Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. It’s time to surrender the thinking, remember who you are and step into your fresh start.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you, thank you. Remember you’re a powerful witch. You get to choose. You’re the source. You’re the creator. Decide right now that you are going to project how you want to feel. Project what you want to receive. You hold the power. Make the choice right now to have the best day of your life.

Breathe in and remember you live the magick life.
Breathe out and relax. You live the magick life.

We’re living in a waking dream where anything is possible. Can you believe we’re here doing this in this solar system, in this galaxy, in this universe? It’s a complete mystery. Let yourself have fun. Let yourself enjoy it. It’s not serious. Your thoughts might make you think it’s serious. But we’re just here for fun. Trust that it’s safe to enjoy life today. Trust that you don’t need anything to provide a buffer between you and reality. You are reality. Decide how you want it to be.

Breathe in and be one with god today.
Breathe out and practice the presence of god today.

When you align with god, you’re magickal. When you align with god, you’re powerful. You feel good. You feel love. You feel peace. You’re happy. You manifest miracles. Align with god today. Make your life so much easier.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

And even if you don’t like where you are, say thank you and really feel it, and your reality will shift.

Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Right away, your innocence is revealed. Right away, you remember your power. Right away, you can see miracles are already surrounding you. Right away, you can see life already is the way you want it to be. When you shift to the vibration of thank you and you really feel it.

It’s just your thoughts, thinking about the future, worrying about the past, stressing about what you have to do next. All of that is affecting how you feel, but you have the choice to not take it seriously. You have the choice to say to yourself, “Wait a minute. I’m god. I can align with god and I can change the trajectory of my entire life.”

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Enjoy your power today. Enjoy being a body. Enjoy being in this physical reality, this physical world. Enjoy it by aligning with god. And you do that by first saying thank you and feeling it so you catch that optimism. And then as you go about your day, just keep asking yourself, “Am I aware?” And if you can’t get away from the thoughts, if there’s something bothering you so much that you can’t get a handle on this aligning with god thing, just ask yourself, “Who am I who’s so bothered by this?” And keep asking and asking and asking until it’s revealed. There’s no one at the center to be bothered. And the bother just floats away.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Who am I who is aware? Stop the thoughts and enjoy your life today.

Trust the Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

You don’t need anything to change to practice the presence of god right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Remember your magick. Remember who you are. Pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I have no problems because I’m not focused on the thoughts making me feel bad. When I am aware that I am aware, my mind is not agitated. It’s not seeking, so I’m at peace. When I am aware that I am aware, I don’t notice lack, so I’m happy. And when I am aware that I am aware, I am identified as awareness, the thing we all have in common. We’re all made up of awareness. And so I feel no separation from those I love. I don’t feel like there’s a person that I’m missing that I need that’s separate from me that I can’t live without. When I am aware, I am whole and I don’t need anything else.

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and genuinely look.

Investigate, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Investigate over and over and over to stabilize as you are, pure awareness.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender the seeking.

Surrender thinking something needs to change for you to feel better. Acknowledge where you are. “Yes, I’m seeking for change. Yes, I’m waiting for something to happen so I can feel better. Yes, I’m waiting for someone else to make the decision that I can feel better. Yes, I’m waiting on someone else for me to feel better.”

Breathe in and see where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and decide to feel better without the change.

Be able to get through your life without getting what you want because everything that comes, goes. When you get what you want, it’s not going to help because then you’ll be afraid to lose it. No matter what, you’ll be unhappy if you’re waiting for something in the world to change to feel good.

Breathe in and stop depending on the world.
Breathe out and surrender your attachment to the world.

You might be so full of love and attachment to the things that you have, the relationships you have, the circumstances you live in, but it’s all going to go and if your happiness is dependent on the physical things, you will never be truly happy.

Breathe in and find the only true happiness within.
Breathe out and do that by practicing the presence of god.

I don’t even know how to get there right now. I don’t feel it. I just miss something so bad. But I know from life experience that the only thing missing is god. And the way to practice the presence of god is to first feel a little gratitude to get some optimism so that I can trust and believe in the power of, am I aware? And then when I ask, am I aware? I know that I’m practicing the presence of god.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and really feel it.

Remember, this is your magick.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Feel your innocence. Feel that you can shift your own mood without something changing. Thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Feel your power coming back. Thank you. Your mind gets stuck in these patterns thinking it needs something to feel good. But there are infinite possibilities and when you let go of the thoughts and the attachments, you open up to receiving bigger and better than you could ever imagine.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

Slow down into awareness. Trust the awareness. Trust that when you let the thoughts go, you’re a magnet for your miracles. Let them come today.

Whatever you’re seeking for, you can find it right here. There is no rush. There is no need to escape this moment. You are safe here.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and remember it’s only your thoughts making you feel bad and if you take the time to slow down and center yourself into yourself, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Only the thoughts are disturbing you and you can get a bigger picture perspective right now and see you are not your thoughts. You are the theater in which the thoughts arise.

Breathe in and be the theater in which they arise.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

It’s simply not serious.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and relax into receiving today.

Whatever you’re stuck in your head thinking about, seeking for, just say thank you. Thank you for these thoughts that are constantly reaching out wondering about what other people are
doing. Thank you for the feeling of being on edge, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting. Thank you for the feeling of waiting.

Breathe in and stop waiting to be yourself.
Breathe out and stop waiting to feel good.

Stop waiting for something to happen, for something to change for you to feel better. Choose it now.

Breathe in and smile. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and feel yourself feeling lighter already.

Just slow down enough, surrender enough to see it’s just the thoughts making you feel bad and you don’t have to think them. You are under no obligation to go down that path. You can simply let the thoughts go and enjoy this moment as it is.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and notice where you are.
Breathe out and zoom out.

Just let yourself be here for a moment. Not seeking for change, not waiting for change. Just be here. Let the need for change go.

Breathe in and see nothing needs to change.
Breathe out and know that that’s how you get the change to come—by not needing anything to change.

The instant you are happy where you are, the change comes.

Breathe in and be happy where you are.
Breathe out and smile because you know you can do it.

You know you are happy where you are. When you get the distance from the thoughts, when you let them go, when you surrender to the moment, that happiness is revealed. The happiness that you already are. The clouds part and the sky is happy.

Breathe in and let the clouds part.
Breathe out and see the sky is happy underneath the clouds.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you but just feel it in your heart.

Don’t think about it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the reward of being. Thank you for the surrender. Thank you for helping me see my value is not in what I do. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel the value in this moment.
Breathe out and feel your value in this moment.

The value is that you’re here enjoying it. This is the only point, to be here, enjoying.

Breathe in and just be here.
Breathe out and feel so relieved you already know how to do this.

You already know how to enjoy life. You just let the thoughts go. You just be yourself. You just exist.

Breathe in and be yourself today.
Breathe out and just exist.

Let the seeking go. Let the need for something to change go. Nothing needs to change and if you can realize right now that you don’t need anything to change to be happy, all the changes you want will come. And you’ll resist them when they come because you’re happy you’re here. You don’t need change anymore.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

When I am aware I have no problems because when I am aware that I am aware, my mind’s not agitated so I’m relaxed. I’m not seeking for change so I’m happy and I’m not separate from anyone I love so I am love. I’m in love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out yes, I am aware.

Surrender the seeking. Surrender the needing something to change to feel better. As soon as you stop trying and struggling and looking for something to feel better you’ll notice you already feel good.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and let the seeking go.

Everything is perfect and in its place. You can trust the flow to guide you. Your body is going to do what it’s going to do whether you think about it or not so it’s safe to trust and just enjoy the ride right now.

Breathe in and be open today.
Breathe out and let yourself receive today.

Just go back to thank you and trust it will work.

Breathe out and feel thank you in your heart.

When in doubt, say thank you. This is the best vibration that you can be in as the source, as the creator. Gratitude.

It doesn’t matter what you’ve done. It doesn’t matter what you feel guilty for. It doesn’t matter what you’re second guessing. It doesn’t matter if you think you’ve made a mistake. You can clean it all up with thank you.

Stop Resisting What Is (transcript)

Breathe out and smile because your life is just for living.

You don’t have to do anything else. The point of being here is just to be here. You can let that to-do list go.

Breathe in and welcome the flow through you.
Breathe out and stop trying to force.

Stop trying to plan. Stop trying to schedule. Stop trying to make yourself do things you don’t want to do.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself today.
Breathe out and surrender your controlling.

Surrender control right now. Stop trying to control.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and surrender.

Stop trying to control. Stop going in your mind thinking,
“Then I’ll do this, then I’ll do this, then I’ll do this, and this person better do this.” Let it all go.

Breathe in and just welcome what is.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you for what is.”

To welcome what is, just say yes to whatever is happening that you’re resisting. Yes, someone is chain sawing or something and the sound’s really annoying. Yes, my body is so tired. Yes, I feel like crying. Yes, I feel sad, but I’m too tired to process my emotions. Yes, I’m tired. Yes, I’m burnt out. Yes, I’m annoyed by sounds of barking dogs and chain saws or whatever the hell that is.

Yes, I’m annoyed. Yes, I’m being a big baby. Yes, I’m crabby today. Yes, I feel burned out. Yes, I feel depleted. Yes, I have nothing left to give. Yes, I’m disappointed. Yes, I feel empty like a shell or a husk.

Breathe in and just accept where you are.
Breathe out and settle into where you are.

Just accept it, welcome it, acknowledge it. It doesn’t mean you’re going to let it stay forever. It just means you stop fighting and resisting what is.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and just acknowledge where you are.

Yes, I’m mad at myself for not having more energy. Yes, I’m mad at myself for being irritable. Yes, I miss having a good attitude and all of this energy.

Breathe in and keep welcoming the sounds.
Breathe out and surrender to the annoyances.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Surrender trying to control. Surrender the resisting.

Breathe in and welcome.
Breathe out and welcome.

Flip the switch right now with thank you. I know the stupid sound’s in my favor. I know this irritation is in my favor. I know the slow energy is in my favor. Thank you. Thank you. Oh, it’s a leaf blower. Oh, it’s so annoying. Thank you for the so annoying leaf blower. Thank you for the irritation I feel in my body. Thank you. Thank you for the steady sound that feels like it’s going to make my body implode.
Thank you for the feeling of being annoyed. Thank you for the complaining. Thank you for the self-criticism. For being annoyed. Thank you for not being better able to roll with the punches. Thank you. Thank you. I know the sound’s in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and stop resisting.

Thank you. Thank you. I know this is in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep surrendering.
Breathe out and let go of that resistance.

There is no me to resist if we’re all one awareness. It’s all one. There is no individual separate me that this bad thing is happening to. It’s all just happening, existing. It is what it is. And there’s no separate me to fight it.

Breathe in and become one with what is.
Breathe out and stop fighting it.

It’s only your thoughts fighting it. It’s only your thoughts making you feel bad. You can get a glimmer of what it’s like to merge with what is. And then it can’t hurt you because you’re not separate. And you do that by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Let yourself sit in silence. Let yourself notice the thoughts and notice how they are not you. Let yourself stop seeing yourself as separate and merge right now with me, with all that is. Let yourself become one with pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

When you become one with awareness, you merge with all that is. And you stop separating yourself. There’s nothing to fight. There’s nothing to resist because it’s all you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

When I am aware, I have no problems because I’m not separate. There’s nothing to fight. There’s nothing to miss. There’s nothing lacking.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And even if I can still feel the irritation in my body, I know that I am one with all that is. And I have caught a glimmer of the relaxation that comes with oneness.

Stay here. Keep doing the inquiry. Keep asking, am I aware? And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

And I am now in the flow with everything that’s annoying.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. It might seem like a lot of work to keep your vibration high by remembering you’re the source, by forcing yourself to feel gratitude, but what is the alternative? Boredom, misery, depression, anger, all of these things that come from mixing with experience. Getting lost in the world, thinking that you’re a separate self that can get hurt and die.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and take the path that feels better today.

Choose to set the tone for your day right now. Choose to feel better so your life can feel better. It’s up to you. Take control of your life back. Stop trying to control other people and control your own life.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Your mind is tricking you into thinking you need a certain thing to feel better. It’s tricking you into thinking that it’s always going to be like this, that there’s always going to be this suffering, but it’s just a trick. It’s an illusion. The truth is you’re god. You’re the source and you can choose to set the tone. You can choose to enjoy your life right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Do not create your life by default. Do not just let it happen to you. You don’t have to do things like positive thinking and manifesting techniques. You don’t have to do all that stuff. You just have to remember that you’re the source, that you’re god. And that’s it.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and feel your power coming back to you right now, you’re god in human form, you’re pure awareness.

You set the tone instead of creating by default, instead of letting things happen and then letting them affect how you feel.
Choose how you want to feel right now. And then your life will reflect that.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

And the thing is, you don’t have to affect what happens. There will still be ups and downs. There will still be death and sickness. There will still be accidents and misfortunes. But if you choose to be the source by remembering who you really are, it’s the quality of your experience that improves. No matter what happens, you can still feel good and feel love and feel bliss at being alive. It doesn’t matter what happens.

Breathe in and be your own fucking drug today.
Breathe out and feel good no matter what happens.

You do that by remembering you are the source. You center yourself so firmly in the present moment that whatever happens, you’re curious about it. You’re intrigued. You’re entertained because you’re just watching it go by. Stay stable as you are. Pure awareness. You’re being the theater in which it’s all playing out. It’s all one thing. You’re not a separate self who’s going to get hurt. You’re everything.

Breathe in and expand your awareness today.
Breathe out and leave room for miracles today.

Anything could happen. Don’t get stuck in these limited paths of the mind that constrict you and make you feel small and make you feel like it’s always going to be like this. It sucks. Make the choice that life doesn’t suck today. Make the choice that you have some agency in what you experience. You have some agency in the quality of your experience.

Don’t leave it up to the default.

Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Once you get to the point where you feel good, where you are, no matter what’s happening, then the miracles start flowing and then you get attached to them and the whole thing starts over. But right now you can choose to feel good with what you have, to be in love with how it is, simply by remembering who you are, pure awareness.

And you do that by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

First, start with the gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And feel in your heart that life is not that bad. You’re the source.
You have some ability to influence your experience. Thank you. Thank you. And then once you feel that breath of optimism, remind yourself who you really are, pure awareness, by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Feel your innocence. Feel your optimism. It doesn’t matter what happens, good or bad. It doesn’t matter because you are the theater in which it all occurs. You are the love that makes up everything. And if you can drop the thoughts, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

And I’m now in the flow and I’m now the creator and I’m being the source and I’m going to have a good day because I already am right now.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your thoughts. Surrender your controlling, your scheming and your planning.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

This moment is the only thing that’s real. Let yourself get out of your thoughts into this moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and open up to miracles today.
Breathe out and relax your body into the now.

It’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad. If you’re feeling out of control or depressed, angry, ask yourself why? Are you thinking about things?

Breathe in and become aware of your thoughts.
Breathe out and relax.

You don’t have to stop thinking. You don’t even have to take responsibility for your thoughts because they’re really not yours. Your brain is just a receiver that picks up thoughts that are going by. They’re not yours. Just like when you hear a sound, it doesn’t mean it’s your sound. It’s just your ear perceiving a sound.

Breathe in and feel free.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Instead of getting lost in your thoughts today, practice the presence of god and then life will flow. You’ll experience miracles and you’ll have fun. You’ll get to laugh. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by what life delights you with today.

Breathe in and smile because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and let yourself laugh today.

It’s not serious. You don’t have to control anything. You don’t have to plan or scheme. Let go of your to-do list and enter the present moment and you do that by asking simply,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

That’s all you have to do to practice the presence of god because god is awareness. God is suspected spam. It’s all awareness. It’s all god. It’s all suspected spam.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s all suspected spam.
Breathe out and don’t take anything seriously today.

Take it so lightly you fly. Let yourself have a good attitude. Let the thoughts go. Am I aware?

Breathing out, yes I am.

Let go of everything else. Let go of doing the things your mind tells you to do. Let go of seeking for something to make you feel better and just center yourself. Right, smack dab in this moment. You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to control anything. Just be here by asking, am I aware? Rebel against your own mind. Rebel against your constructed life today. Just be aware. Try it. See how much life takes care of life. See how much of your to-do list does itself. See how much fun you have without lifting a finger. Let the magick come to you today. You’re off the hook.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes. I feel like my life is a weird train wreck right now. Yes. I feel completely out of sorts. Yes. I feel like I’ve really messed up. Yes. I’m really cold. Yes. I’m in a good mood but I feel like I’ve really messed up.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and just welcome what is.

Yes. I’ve been so focused on the world. Yes. I’ve been so mixed with experience. Yes. I’m going to keep doing it. Yes. I feel like I can’t stop messing up.

Breathe in and keep saying yes.
Breathe out and smile. It’s really not serious.

Even when you think you’re messing everything up. Even when you can’t stop yourself from doing the things you don’t want to do. Even when you keep looking to the world for satisfaction when you know you’re not going to find it but you keep doing it anyway.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and smile. It’s not serious.

No matter what you do. It just doesn’t matter. All that matters is how you feel right now. And right now, everything is okay.

Breathe in and ask, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?
Breathe out and notice: what is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Nothing. Nothing’s wrong with right now. I’m safe. I might be cold but I can get warm if I want to. Right now, I’m getting something I wanted which is to feel like recording again. Right now, there’s nothing wrong if I don’t think about it.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Even when you’re out of harmony with your reality, it’s part of the bigger picture. You wouldn’t know the joy of coming back into harmony if you didn’t experience going out of tune.

Breathe in and let yourself be out of tune.
Breathe out and surrender to being out of tune.

Surrender to making a mess. Surrender to fucking up. Surrender to making the same mistakes over and over. Surrender to seeking. Surrender to thinking that there’s some kind of satisfaction in the world.

Breathe in and open up.
Breathe out and become a match to receiving.

Even if you know you’re going to keep going out in the world looking for satisfaction, even if you know you’re going to keep making the same mistakes, you can still say thank you and feel that gratitude in your heart and know that even your mistakes are in your favor, even your future mistakes you know you’re going to make are in your favor. Just say thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Feel how light you are. Feel how innocent you are when you feel that true gratitude in your heart.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

I know that being out of tune is in my favor. I know that seeking is in my favor. I know that looking to the world for satisfaction is ultimately in my favor because it teaches me it’s not there. That’s not where the satisfaction is. The satisfaction is when you go within and stop looking to the world to make you feel better.

Breathe in and stop looking to the world to make you feel better.
Breathe out and go within to feel better.

You can do that by saying thank you and feeling it. Thank you, thank you. And you can do it by asking, am I aware? Because when you are aware you have no problems. When you are aware you don’t need the world to change to feel better.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

The world is going to make you forget. Seeking for satisfaction in the world is going to make you forget that the only satisfaction is within.
The only way is to find the god within. That’s the only thing missing. You might think it’s in the world, in the shopping, in the relationships, in the health, in the money. But the only thing missing is god. And you get that by asking, am I aware? Because you’ve dropped the thoughts that separate you from god and become one with all that is, pure awareness.

Breathe in and stop separating yourself from god.
Breathe out and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.

Simply ask, am I aware? And rest in the knowing that yes, I am aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I’m still going to be seeking, but at least I’m aware that I can be in the flow.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender your worries. Surrender.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go.

Keep letting go of those thoughts. What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m distracted. Yes, I’m a little worried. Yes, I just want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I want… I don’t know what I want. Yes, I’m uncertain. Yes, I don’t know what I want.

Breathe in and welcome it all.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

If I don’t know what I want, it means I don’t have much contrast in my life, meaning I don’t really have any problems. So while I’m in this perfect place of not having problems, not wanting anything, the best thing I can do is rest in gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Instead of getting lazy with my attention, letting my vibration slip.

Breathe in and say thank you and keep your vibration high.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Even though the second I realized that if I don’t have any desires, that means I don’t have any problems, which means I don’t have a lot of contrast, which means contrast is coming—all of that feeling of responsibility and worry that I need to do something to keep bad things from happening—all of that is mental activity that is unnecessary. Life is what it is. It’s not good or bad until you think about it.

Breathe in and go beyond good and bad.
Breathe out and just rest in gratitude and awareness.

Every moment is the same when you are pure awareness. Stabilize as you are. The unchanging. And let life come and go. Let the ups and downs come and go. It’s all the same. It’s all one. It’s all god.

Breathe in and stabilize as you are.
Breathe out and do that by asking, am I aware?

When I am aware I have no problems. When I am aware my mind is at peace because I’m not agitated with thinking. When I am aware I’m happy because I’m not thinking about what’s lacking and when I am aware I am love itself because I don’t notice separation from anyone or anything that I love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

And sometimes asking, am I aware? can introduce a lot more thinking. If you don’t have the devotion right now to genuinely ask, am I aware? and investigate, you can just invite a lot more thinking with that question. If you are beating yourself up or uncertain or you feel like you don’t deserve a good day you can just ask yourself, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and see the perfection of this moment.
Breathe out and know this moment is perfect no matter what you are doing, no matter what other people are doing or not doing.

There’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and get some space from your mind.
Breathe out and let life just be perfect today.

What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? As soon as the thoughts come back remember, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and see that there’s nothing wrong today.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing there’s nothing wrong.

There is nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and say thank you for the perfection of the moment.
Breathe out and welcome whatever comes.

It’s always this moment. It’s always perfect and there is never anything wrong if you don’t think about it.
