Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and remember the power of, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Let this day be fun for you, no matter what happens. You can have fun no matter what your circumstances are!

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

All it takes to have the best day of your life is stepping outside of your thoughts. Today, before you do anything else, try to count to 10,000. If you can count to 10,000, you will feel so much better. You will feel powerful. You will feel magnetic. You will feel your mood lift so much!

Breathe in and resolve to feel better today!
Breathe out and surrender your doubts and worries and preferences.

If you don’t feel like counting to 10,000 today, you can always chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, or you can focus on your breath by saying,

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Or!

If you’re feeling down on yourself, and you haven’t been liking your choices or your thoughts, go back to, “I love myself.” Your magick power is, “I love myself!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

If you don’t count to 10,000 today, if you don’t chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, if you don’t want to follow your breath, then let this be your mental code:

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Feel the feeling of loving yourself and being carefree! It doesn’t matter what happens. It doesn’t matter what happens to your health, your family, your money, your work, your friends, your pets, your partners. None of it matters. None of it is serious. It’s all going to end up in the same place: love!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Let go of caring about all of those external circumstances, even your body! All of that in the physical world is a reflection of your interior vibration. And you can change every single thing in your physical world by changing your vibration within. Your vibration is just your thoughts.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

To change your vibration, you only have to choose thoughts that feel good to you. If the thought doesn’t feel good, it’s not going to change your vibration for the better. So if thinking, “I love myself,” doesn’t feel good, then that’s not the thought to try.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

To find a thought that feels better, just quiet your mind and focus on counting, chanting or your breath. You just have to get some space from your worries. Then you’ll naturally feel better, and the thoughts that feel better will come to you!

Let this be the best day of your life! It’s up to you to say what your interior life is! And then your physical world reflects it.
