and find problems, you’re free to live from love, yeah love!

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down to your heart.

What does it feel like to have your awareness centered in your heart?

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and feel the sensation in your heart growing.

The more focus you put on your heart center of your body, the less focus is on your thoughts.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down to your heart.

Look around you. But look around from your heart. If you’re headless you’re not looking through your eyes, you’re looking through your heart.

Breathe in and look around with your heart.
Breathe out and look through your heart center.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down into your heart.

Try this technique whenever you’re facing anything really, but especially things you don’t like, things you don’t prefer.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and look from your heart.

When you’re dropped down into your heart center, you aren’t criticizing and judging, or even feeling fear. From your heart center, your path will light up for you.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down into your heart.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and focus on that feeling of love in your heart.

As you go about your day, remind yourself, over and over, to be headless. To drop down into your heart. It will help you wake up in the dream, and enter the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and look from your heart.
