You're God in Human Form (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Everything ever created led up to right now.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and feel yourself becoming present!

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and surrender.

There’s nowhere you have to be. There’s nothing you have to do. It’s safe to just let it all go. It’s safe to just focus on your breath.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts, your worries, your doubts, your fears.

In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Because there is no thought, and we remember the miracle of being alive!

Breathe in and remember who you are!
Breathe out and let yourself be that, who you really are. God in human form.

Breathe in and access your magick!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

You access your magick by thinking about what you want, then returning to the present. So ask yourself, right now, “What do I want?”

Breathe in and think about it. What do I want?
Breathe out and answer it: What do I want?

I just want to feel good and play! What do you want?

Breathe in and now return to the present.
Breathe out and be here now.

That’s it! That’s the magick trick! That’s the key, that’s all there is to it. Ask for what you want, then return to the present.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Sometimes, we get caught up in our minds and forget how to get back to the present. But you always have the thing with you that you need to get back here. Your breath!

Breathe in and notice your breath.
Breathe out and put your attention only on your breath.

To rest your attention on your breath, just think to yourself,

And while you’re focused on your breath, keep your attention on the point where the breath is coming in and out of your body. So on the tip of your nostril or somewhere around your lips—wherever you’re breathing. Try to breathe through your nose, but if you can’t, just anywhere where you feel breath going in and out.

Breathe in and feel where the breath comes in.
Breathe out and feel where the breath comes out.

That’s all you have to do to get back to the present. Slow down, let your thoughts go and wake up in the dream! Everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about here!

Breathe in and remember your power.
Breathe out and resolve to practice your magick.

Think about what you want, then return to the present.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
