Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe out and release your resistance!

You are so powerful! You are god in human form! Ask yourself right now, what do I want today?

Breathe in and think about what you want!
Breathe out and really think about what you want.

I want my inbox to be full of payments, my phone to be full of friends, and I want to feel playful.

Breathe in and feel how it would feel to get what you want!
Breathe out and let yourself receive now.

All you have to do to get what you want, is practice the feeling of getting it. When you practice the feeling of getting what you want, you skip the middleman of manifestation and go straight to what you really want, which is the feeling.

Breathe in and identify how you want to feel.
Breathe out and think about it: I want my inbox to be full of payments. What does that feel like? I want my phone to be full of friends. What does that feel like?

It makes me feel playful and fun. And I can access that feeling so quickly. It feels like laughing. It feels like being delighted!

Breathe in and feel like laughing and being delighted!
Breathe out and let what you want come to you!

When you get what you want, you’re going to be laughing and delighted. Mark this point right now as the point when you practice feeling the way you want to feel. Today, right now, notice the date and time. “I practiced feeling this way!”

Imagine yourself right now getting that thing you want, and say to yourself, “I practiced feeling this way!”

Breathe in and feel your power.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you now!

You’ve practiced the feeling, you’ve visualized yourself getting what you want and saying, “I practiced the feeling of getting this!” Now it’s time to let it go forever and never think about it again!

Breathe in and take that desire,
Breathe out and let it go.

You can trust it’s on its way because you already felt the way you’re going to feel when you get it. You don’t need it anymore!

Breathe in and celebrate your power!
Breathe out and feel so excited! You can practice this with anything you want! Al it takes is identifying what you want, imagining how it feels to get it, and then letting it go and never thinking about it again. That’s the most important part.

Breathe in and feel the way you want to feel right now.
Breathe out and recognize this is why we practice manifestation: it’s not to manifest, it’s to feel the way we want to feel. And right now, we feel that way!

Breathe in and just imagine yourself laughing and being delighted!
Breathe out and feel it in your body.

If you aren’t already, you’re going to be laughing and delighted!

Breathe in and let life delight you!
Breathe out and let yourself laugh at life. It’s not serious. None of it is serious, not even death. We’re just here for fun. It’s just a fun ride. It’s not serious.

Part of the fun of coming is how deeply we feel emotionally. But those emotions are just guides. They don’t have to define us and they don’t have to scare us. We can just accept the hard emotions and move on because with every hard emotion, the equal, opposite, good emotion is ready to come!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Life isn’t serious! I don’t have to care! And right now, I feel the way I want to feel, and that’s all that matters.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!
