Access the Wish Granting Jewel (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and look for that answer.

Truly investigate, “Am I aware?” Obviously, yes, I am.

Breathe in and be aware that you’re aware.
Breathe out and just rest in the knowing that yes, you are aware that you are aware.

This practice, this question, this deliberate choosing to stay aware is known as the wish-granting jewel.

Breathe in and access the wish-granting jewel.
Breathe out and know that jewel is within you, your awareness of awareness is your wish-granting jewel.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” over and over while you’re doing various things: walking, the dishes, driving, working. Any activity, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
And wake up in the dream, realize, “Yes, I am aware.”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

It’s like a flash of recognition and it gets buried under thought so quickly for many people, but the more you practice, the more you can rest just being aware of being aware. And the more time you spend with your wish-granting jewel, the more your wishes come true. And it’s because you don’t care if they come because you are resting as awareness.

When you are aware, you have no problems because you’re not thinking. Instead of the thoughts clouding your experience, you are staying as the thing you naturally already are, pure awareness. And when you’re not thinking, when you’re just aware that you’re aware, your mind isn’t agitated, worrying, so you feel peace.

When you are aware that you are aware, you’re not looking for what’s missing. You’re not noticing what you don’t have, so you feel happy because you don’t notice lack. You don’t feel incomplete.

And when you are aware that you are aware, you’re identified as pure awareness, the thing that makes up all of reality. And when you yourself are identified as the substance that creates everything, that is everything, you are one with everything, and that is unconditional love. No separation, all one unconditional love.

Breathe in and access your wish-granting jewel.
Breathe out and be the wish-granting jewel, pure awareness.

Your mind will try to take this concept and think about it and figure it out and poke holes in it and say why it’s not true and it doesn’t work. But that’s the thinking, that’s just thought, and you are not your thoughts.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and trust this process, trust that when you know that you exist, when you just relax into the knowing that you exist, god is taking care of everything,
not your little human mind. The mind is a great tool, but a terrible master, and if you let it run away with worries and desires, you’ll never be happy. Today, grant your own wishes by accessing the wish-granting jewel of pure awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

I am aware that I am aware, and I am now in the flow.

I Is A Door (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and remember relaxing is your work.
Breathe out and settle into this moment.

Relaxing is your work. It always comes when you let go. It comes when you don’t care. Today, let yourself relax, enjoy where you are, and let the things come to you.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Make this your top priority today. There’s no rush. There’s no urgency. There is no emergency. Your job today is to relax and let life take care of the problems. Let life bring you what you want. Let life take care of life today.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Surrender. Let go of those thoughts that stress you out. Let go of your to-do list. Let go of the stress.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

How do you relax during the day when you have things to do, when you have meetings, when you have phone calls, when you have places to go, when you maybe haven’t slept enough? How do you relax?

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow down.

Your first step is to just slow down your breathing.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

It always comes when you relax. Let that be your motivation. You’ll get what you want when you relax.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Feel your body relax. All you have to do to relax is slow down your breath and then it slows down your thoughts. It slows down your body. It grounds you back into this moment.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Another thing that you can do once you’ve calmed yourself with your breath is just look for the source of “I.” Repeat the word “I,” the letter “I,” over and over. Look for where the “I” is coming from. “I,” “I.”

When you say, “I am doing this,” “I am this,” that “I” is a thought. Where is that “I” thought coming from that you identify with so strongly? You think you are this “I” thought. But look for where it comes from. That’s who you really are.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

“I,” “I.”

Where is it rising from?

“I,” “I.”

Investigate. Where does the “I” thought come from? What is the source of “I,” this “I” thought that you identify so strongly with? Where does it come from? Look for where it comes from right now.

“I,” “I,” “I.”

Notice where it’s arising from.

“I,” “I.”

Notice how you’re grounded into the moment.

“I,” “I,” “I.”

Notice how when you focus on the “I” thought, everything else disappears.

“I,” “I.”

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

“I,” “I,” “I.”

“I” is a door to the infinite. Relax into the infinite.

“I,” “I,” “I.”

Where is it coming from?

“I,” “I,” “I.”

Investigate. Relax yourself by looking for the source of “I.” The more you let go of all of the thoughts and the worries, the more your desires will flow to you. Today, allow yourself to relax and let what you want come to you.

Get Addicted to Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow down.

Let yourself relax into this moment. It’s all happening in perfect timing. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and come into this moment.
Breathe out and bring your awareness into right now.

Have you been seeking lately? Have you been reaching for something to fill you up? Have you been looking to food or drugs or alcohol or relationships or work to be a reason for feeling good? Have you been reaching for a mood boost outside of you?

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and notice where you’re giving your power away.

All of the things we reach for to make us feel better— the food, the drugs, the relationships—we do that because we think we’ll feel better when we do that. We do that because we need comfort. We do that because we need security or love. But today, I want you to get addicted to being aware of being aware instead of reaching for those things that you know you don’t need but that you can’t stop yourself from because you just want to feel better.

Breathe in and know you can feel better on your own.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Every time you feel that urge, that seeking, that flash of a thought telling you, “Go get a drink. Go get some cookies. Text that person. What if I just text that person?” Every time you get an urge like that, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Because when I’m aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I’m happy because I don’t notice lack. When I am aware, I’m peaceful because my mind isn’t agitated. When I am aware, I am love itself because I’m not noticing separation. I’m not separating myself from everyone else.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am. I am being aware of being aware.”

Awareness is what makes up everything, including you. Everything that you perceive is made from awareness, consists of awareness. God is pure awareness.

Breathe in and notice the awareness.
Breathe out and notice you’re already doing it.

You can’t stop being aware. You’re already doing it. Your natural state is already that of awareness. It’s only thoughts that cloud that awareness and make you suffer.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and be aware of being aware.

Whenever you notice yourself seeking for something to fill you, to make you whole, to make you feel better, unless it’s something your body actually needs for health, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And fill yourself up by remembering you’re already whole. You’re already everything that is. You’re already god.

Breathing in, “Am I aware I’m already god?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Practice this all day, every day. Am I aware? Genuinely sit still and inquire, notice, explore the knowing that, Yes, I am aware that I am aware. Rest there for a few moments, a few minutes at a time, and notice how much better you feel, how empowered you feel. You can feel good now without filling yourself with something outside of you that’s temporary and going to go away and make you feel worse when it’s gone.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

There’s no limit to your awareness of awareness. You can always have more. There’s always more unconditional love. It’s infinite. Today, fill yourself with being aware of being aware. Get addicted to awareness instead of reaching for something temporary outside of you, an illusion, a thought, a lie.

Breathe in and focus on what is true and real.
Breathe out and be what is true and real: awareness, pure awareness.

That’s the only truth, the only reality. It’s all one awareness, all one consciousness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

And when I am aware I have no problems because I’m not agitated so I’m at peace. I don’t notice lack so I’m happy and there is no separation between me and anything else. So I am unconditional love itself.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

And I always have access to this. I always have awareness. I always am aware. I am always I am.

This is always here for you and you will feel better with deliberate practice of being aware of being aware.

Breathe in and be empowered today.
Breathe out and be full already.

You don’t need anything from anyone and today is the best day of your life.

Only You Can Affect You (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Surrender. Let go. Surrender right now.

Breathe in and give up.
Breathe out and smile because life will be so much easier when you surrender.

Give up trying to control. Give up caring. Give up worrying.

Breathe in and surrender.
Breathe out and let it all go.

Let yourself relax into this moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Let go of trying to control all the rest. It’s not up to you. Your trying to control only causes your own suffering.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body. It’s not serious.

You can trust that it’s the right place and the right time. You can trust that life knows what to do, that life takes care of life and you are life.

Breathe in and keep surrendering.
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Let go of trying to control. Just be okay where you are right now. What if nothing else ever changed? Could you be okay with where you are right now? Could you be okay if it stayed like this forever?

Breathe in and figure out how to be okay.
Breathe out and let yourself be okay.

Even if it stayed like this forever, how would you survive? How would you cope?

Breathe in and detach from experience.
Breathe out and detach from outcome.

The peace and the happiness you seek are already inside of you. You don’t need anything in the world to change for you to be happy and satisfied and whole.

Breathe in and stop mixing with experience.
Breathe out and quit looking to the world for happiness.

You keep looking for something to change so then you can be happy. But if you do that, you’ll always feel affected by the world. If something changes for good, you feel good. If something changes for bad, you feel bad. Today, surrender being affected by the world. Only you can affect you.

Breathe in and remember the real you.
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware?”

Yes, I am. That’s the pure awareness, the real you, that can’t be affected by anything. Everything plays out on the pure awareness, but the pure awareness has never changed, never affected. It’s always unconditional love and that’s you.

Breathe in and stop being affected.
Breathe out and just surrender.

Stop fighting, stop controlling, stop worrying, stop wishing for change. If you can be okay with how things are in this very moment, you will always be okay.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and know, “Yes, I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems. I’m not mixed with experience, suffering the ups and downs. When I am aware that I am aware, I am resting my attention on its source, god. When I am aware that I am aware, I am practicing the presence of god. I am the presence of god. I am the presence of god.

What more could you need?

Breathe in and be the presence of god today.
Breathe out and relax into being the presence of god.

Nothing needs to change now.

Stop Minding (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor. You can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and smile because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember when you care, you push it away.

Today, decide to stop giving a fuck.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let go of all of your fucks.

Let go right now. You have to be okay with anything. You have to be okay with everything. No matter what happens, you have to find a way to feel good anyway. And the only way to consistently feel good in this life is to choose it, to be the source and stop getting tossed around by the ups and downs of experience.

Breathe in and choose to not give a fuck.
Breathe out and feel so free.

I don’t give a fuck. We want things to go a certain way so that this happens. We want this person to do this. We want this person to not know this. We want so many things, but all of that is in the mind. And the mind is always wrong. The mind is always a lie. Today, as you go about your day, let go of all of the minding. Stop minding. Decide to not give a fuck. Stop minding what happens and be so free. Let go of caring what happens and accept and embrace it all.

Breathe in and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”
Breathe out and feel it.

I don’t give a fuck. I don’t give a fuck what that person thinks about me. I don’t give a fuck if that person finds out that thing. I don’t give a fuck if the friendship is over forever. I don’t give a fuck if I never see that person again. My happiness is not dependent on circumstances. My happiness is revealed from within. My happiness is innate.

Breathe in and know it’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and let go of your attachment to outcome.

It doesn’t matter what happens. What matters is how you feel right now. And you can feel the best you’ve ever felt by simply being aware of being aware.

Breathe in and know all problems are in your mind.
Breathe out and be free.

Only the mind supplies the misery. Only your problems make you feel bad. If you can surrender those problems, you can feel good permanently. The problems are all in the mind. The problems are all in words. Let go of the words. Just be pure awareness. Feel that gratitude in your heart. And just relax into being aware of being aware. It just doesn’t matter.

Breathe in and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”
Breathe out and feel, “I don’t give a fuck. I’m free. I’m happy wherever I am.”

Notice the sameness. If you are noticing that you feel good around some people and bad around some people and some things make you feel good and some things make you feel bad, you’re in the mind. You’re judging. You’re giving value to experiences. When it’s all one, it’s all god, there is no value. There is no good or bad. So if you’re distinguishing between people or experiences, you know you’re mind-identified.

Breathe in and disentangle from experience.
Breathe out and disentangle from your mind.

You are the pure awareness. Go beyond the polarities. Rest as you are. Stable as you are. Pure awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware that I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t focused on lack, so I’m happy. My mind isn’t agitated, so I am at peace. And I’m not noticing separation between things, good and bad, right and wrong. So I’m in love. It’s all one. There’s no separation. Pure awareness allows everything unconditionally and so can you.

Breathe in and don’t give a fuck today.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

You are the source. And when you stop judging and placing value and separating, you see life already is the way you want it to be. All love, all awareness, all peace, love and joy, and that’s who you are.

Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

You don’t need to think about them anymore. Let them go.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious and remember, you are the source.

You are the source of your experience. So right now decide to start projecting what you want to receive.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. It’s all happening in your favor. Today, allow yourself to trust the process of life. Give life a chance to show up for you. Let yourself relax long enough to receive.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel that innocence in your heart.

Feel the power of your gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and lighten up. It really isn’t serious.
Breathe out and take your power back right now.

You’re the creator. You are the source. Just choose. Just decide to feel the way you want to feel and then life will reflect it and it won’t even matter because you already feel the way you want to feel.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel the thank you in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. Trust that this moment is god. Trust that you are practicing the presence of god when you let your thoughts go and relax into right now. Trust that life is good. Trust that god does love you. Trust it’s all happening in your favor and you can reveal the knowing right now just by feeling gratitude in your heart.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and keep surrendering the thoughts.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go as they come.

You don’t need them. They’ll keep coming but you can watch them and let them go. You don’t have to go down the train of thought that’s going to derail. Stay with the presence of god by feeling thank you in your heart. Stay in the presence of god by letting the thoughts go. Thank you.
Thank you. Let thank you pull you into the present moment. Let thank you be your practice of the presence of god. Thank you. Thank you.

Practicing the presence of god is not boring. It’s not religious. It’s not weird. It’s just love. It’s exciting. It’s mystical. It’s thrilling. It’s enthusiastic. It’s the spirit of god moving through you.

Breathe in and feel excited to practice the presence of god.
Breathe out and remember when you say thank you and feel gratitude in your heart, you are one with god and when you are one with god, your life has no choice but to reflect that.

Love pours onto you and from you. Everything works out. And you feel good and you see good and life is good.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and practice the presence of god today just by feeling gratitude in your heart.

Bring yourself into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about and have the most magickal day of your life.

Be OK With Everything (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Let your body relax. Let your shoulders relax.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and be okay with everything that is.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep accepting what is.

Yes, I’m dreading things. Yes, I’m anxious about the future. Yes, I want something to happen so I can feel better. Yes, I’m annoyed. Yes, I’m resisting what is. Yes, I want change so that I can feel better. Yes, I am seeking for things to make me feel better. Yes, I am mixed with experience. Yes, I am forgetting that I am the source.

Breathe in and remember you are the source of your experience.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Remember you are the source. You are where it’s all coming from. If you want your life to change, change the way you are first.

Breathe in and flip the switch.
Breathe out and be here now.

You don’t have to change your habits or your thoughts, your actions, your reactions. All that can change to affect the rest of the world is your energy, your perspective, your attitude.

Breathe in and choose the attitude you want.
Breathe out and know it will be reflected in the world.

You must become it to see it. So if you’re doing things to keep up with the world like taking drugs or nagging or trying to change things through force, remember that the world will reflect that to you. If you tell the world, the world is too much for me. I need drugs to deal with it. The world is too much for me. I need food to deal with it. The world is too much for me. I need something to fill me to deal with it—If that’s your attitude, the world is going to be too much for you and you’ll be overwhelmed and you’ll never catch up. You’ll never feel integrated in the world. You’ll never feel whole.

Breathe in and notice how you can already be full.
Breathe out and choose it right now.

You can use thank you. You can ask yourself, “Am I aware?” You can ask yourself, “Who am I who needs to be filled up to feel good, to deal with the world, to face the world? Who am I?”

Breathe in and choose your attitude now.
Breathe out and let the world reflect it.

If you’re sending the signal of, “I can’t keep up,” or “I need to be filled,” or “I don’t have enough,” or “I need things to change,” that’s what you’re going to get. Decide right now to be full, to not need anything to change, to be okay with everything, exactly the way it is. And then you will see life already is the way you want it to be. The world will reflect your satisfaction, your wholeness. You’re the source.

Breathe in and be the source of your experience consciously.
Breathe out and choose the way that you look at the world.

Choose your attitude. Choose your perspective. Choose right now what you want to see reflected. Decide the energy you want to receive and then be that energy. It’s that simple. Do it now.

Breathe in and feel excited about your day.
Breathe out and be the energy you want to receive today.

Do you want to receive things to be joyful about? Do you want to receive love? Do you want to receive praise or thanks? All of these things you generate within and then they’re reflected. It’s up to you. Choose it now.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you,” and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you,” and feel it in your innocent heart.

Thank you, thank you. You don’t have to say thank you for anything specific. But know, it’s all happening in your favor and everything you look at, everything you think, everything you do, you can say thank you to. You can relax into the knowing that it’s all happening in your favor, even and especially your actions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Breathe in and be in love with life today.
Breathe out and let go of trying to force or control change.

The only thing that needs to change is the way you look at things and then the things you look at change.

Breathing in, thank you.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you suffer. You might feel pain but it’s the thinking about pain that makes you suffer.

Breathe in and let it be easy today.
Breathe out and know: you don’t have to think about it.

You can let the thoughts go. You can choose to be aware of being aware instead of worrying, thinking, overanalyzing, wishing, wondering. You can let all of that go.

Breathe in and just step into this moment.
Breathe out and remember the power of asking, “Am I aware?”

When you are aware, you have no problems because your mind isn’t agitated, worrying. You’re not thinking about what’s missing so you’re already happy and you’re not separating yourself with the “I” thought so you’re one with everything. That’s unconditional love.

Breathe in and be light today. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax.

Keep relaxing your body. Let yourself enjoy this day. If you’re not enjoying this day right now, flip the switch with “Thank you.” Trust it’s all in your favor. You know for a fact that everything that has ever happened to you has been in your favor because it’s all led you to right now and right now everything is perfect and in its place. It’s all working out for you.

Breathe in and say “Thank you.”
Breathe out and say “Thank you.”

Thank you. Feel that feeling in your heart. Thank you. Feel how innocent you are when you say “Thank you.” Thank you. Thank you. That’s how you always have the upper hand. That’s how you get control back over your attention. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

If you can really feel that feeling of gratitude for the things that you think are happening against you, you’ll see right away how they are in your favor and life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

You are so innocent. You are already god. This is just an illusion. Just an adventure to pass the time.

Breathe in and stop taking it so seriously.
Breathe out and decide to have fun today.

You don’t have to take it seriously at all. As you go about your day, if you’re in a bad mood or things are happening you don’t like, flip the switch with “Thank you.” Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

And then once you’ve reached some baseline of comfort, like your physical needs are met and you’re not trapped in your thoughts worrying, start asking yourself, “Am I aware?” and let yourself rest there, stable as you are, pure awareness, just observing, just witnessing, just being, not affected, not trying to affect.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Allow yourself to practice the presence of god before you’re desperate, before the problems start, before the contrast is so high that you have no other choice. Choose awareness before awareness chooses you.

Trust the power of this question. Trust that you know how to practice the presence of god and when you’re practicing the presence of god, nothing can go wrong. It’s god. It’s all love and it’s all you.

I am now aware, and I am now in the flow and life already is the way I want it to be. Nothing needs to change.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, surrender your desires, surrender your time-mastering, time-crunching, time-sensitive needs.

Breathe in and be the source of time today.
Breathe out and remember you are the source.

You can create perfect timing, if you surrender your need to control time.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Imagine it’s all happening in perfect timing. Imagine it’s all happening exactly the way you want it. Imagine there’s more than enough time to do everything you want and relax.

Breathe in and say thank you for the perfect timing.
Breathe out and trust the perfect timing.

It’s all unfolding perfectly, just like fruit ripening on a tree. You can’t rush it. It’s going to happen when it’s going to happen. All you can do is get out of the way and remember there’s nowhere to go.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and know that no matter where you are you’re still going to be there.

You’re still going to feel the same, no matter what changes, you are still you. Today allow yourself to enjoy wherever you are because it doesn’t matter where you are. You are the source. You have to choose how you feel. You can’t wait for life to change how you feel. It’s up to you. You are the source.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you.

Feel the innocent gratitude in your heart. Thank you. You are innocent. Life is giving you what you need in perfect timing. You can trust it. You don’t have to try to control everything anymore.

Breathe in and surrender that control.
Breathe out and remember it’s an illusion.

You don’t really have any control. You might have some subtle control over minute actions but it’s all happening without your thinking. If you didn’t think about what happened it would all still happen the same way it’s supposed to happen. You cannot control with your thoughts. Your only control is letting go of the thoughts.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feel the feeling right now of being in the right place at the right time. Thank you. It’s delight. It’s magick.
Thank you.

Breathe in and be delighted today.
Breathe out and surrender all the thinking about controlling, about timing.

It’s not up to you and the more you let go, the more it flows, the more perfect timing there is, the more you’re available to witness the perfect timing, to receive the perfect timing.

When you’re wrapped up trying to control a sequence of events, you don’t leave space for miracles, for magick, for mystery.

Breathe in and leave the space for magick.
Breathe out and let life lead the way.

Let yourself relax into life today. Let yourself be happy exactly where you are. Not needing anything to change. Not needing anything to finish. Not needing anything to move around. To cater to your desires. Your desires—getting them answered is not a predictor of happiness. You choose the happiness now and then your desires get answered but it doesn’t matter because you’re already happy and that’s why you’re a match to getting your desires answered. Today, get your desires answered by choosing to feel the way you would feel if you had them already.

Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Trust, it’s unfolding in your favor. Trust you’re already where you’re supposed to be. Let go right now of trying to control and decide to be happy where you are. There’s nowhere to go, nothing to change. If you can’t feel happy where you are right now, you can’t feel happy because it’s always right now. Today, right now, this moment, choose to feel the way you want to feel and then life will reflect it.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and smile because in the present moment everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and feel your body relax.

Feel your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Trust the process of life. Trust that whatever is happening is happening in your favor. You are in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Allow yourself to relax, to trust, to know that you are where you’re supposed to be.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Even if you don’t like it, even if you’re scared of it, even if you’re resisting it, say thank you. Flip that internal emotional switch. Change your perspective right now just by feeling gratitude and then the things you see will change.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Let your shoulders relax.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and feel your body relax more.

In the present moment, there is nothing to worry about. When you are present, you’re not thinking. You’re not worrying. You’re not stressing. When you are present, you are one with all that is.

Breathe in and be one with all that is.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Even the word “I,” the letter “I,” is a thought. I think this. I think that. I’m doing this. All thoughts, everything that starts with “I” is a thought. “I” is the first thought. You know that if you’re thinking “I” thoughts, you’re mind identified. You’re involved in the thought process.

Breathe in and get some space from your thought process.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

As soon as you start thinking “I,”—“I want this,” “I want that,” “I think this,” remind yourself, that’s how you know. You’re stuck in the mind. You’re separate. When you think “I,” you’re separating yourself from all the rest that is. When in reality, everything is one. It’s all god, indivisible.

Breathe in and notice where that “I” thought comes from.
Breathe out and relax into the inquiry.

“I.” Where is that “I” coming from? “I.” “I.” You know if you’re thinking “I,” you’re thinking, you’re separate, you’re ego-identified, you’re out of the flow.

Breathe in and rejoin the flow right now.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Without the thought process, without the “I,” there is only a subtle sense that you exist, just an awareness of what is.

You can express it in words by calling it the “am-ness.” When there isn’t the “I” of the thinking, there’s just “am-ness,” just existing, just “is-ness.”

Breathe in and step away from the thoughts.
Breathe out and just say “am” to yourself.

See if this one last word can be the thorn that plucks out the rest of the thorns.

“Am.”
“Am.”

Just say it once and try to catch that feeling, try to notice that it’s all one, that it’s all just awareness, that you don’t have to separate yourself with your preferences, with “I.”

Breathe in and be whole again.
Breathe out and just exist, one with life, one with God. No longer separate. When you’re “I,” you’re separate.

Today, surrender “I” and stay with the “am-ness.” “Am.” Just say the word “am” and feel the subtle sense of existing, of being aware.

Breathing in, “am.”
Breathing out, “am.”

There’s just the subtle “am-ness.” “I” is an illusion. “I” is not real. “I” is just a thought. You are not really separate. We are all one. Today, see if you can notice the oneness by disregarding the “I” thought and staying with the subtle sense of “am.” “Am.” “Am.”
