You Are The One In Power (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and relax into this knowing.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and notice the silence.

You are this presence. You are this existence, this reality. You are this.

Breathe in and remember this is it.
Breathe out and remember you are it.

You are god in human form. You are the awareness of awareness.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Just let it all go. Let it all go. Let it all go. Let it go.

Breathe in and let the thoughts settle.
Breathe out and let it slow down.

Just relax into your breathing for a few moments. Let yourself settle like a dirty glass of water. Let the dirt settle at the bottom. See the clarity now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow down into this moment.

Be still and know.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

You are the source. Quit looking to the outside world to determine how you feel, how you are. Only you can determine how you are.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

You are never going to get it done. You are never going to finish. You are never going to get it right. You can just relax and enjoy right now. That’s the purpose. That’s the point. Can you enjoy right now?

Breathe in and let yourself enjoy right now.
Breathe out and smile because there’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Right now you are safe. Right now you are protected. Right now you are free.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Let yourself enjoy right now. Turn on your engine. Start your heart. Get the feelings of gratitude there. Reveal them. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Let the thoughts go. That’s what’s making you suffer. That’s what’s causing all of the pain.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and be still and know.

Yes, I am aware. When I am aware that I am aware, I am at peace because my mind is not agitated. When I am aware that I am aware, I am happy because I’m not focused on lack. And when I am aware that I am aware, I feel love because I don’t notice separation. All love is, is absence of separation.

Breathe in and notice the absence of separation.
Breathe out and just relax into the wholeness of eternity, of this moment.

It’s always right now. You can always feel bliss. You are always that awareness, no matter what happens in the world. It’s just a dream.

Breathe in and stop being so affected.
Breathe out and affect your reality.

You are the source. You are the creator. And once you take your power back, stop letting yourself be affected, and start affecting life, you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

Know that you are safe. Know that you are the presence of god. Know that I AM is the presence of god. That’s you. The notion I AM, that’s the knowing that you are aware. Stay with that knowing today. Stay in the knowing.

Breathe in and know it’s all working out for you now.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are safe.

You are free and you are the one in power.

Breathe out and know.

Whatever it takes for you to practice a little stillness throughout the day, that’s all you need to center yourself and live within the miracles that already exist.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender your worries. Let yourself relax into this moment right here right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, thank you.

As you go about your day, whenever things start happening against you, remember to say thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Train yourself to look for evidence that this is true. Everything that happens to you is happening for you, not to you.
Everything is in your favor.

Breathe in and take back the upper hand.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you, thank you. Whatever you’re stressed about, thank you. Doctor’s appointments, thank you. Money issues, thank you. Relationship problems, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep relaxing into this moment.
Breathe out and let go of the worries.

Let go of the judgments. Decide today you’re going to forgive everyone around you and you are going to live in peace.

Breathe in and forgive.
Breathe out and think about it right now.

Who do you need to forgive? Who needs your forgiveness in your life? Imagine that person right now and say to yourself, “I forgive you.”

Breathe in and forgive those who have wronged you.
Breathe out and forgive them.

They didn’t do it on purpose. It wasn’t malicious. They did the best they could with the knowledge they had at the time. If you can forgive this person or the circumstance, you will be relieved of the poison of anger and resentment in your body.

Breathe in and forgive today.
Breathe out and feel how much more one with god you are when you forgive.

It’s not that you become better than the person that you’re forgiving, but they can no longer harm you. You can see them with compassion like they’re little children. Whoever needs your forgiveness today, give them this blessing and know that even if you forgive them, it doesn’t mean that you become a doormat and that they’re going to walk all over you. It just relieves you of the poison. The forgiveness is so that you can feel better.

Breathe in and forgive that person.
Breathe out and let the anger go.

To everyone in your life who crosses your path or who crosses you, I love and accept and forgive you exactly the way you are.

Breathe in and be one with god today.
Breathe out and forgive and forgive and forgive and forgive.

Relieve yourself of the poison. Become your own antidote. You are the antidote to your suffering.

Breathe in and forgive.
Breathe out and be flexible and flowing.

You can go about your day now in love and in peace. You are free from the poison and you are now in the flow.

Breathe out and welcome what is as it is.

Welcome disappointment. Welcome frustration. Welcome uncertainty. Welcome feeling bad for someone else. Welcome worry. Welcome criticism. Welcome self-judgment. Welcome stress. Welcome feeling defeated. Welcome wanting to give up. Welcome.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

The time is going to pass either way. The things that you dread are never as bad as you expect. Your worries never really come to fruition.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and let yourself just be here now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

No matter what has happened, no matter what you have done, no matter what has been done to you, you can always restore the years the locusts have eaten by asking, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

I am aware that I am aware. When I am aware I have no problems because I’m not agitated, so I’m at peace. My mind isn’t focused on lack so I feel happy and I don’t notice any separation from anything or anyone that I love so I feel love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.

And if your mind just won’t shut up, if the asking, am I aware? just isn’t working, if you can’t settle enough to access that space, that breath of being thought-free, then just go back to thank you.

Thank you is the only magic spell you need, the only prayer you need.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you thank you.

Whatever is happening, even if it’s something you did to your own damn self, it’s in your favor. Everything is in your favor. It’s all for the highest good, your greatest good, the greatest good.

Breathe in and access the greatest good.
Breathe out and surrender with thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, I know the time crunch is in my favor. Thank you, I know my own impulsive decisions are in my favor. Thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Even if you feel like you’re faking it, it doesn’t matter. You’ll start to crack open your heart. You’ll start to remember what it feels like to be grateful for real.

Feel how innocent you are. No matter what you’ve done, when you say thank you for the way things are, you become a magnet for more to be grateful for.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. When everything seems heavy: thank you. When you’re stressed about other people’s problems: thank you. Thank you for those problems. I know they’re in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts pulling you out of the now.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Just breathe and watch yourself for a moment.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

Notice the I am. Say to yourself, I am. And don’t add anything else. I am.

Breathe in and notice your presence.
Breathe out and let the words “I am” help you notice your presence.

I am. I exist.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

This is who you really are. Just presence, just awareness, no personal history, no background, just presence.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

Wake yourself up in the dream. I am. Allow your attention to transfer from the worries to the presence. Transfer from the worries to the presence right now.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

Trust the presence. If you let the thoughts go, you’ll feel better. You don’t need anything to change. You don’t need better health. You don’t need more money. You don’t need more relationships. You don’t need more love. You don’t need anything to change. You only need to drop the thoughts and focus on your presence and you’ll feel better.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

Asking, am I aware? is the same technique. Who am I? Whatever technique you want to use to focus on presence. Do it now and you’ll have a much better day.

And when you get that breath of relief from the break in the thoughts, you’ll feel better. And when you feel better, you attract better feeling thoughts.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Stand up to the thoughts right now. You feel bad because you’re worried. You feel bad because you’re thinking unconsciously.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

Stand up to the thoughts right now.

Breathing out, I am.

Stand up to the thoughts right now. Bring the energy through. Clear out the old thoughts. Clear out the old energy. This is a new beginning right now. I am the new beginning.

I am is the new beginning you’re looking for. I am is the new start to your diet. The new job, the new relationship, the new love, the new season. It’s I am and it’s right here. Take it.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

Don’t complicate it by thinking about it. You don’t have to think about I am. Your mind will never grasp it. Your mind doesn’t understand. Your mind is what is adding on everything. I am is before the thoughts. Be the I am. Stay with the I am. You will be refreshed. You will feel better. You will attract better feeling thoughts. You don’t have to try to think yourself into solutions. You feel better and the solutions come.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

This is the drug you’re looking for. This is the miracle you’re looking for. I am. It’s subtle. It’s simple. It’s already here. Nothing needs to change. You just need to look at it. Just look at the I am.

When things start going wrong, I am. When you see something you don’t like, I am. When you notice other people’s problems, I am. When the worries come, I am. Be the presence.

This is the new beginning you’ve been looking for. You choose it and then you’ll see it reflected. Stay in the presence and the miracles will be revealed. They are already right now.

What if it all did work out for you? What if that thing you’re worried about worked out so perfectly you couldn’t have planned it better?

Breathe in and feel how you want to feel today.
Breathe out and take your power back.

You don’t have to wait for something in life to change to feel better. You choose it and then you see the reflections. You’re the creator. You’re the source. Stand up to this reality. It’s a printout of you.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

You know you’re the creator. You know you have the ability to manifest. You know the power of your attention. Where attention goes, energy flows. You know how to do this. You know how to practice the presence of god. You know exactly what you’re doing. Today, lighten up and have fun.

Breathe in and have fun today.
Breathe out and be light today.

Let it be easy. Let it be a miracle. You don’t have to try to control so much. You don’t have to try to worry things into going your way.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and forgive yourself for your instantaneous reactions of resistance.

It’s only natural to resist change. The mind is just trying to protect you from danger, but you are not in danger. You were never born and you will never die. This life, this physical reality is just for fun, just something to break up the monotony of eternity.

Breathe in and don’t take it so seriously.
Breathe out and remember it’s infinite.

You’ll get to do something else. You’ll get to get another chance. You have forever to work it out. The only point is to simply enjoy right now.

Breathe in and simply enjoy right now.
Breathe out and make that your goal today.

Simply enjoy right now. Then you don’t need anything to manifest. You don’t need anything to change. If you can find a way to enjoy right now, you will always be enjoying.

Breathe in and remember who you are today.
Breathe out and simply enjoy right now.

That’s the only magick you need. There are techniques like saying thank you—helps you enjoy right now. Gratitude always switches your perspective and helps you enjoy right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

That’s another way to practice the presence of god, to pause the thoughts and wake up in the dream. Today, surrender the worries. Surrender trying to control. You’re trying to get it perfect. It’s not going to be, but you have the rest of eternity to figure it out, to watch it work out.

Breathe in and let life work it out today.
Breathe out and just say, “Fuck it.”

Just do what you can to enjoy right now. Nothing else is up to you.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for this right now. I am now enjoying.”

It’s All Just Magnets (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Today, remember, you are a magnet, nothing more, nothing less. You don’t have to think about what things mean. Only know that you are a magnet and you are in control of your own polarities. When you want something, you push it away. When you feel like you already have it or you don’t care if you have it, you attract it. That’s how the magnet works. There is no hidden meaning. There is no value judgment. It’s just a magnet. Your mind adds all these layers of meaning to desires and things happening, but it’s all just magnets. It’s so simple.

Breathe in and think about what you want today.
Breathe out and really identify exactly what it is you want.

I want to receive a phone call for an opportunity to do this thing that I want to do and I want to feel high from doing it.

Breathe in and identify exactly what you want.
Breathe out and imagine getting it right now.

Imagine after you get the thing and you think to yourself, “Wow, this really is magick. Wow, it really works. It is just magnets. It is really that simple.”

Magnets aren’t magick, but it seems like it. It’s an invisible force and you can harness this invisible force today. Now, whatever it is that you want, can you make peace with not getting it? Can you actually find a way to want the opposite?

Breathe in and find the opposite of what you want.
Breathe out and make peace with that happening.

Decide you’d prefer it that way. Come up with reasons why you prefer to not get what you want. If I don’t get what I want tonight, I’ll have more time. I’ll have to go within and be the source. I’ll have to look for the god instead of look to the world for satisfaction. I’ll have to get stronger at doing this thing. If I don’t get what I want, I’ll find something more fun to do. If I don’t get what I want, I can just say thank you and know it’s in my favor.

If you can’t come up with the reason why you’re happy you don’t get what you want, imagine if you get what you want, something really bad happens. Like, okay, I get this invite and I go over there and something awful happens that only happens because I was there and it was my fault. And then I’d be much happier if I hadn’t gotten what I wanted.

Breathe in and see through all these mental gymnastics.
Breathe out and see how the only trick is to just be happy where you are.

That’s the magnet that matters. You can work it specifically with your desires by finding a way to let them go, by feeling the way you would feel if you got what you wanted by tricking your mind into not wanting it.

Breathe in and let the trickery go.
Breathe out and just look for the god right here right now.

Physical reality is just a series of on and off, yes and no, push and pull, opposites, magnets, polarities. It’s easy to work with once you get the hang of it, but it’s not so easy to just abandon your desires and the feelings that you have. But what is easy is finding god right here right now and you forget about your desires. You forget about needing things to change because you’re so happy to be here.

Breathe in and be so happy to be here.
Breathe out and know that no matter what happens, no matter what you gain or lose in sickness or health, you can be happy right here by dropping the thoughts and identifying as the thing we all have in common, pure awareness, god itself.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

If you want to cast your little magnet spell before settling into the present moment, just say thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor, whatever happens, thank you, I know it’s in my favor, thank you, really feel that feeling.

But there, you’ve sent it, you’ve cast your spell, it’s time to stay as you are, pure awareness.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

Don’t let an emergency force you into presence, choose the presence and then you can live your magickal life of miracles that is simply just a system of magnets, but you can enjoy it and feel good and be happy.

How Would You Feel If You Knew You Were Gonna Get What You Wanted? (transcript)

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow down into this moment.

Let your body relax. Bring your attention into right now.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender, it’s not serious.

Even while you’re sitting here meditating, you still have thoughts racing all over the place, worrying, wondering, because you are experiencing uncertainty.

Breathe in and notice all the uncertainty in your life.
Breathe out and know that uncertainty is god, the unknown is god, it’s nothing to be afraid of, but the mind disagrees.

Breathe in and notice the uncertainty.
Breathe out and welcome the unknown.

All of your worries are coming from not knowing. They’re coming from not knowing what’s going to happen. They’re coming from wondering if the worst case scenario is going to happen.

Breathe in and notice your worries.
Breathe out and welcome your worries.

They’re pointing you in the right direction.

Breathe in and notice where you’re scared of the unknown.
Breathe out and feel that feeling of fear.

Being scared of the unknown, not knowing what’s going to happen—that’s the worry. That’s the uncertainty, that’s the source of the worry, the unknown.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice that answer, yes, I am aware, I know that I am aware, I know that I am aware, I know that I exist, I know that I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and notice that feeling of knowing.
Breathe out and remind yourself of the one thing you know for sure, you exist, you are aware, you cannot deny that you are aware.

It’s the one thing you know for sure.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Whenever the worry gets to be too much, remind yourself, am I aware? And instantly you’re practicing the feeling of knowing. You’re combating the unknown with the feeling of knowing. And then the unknown isn’t scary because in every moment you have the choice to feel that feeling of knowing. And when you know that you are aware, that you are one with the presence of god, then nothing bad can happen to you or anyone else. It’s all in your favor, it’s all god’s plan.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, genuinely, yes, I am aware, I know that for sure.

Any time you’re overwhelmed with worry, this is what you do to practice the opposite feeling, to remind yourself that you know you exist, that you know you are aware of awareness, that you are awareness itself. And that’s what god is.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in that feeling of knowing, yes, I know I exist, I know I am aware, I know I am here.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s just not serious.
And breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are aware.

That’s your primary knowledge, the one thing you know firsthand—I am aware, I exist, I am here, you cannot negate it, you cannot refute it, you cannot deny it, you know for sure you are aware.

Breathe in and stand up to your worries today.
Breathe out and let yourself feel knowing.

How would you feel if you knew it was all gonna work out? How would you feel if you knew you were gonna get what you wanted? How would you feel if you knew it was all in your favor?

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you for the worries, for the fear.

They help me remember who I am. They help me remember what I know.

Breathe in and remember who you are today.
Breathe out and stand up to your worries.

Become worry-free today. Rest in the one sure knowledge that you have and then the rest of your life will flow with miracles and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. You knew all along it was going to work out. You knew it.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Notice where you are right now. Notice the sensations in your body. Notice what you’re thinking.

Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m livid. Yes, I am so furious at how unfair things are. Yes, I am so mad at being accused of things. Yes, I feel so sorry for other people. Yes, I am so frustrated. Yes, I am so irritated about time and the things that I have to do and the things other people have to do. Yes, I feel so defeated and helpless like everything is futile. Yes, I feel like exploding and giving up. Yes, I feel so fucking mad. Yes, I just miss my dad. Yes, I just want someone to help me make light of these problems. Yes, I’m trying so hard to be like my dad and do all the things he did but it’s hard. Yes, I really miss him and wish I could talk to him. I’d get some advice even though I wouldn’t want to hear it and I wouldn’t take it.

Yes, I’m so frustrated.

Breathe in and welcome the frustration.
Breathe out and just notice that it is what it is.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and notice the thoughts and the emotional reaction that you have in your body.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and just try not giving a fuck.

Yes, I’m so mad at being falsely accused. I don’t give a fuck. Yes, I feel so bad for other people. I don’t give a fuck about other people. See, it’s not a very effective one today. I do give a fuck. I give too much of a fuck.

Breathe in and give in to totally giving a fuck.
Breathe out and admit you give way too many fucks.

Breathe in and just keep giving until they’re gone.
Breathe out and surrender.

You want to control everything but it’s not up to you.

Breathe in and say fuck it.
Breathe out and maybe that one will work better.

Fuck it. I give a fuck. Fuck it. I admit it. Fuck it.

Breathe in and remember it’s just magnets.
Breathe out and let yourself just be a magnet.

There’s no meaning. It’s a simple yes or no, a push or a pull. If you care, you push it away. If you don’t it comes to you. You can’t force these feelings. You can’t force yourself to polarize in the other direction but you can try. You can notice how people work just like magnets.

Breathe in and notice your magnetism.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you’re a magnet even if you can’t control what your pull is.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and let your magnet neutralize.

Stop caring about what you push or pull in the world and then it won’t be such a big deal.

Breathe in and just say thank you.
Breathe out and know it’s all in your favor.

Thank you. Thank you for the magnetism. One day I’ll figure it out. One day I can change the poles on command. One day I’ll get a hang of this.

Breathe in and just surrender to what happens today.
Breathe out and let go.

You can’t stop caring. You can’t change your polarity but you can breathe and slow down and just watch it happen until the energy dissipates. Then you go back to neutral.

Breathe in and feel yourself neutralize.
Breathe out and feel the charge dissipate.

Everything is perfect and in its place and you know when you say thank you and really feel it the things end up happening in your favor. Whatever bullshit I have to go through today—when I have to fucking stand up to my people and tell them you’re wrong—whatever happens as a result of that will be in my favor. That much I know.

Breathe in and say thank you for the bullshit.
Breathe out and really feel it.

Thank you for the bullshit. Otherwise I would just be bored in eternity. At least something’s happening.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel that thank you.

Thank you. And that’s as close as you can get to changing your polarity today. Thank you. Thank you. I do know what’s in my favor. Thank you.

You Already Have What You Wanted (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender. Let the thoughts go.

You’re not going to figure it out and worrying doesn’t solve anything. It’s just wishing for what you don’t want.

Breathe in and center yourself here now.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

Am I aware that I am aware right now? Just like that, you can wake up in the dream. One simple question, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and take your power back.

As soon as you let go of the thoughts, everything changes. You feel better, things start to flow. Let go of the mental chatter. It doesn’t mean to stop it. It just means don’t follow it. Don’t believe it. Just let it go.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware right now?”
Breathe out and really investigate, “Am I aware that I am aware right now?”

It turns the attention inward to look at the source of attention itself.

Breathe in and look at the source of attention.
Breathe out and relax into the source.

Who are you who is looking for the source of attention?

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Drop the thoughts. Drop the attention to the thoughts. You are a powerful creator. And as soon as you let go of the worries, life conspires to bring you miracles.

Breathe in and see the miracle you already live in.
Breathe out and let your judgments go.

Let your criticisms go. It’s all happening in your favor. All of it. Even the things that make you so mad. It’s in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for what is.”

Even when people around you do things that you think are so dumb, it’s in your favor. Their mistakes are in your favor. It always ends up working out for you every single time.

Breathe in and relax into knowing.
Breathe out and relax into trusting the process of life.

You don’t have to control anything. You don’t have to resist anything. You don’t have to seek for anything. If you can drop the thoughts and let go of looking to the outside world for satisfaction, you’ll already be satisfied. And then the satisfying things come in your physical reality. But you don’t need them. You already have what you wanted inside.

Breathe in and be satisfied.
Breathe out and see how easy it is.

Let go of needing things outside of you to change to feel better. Let go of needing outside love or approval to feel better. You feel better by placing your attention on the source of attention.

Breathing in, “Am I aware that I am aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am. I am aware that I am aware.”

As soon as I drop the thoughts and focus on the awareness for a split second, as soon as I do that, I feel so much relief and it’s that relief that magnetizes you to receiving what you want, to receiving things that make you feel relieved because you’re the creator, you’re the source, and you become it to see it.

Breathe in and stop taking it so seriously.
Breathe out and remember it’s all just magnets.

There’s no meaning. When you stop caring, it comes. When you care, you push it away. That’s the magnet of desire.

If you can let go of wanting things to change, the magnet of your dropping the desire brings the desire to you. It’s already created. It already exists. Only your awareness of not having it keeps it away.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and be the strong magnet that pulls whatever you want to it.

You won’t even need it when it comes. It’s already yours.

Breathing in, am I aware that I’m aware right now?
Breathing out, yes I am and I am now in the flow.

Be Mesmerized By Your Own Presence (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Remember that having is evidence of wanting and wherever you are right now, you used to want this. This is what you wanted.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, my body is tired. Yes, I’m afraid of the uncertainty. Yes, I want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I want attention. Yes, I want to feel good about myself. Yes, I want solutions. Yes, I want attention. I want attention.

Breathe in and notice what you want.
Breathe out and smile because you are the source and whatever it is you want, you can give to yourself and then you’ll see it reflected in your reality.

Breathe in and give yourself attention.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

When you’re looking for approval or attention from other people, you can easily get the same feeling, even better, by giving it to yourself. When you want to feel wanted, it means your presence is wanted.

You want your own presence. You want to feel in the company of god. You want to feel like you’re loved for who you are as you are right now.

Breathe in and feel loved as you are right now.
Breathe out and do it by asking, “Am I aware?”

This simple question takes your attention off of the thoughts, off of the problems, off of the world and places it on your source. Pure awareness. Awareness is what everything is made up of. It’s what you are and when you identify as pure awareness by asking, “Am I aware?” You become one with all that is. You become one with god, with love. Your problems are solved. You don’t have any more problems because it’s all one. There can’t be any problems because there’s no separation. There’s nothing to fight against something else.

Breathe in and end the conflict.
Breathe out and relax into the safety of the now.

This moment is your security. This moment is your relief from uncertainty. Your mind is worried about what’s going to happen later, but if your attention is present here now, there’s nothing to wonder about. Everything just is.

Breathe in and return to the safety of now.
Breathe out and feel safe right now.

Right now you know you are aware, so you’re feeling the feeling of knowing. That counteracts the fear of the uncertainty, the fear that something bad is going to happen. If you keep your attention here in the knowing that you are, the knowing that you are aware, that feeling of knowing permeates your entire reality. You can move through your day feeling secure and confident and in love and you don’t need anything to change. You don’t need attention from other people because you’re giving it to yourself, mesmerized by your own presence, in love with your own presence. That’s the goal today. Be in love with your own presence and then you won’t need it from anyone else.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and genuinely look, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and wake up in the dream, “Yes, I am aware.”

Catch the glimpse of freedom that comes with stabilizing as pure awareness, identifying as awareness. All you have to do is ask, “Am I aware?” and put your whole being into looking. Don’t half-ass it thinking something else at the same time. Genuinely look, “Am I aware?”

“Yes, I know I am aware. I feel knowing. I am knowing. I know what’s happening. And if I stay here in this knowing, I don’t ever have to wonder if something bad will happen, if I will stay secure. When I am aware that I am aware, I am safe and I am always aware.

So I am always safe.”

The only work is moving your attention from the worried thoughts to the knowing that is right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am now in the flow
and I am safe and secure.”
