Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you always, always works. If you can catch that feeling of true gratitude, it will transform your life.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you. Feel your vibration shift. Feel that switch flip in your heart from overthinking, worrying, thinking about worst case scenarios, to relief, to trust, to knowing that it’s going to work out for you. It always does.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. This is your upper hand. When you say thank you to the things you don’t like, to the bad surprises, to the bad news, to the things that you don’t like about yourself—when you say thank you to these things, you get the upper hand right away. You’re telling life, I trust you. I trust you know what’s best for me. I don’t know what’s best for me. I trust you. I trust it’s working out for me. I trust this is happening in my favor.

Breathe in and trust the process of life today.
Breathe out and trust your role in it.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. But the question is, are you going to suffer or not? You may have pain throughout your day. Psychological, emotional, physical, whatever the pain is, it may be there, but it’s up to you whether you suffer or not, whether you get in your thoughts about your pain, making up stories, worrying about the worst case scenario, thinking everyone’s out to get you.

Breathe in and know it’s in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you and stop the overthinking.

Stop the worrying with thank you.

Breathe in and be confident today.
Breathe out and know it’s in your favor, and then you don’t have to be attached to outcome.

You can go into an interview and say thank you and not care if you get it or not because you know it’s happening in your favor. Something can happen that catches you off guard and it sounds bad at first and you say thank you and you feel it in your heart and then you see how it was in your favor. You didn’t get sick or you were spared some accident or you were spared something. When things don’t go the way you want them to do, it means something bigger and better is on the way. Say thank you and then you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and trust thank you.
Breathe out and trust yourself with thank you.

It’s all reflecting you. You’re the source. Make your own miracles today. Don’t wait. There’s no one else here. No one else is in control. You’re the source. So take your control back. Flip the switch with thank you.

Breathe in and control the one thing you can.
Breathe out and control your perspective.

Control the way you respond to reality. Control the way you look at things and when you choose to look at things a certain way, those things change based on how you look at them. When you look at something with gratitude, that thing becomes something in your favor. It’s like magic, but it’s just your natural power as the source of your experience.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Never forget the power of thank you. Feel it in your heart right now. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Even the things you think are happening against you. Even the things you do that you regret or don’t like—it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

Do it right now. Welcome feeling left out. Thank you. I chose to feel left out. Welcome feeling abandoned. Thank you. I chose to feel abandoned. Thank you. Welcome the contrast that makes me question my worth. Thank you. I wanted to question my worth. I wanted this. Thank you. Welcome too much free time. I wanted this. Thank you. Thank you too much free time. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and notice that when you look at your life and the things happening, and you accept the things as if you had chosen them, you say thank you, you start noticing the mental shift.

It did happen in your favor. You are grateful it went this way. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and relax. You can trust it.
Breathe out and say thank you to everything that happens that rubs you the wrong way, that makes you feel abandoned or lonely, that makes you hate yourself.

Say thank you to those things. Thank you for the things that make me hate myself. Thank you for the self loathing.
Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and notice it is happening in your favor.
Breathe out and notice the connections already forming.

Remember wanting what you currently have? Remember when the things that happened to you before, you thought they were bad at the time, but they ended up being in your favor? They ended up making you who you are today and you like who you are today. You do. You might wish you were perfect and made every choice right. But that’s not how it works.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

It is in your favor. And the sooner you can shift your perspective to thank you for the things you don’t like, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be. It’s all in your favor. You’re the creator. We’re just here for fun.

Breathe in and just be here for fun.
Breathe out and let yourself have fun today.

Breathe in and feel your power return.

You Are Not The One With Low Energy (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and remember it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and be in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and relax.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life. Everything ever created led up to right now, to you being here right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m tired. Yes, I’m disappointed my energy is waning. Yes, I am unfocused. Yes, I am seeking. Yes, I am craving. Yes, I am wondering what’s going to happen.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and make peace with what is.

Welcome fatigue. Welcome low energy. Welcome unfocusedness. Welcome, welcome.

Breathe in and just welcome what is.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

I chose to be unfocused. Welcome. I chose to feel low energy. Welcome. Welcome. I chose to feel uncertain. Welcome. I chose to feel anxious. Welcome.

Breathe in and keep relaxing into right now.
Breathe out and let yourself be still.

There is nothing wrong with where you are or what you’re doing. There is nothing wrong. What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and relax into right now.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Ask yourself, am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

When you ask, am I aware? It trumps everything else. It overcomes all of your discomfort, your low energy. You are not the one with low energy. You are the awareness containing the experience of low energy. It’s not you. And when you identify as pure awareness, you get a surge of energy. You feel better. You remember you’re infinite. You never were born. You never are going to die. You can relax and enjoy.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

Stop fighting what is and just be the awareness containing it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Let go of the thoughts, let go of the struggle. Everything is perfect and in its place. You get the impulse when it’s time. You know what to do when it’s time to do it. Until then, relax into pure awareness, who you really are. Stop fighting with what is. Stop fighting it, accept it as if you had chosen it. And you can do that just by asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and let that question still your mind.

Disperse the thoughts, disperse the resistance.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you get overwhelmed, when you start resisting, when you’re disappointed in your energy levels, go back to asking, am I aware? Be the awareness containing it and then the experience you don’t like is free to move on because you’re not pinning it into place with your attention and your resistance. Energy goes where attention flows. Put your attention on pure awareness. Expand the feeling of god within you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am now in the flow.

I am the awareness containing all that is.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

Thank you for this time. Thank you for everything happening in my favor.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and bring your attention into this moment.

Ask yourself, am I aware?

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

This is where you find what you’re looking for. This is what you’re looking for in drugs, food, alcohol, relationships, money, property, experiences, etc.

Breathe in and ask am I aware?
Breathe out and notice yes I am.

Awareness is the thing that makes up us all. It’s the thing we all have in common. It’s the one thing that never changes. Your awareness or your being is the one thing that’s permanent, that never goes away.

Breathe in and attach to the one thing that never goes away.
Breathe out and feel so stable.

When you ask “Am I aware?” and you rest your attention on that answer, that noticing, that awareness of awareness, you have no more problems because all problems are in the mind. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. And when you focus your awareness on awareness, your mind isn’t agitated it, so you’re peaceful. You don’t notice lack so you’re happy and you don’t feel separate from those you love. So you are love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and let yourself wake up in the dream.

You’ll know it when you catch it. You’ll remember it the moment that you look around and realize you are aware of being aware. This recognition—stay there. Be with that. Keep asking the question over and over and over. You won’t need the relationship, the money, the health. You won’t need anything to change when you are aware that you are aware.

Breathe in and remember this tree bears immediate fruit.
Breathe out and feel good now.

You want the relationship because you think you’ll feel better. You want the money because you think you’ll feel better. You want the property because you think you’ll feel better. You want the health because you think you’ll feel better. But what if you didn’t need anything to change to feel better, to feel good, to feel the way you want to feel, in love happy to be alive?

Breathe in and ask am I aware?
Breathe out and notice yes I am.

I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware I am happy to be alive. You know when you take acid or a psychedelic and you’re just so amazed that you exist in this miracle? That’s what being aware of being aware feels like. That knowing that this is magickal, special, holy, blessed, perfect.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

When you are aware that you are aware, you do not need anything to change. You do not need more, you do not need less, you do not need this or that. You are whole, you are perfect, you are complete. Everything isn’t so stressful and difficult. You won’t have to feel so responsible for everything you look at. All of your suffering is mental. Thinking. You may have pain in your body, sure, but suffering is in the mind, and when you keep your attention on being aware of being aware you don’t have to suffer anymore.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and welcome the miracles that flow when you’re just happy to be alive.

When you’re happy to be alive, life is happy to be you. The miracles flow to you. What you want comes but you don’t need it because you are already whole and complete.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and say, “Fuck the haters. Who gives a fuck?”

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

This is the best day of your life. Welcome it with open arms. Receive what you wanted today.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for what is.

Breathe in and welcome everything in front of you.
Breathe out and welcome this moment.

Yes, I’m so distracted. Yes, I am afraid my mic setup is messed up. Yes, I am distracted by my phone. Yes, I’m distracted by my power and the implications of “Thank you.” And if I start feeling the way I want to feel when I receive what I get, then I’m going to get it. And is that what I really want?

Breathe in and welcome what you wanted.
Breathe out and notice having is evidence of wanting.

You are going to get everything that you wanted. And when you receive it, you’re going to be like, “Wow. This feels like nothing. Of course, I’m getting this now. This is the next logical step, of course, but of course, I’m receiving this. I practiced this feeling. I wanted this. I created this.”

Breathe in and feel excited because you created this.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you,” and really feel it.

You created this. You’re going to get what you wanted today.

Breathe in and feel as good as you would feel if you received it.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you,” and really feel it.

Get excited. You’re going to receive it today. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and don’t be overwhelmed by your power.
Breathe out, and you don’t have to be intimidated by your power.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. And today, you are getting what you wanted.

Breathe in and feel excited to receive.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

It works just like this. You decide what you want. You feel the way you would feel if you got it. You forget about it, and then it comes. Your emotion creates. Your feeling creates. Whatever it is you want, just feel that way now. And it will come. It’s already coming. It’s here right now.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you.”
Breathe out and say, “Thank you,” and forget all the other thoughts.

Fuck the haters. Forget all of the doubts. Today, you are receiving. Today, you are being shown evidence of your power. You never have to wonder again. Just say, “Thank you,” and let it come to you.

Be The Miracle (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and remember it’s god’s plan.
Breathe out and surrender.

It’s all going to happen whether you think about it or not.

Breathe in and slow down into your breathing.
Breathe out and surrender trying to control.

It’s not up to you. If god wants you to do something, you’ll be put in the place to do it. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to scheme or plan. You can surrender.

Breathe in and let go of the control.
Breathe out and let go of the illusion of control.

It’s not up to you. However you think it’s gonna work out, it’s not going to work out like that.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust you will be in the right place at the right time.

When you’re needed to be somewhere, you’ll be there. When it’s time, it’s time. You don’t have to think about it anymore.

Breathe in and get out of the way.
Breathe out and smile.

You can feel relief now. You’re already doing everything right. You can trust that god or life or the universe or whatever you wanna call it is on your side, guiding your every move, your every breath, putting you where you need to be, when you need to be there, helping you make the decisions you need to make at the time you need to make them.

Breathe in and let go of the worries today.
Breathe out and surrender the caring, the worries, the wondering what you should do.

Wondering, should I do this? Should I do this? I wish I could do this. I wish I could help with this.

Breathe in and trust you are god.
Breathe out and trust in the miracles and the magick and the synchronicities of life.

You don’t have to get involved. You don’t have to strive. You don’t have to struggle. You don’t have to try. All you have to do is trust that you’re in the right place at the right time, that you’re doing everything right. And when it’s time for you to take action, you will know.

Breathe in and know god does everything perfectly.
Breathe out and get out of your own way right now.

Surrender. First, think about what you want. What is it that you want? I want to help someone feel better. I wanna help someone. What do you want?

Breathe in and think about how you’d feel if you got to help someone.
Breathe out and recognize the emotion you’re seeking for.

I wanna feel loved and needed. I wanna feel loved and needed. I want to feel needed, important, like I matter, like I’m wanted.

Breathe in and notice what you wanna feel.
Breathe out and feel that feeling now.

If I wanna feel loved and needed, it usually means my presence is wanted. And when my presence is wanted, that means I’m not present. It means I’m in my head, worrying, thinking, wishing, wondering. If I want my presence to be wanted, it means my presence is wanted by life, by god, by the universe. And it’s simple to be present. And when you’re present, that’s when the miracles come. That’s when you help without trying.

Breathe in and know your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

This question is supposed to take your attention off of your thoughts and rest it on the source of who you are. Awareness is who you are. Awareness is what makes up everything. Awareness is god. And when you ask, am I aware? your attention moves from the worries to the awareness. That’s how you become present. That’s how you wake up in the dream. And when you’re present, you’re a magnet for presence, for miracles, for magick.

Breathe in and be a magnet for magick today.
Breathe out and be the miracle that you wanna give someone else.

Be the miracle. And then you are the miracle and they will want you.

Breathe in and be the miracle by asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and welcome the miracles today.

Keep that question on your mind, on your heart. Whenever you notice the overthinking, the worrying, the wondering.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

This question will save you and it will save the people that you want to help.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and trust the answer.

Turn Your Grievances Into Your Powers (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you ever feel like you’re being taken for granted, ask yourself if you are taking things for granted first.

Breathe in and be the source of your experience.
Breathe out and turn your grievances into your powers.

Whatever you’re blaming someone else for, that’s what you’re doing. Whatever you’re accusing someone else of doing, that’s what you’re doing. Whatever you are criticizing someone else about, that’s what you’re criticizing about yourself.

Breathe in and look in the mirror.
Breathe out and feel your power returning.

If you feel like someone is wasting your time, are you wasting someone’s time? If you feel like someone’s being mean to you, are you being mean to someone? If you feel like you can’t trust someone, do you have things that people can’t trust about you?

Breathe in and have some integrity today.
Breathe out and take responsibility for how you feel and what you see in your reality.

It’s all you. It’s all a reflection of you.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and feel so empowered because you are the source.

If you want people to appreciate you, express appreciation. If you want to be thanked, give thanks. If you want to be loved, give love. You must take the first step. When you look in the mirror, you don’t wait for the reflection to do something before you do something. You move and the thing in the mirror moves. You’re the source. You’re the one making all of this happen. Instead of feeling guilty, you can feel powerful because right now you can change it all. Time is not linear. You can undo the past right now.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and be the source.

You just forgot your magick for a minute. This is your magick. You get to decide. You take the first step. You project what you want to see.

Breathe in and project what you want to see.
Breathe out and feel the feeling right now.

What do you want to see? I want someone to be happy to see me, to smile when they see me, to feel blessed to know me, to feel lucky to get to be around me. I want my presence to be wanted.

Breathe in and project what you want to see.
Breathe out and let your presence be wanted.

If you want to be thanked and appreciated, just feel thank you in your heart. Thank you. If you want your presence to be appreciated, ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and be appreciated today.
Breathe out and be the source.

You can either choose thank you and project gratitude and enthusiasm, and then you’ll get that back. Or you can choose, “Am I aware?” And then you’ll project peace and love and stillness and happiness. And that’s what you’ll get back. You can choose other mantras or other effective phrases that make you feel the way you want to feel. It doesn’t even have to be words. You just choose how you want to feel. You feel that way and then you see it reflected.

Breathe in and play the inner game.
Breathe out and win the outer game.

You Have The Power To Change It (transcript)

Breathe in and take your power back today.
Breathe out and remember you’re the source of your experience.

If there are things happening in your life that you don’t like, take responsibility for what you see. Is there anything else in your life that feels that way? Is there anything inside of you that feels that way?

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes, I’m in the middle of a made up drama that’s mostly my fault. Yes, I’m in the middle of a drama because I took something personally that I shouldn’t have. Yes, I am terrified that I am going to lose all that I worked for because of my own faults, because of my own misunderstanding, because I took something personally that I shouldn’t have. Yes, I’m so scared to lose what I have.

Breathe in and notice. Does anything else in your life feel like that?
Breathe out and notice. Does anything else in your life feel like you’re afraid to lose what you have, like you’re protecting what you have, like you’re greedy and you don’t have enough?

Breathe in and acknowledge your role in your experience.
Breathe out and welcome your role in your experience.

Just because you’re experiencing something that you don’t want doesn’t mean you’re stuck with it. If you have the power to create it, you have the power to change it.

Breathe in and take back your power.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Am I aware?

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, your attention does the no-thought thing of shifting from the thoughts to resting on the source of attention.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and welcome the awareness.

Awareness is god. Awareness is what everything is made up of.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Awareness is unconditional love. It doesn’t reject anything. It turns nothing away, no experience, no feeling, no thought.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you’d chosen it.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

You had chosen things to play out like this so that you can learn, so that you can grow, so that you can have realizations and epiphanies and human experiences, so that you can transcend and transmute and remember who you really are.

Breathe in and take your power back from your experience.

Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

It’s only your thoughts that have been making you feel so bad. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and make space for miracles.
Breathe out and know you’ll never find the answer in the mind.

Let the miracle come. And you do that by asking, “Am I aware?” And resting as you are, pure awareness, just being, accepting what is as if you had chosen it with love.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware of the mess I’ve made with my thoughts. I am aware I am the source and I have the power to change. I am aware that I am aware and I am now in the flow.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Decide to stop giving a fuck right now.

Breathe in and say I love myself.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck.

This is the best day of your life. Only your thoughts are making you feel bad. Whatever it is you’re resisting, say yes to it right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what you’re resisting.
Breathe out and say, I don’t give a fuck about what I’m resisting.

Yes, I feel like I have to do things I don’t want to do. I don’t give a fuck. Yes, I am worried about this tax situation. I don’t give a fuck. Yes, I am fighting with myself in my head. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck if I receive.

I don’t give a fuck! Today, let go of caring so much about every little thing. Every little thought that crosses your mind. I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say it. I don’t give a fuck.

I don’t give a fuck. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

I’m going to have a good day. Whether you like it or not, I’m going to have a good day. Whether I have shit to do or not, I’m going to have a good day. No matter what the thoughts tell me.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck to all those thoughts that are trying to follow you into this moment.

Banish them all with I don’t give a fuck. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and say it. I don’t give a fuck.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

To the taxes: I don’t give a fuck. To selling that house: I don’t give a fuck. To dealing with all of this administrative bureaucratic bullshit: I don’t give a fuck. To worrying about what other people think about what I’m going to do later: I don’t give a fuck. To worrying about what other people are doing with their money: I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and say I don’t give a fuck to every thought that’s causing you resistance.
Breathe out and really feel the feeling of not caring.

I don’t give a fuck. And you can feel when you say it. You do still give a very large fuck. For sure. It’s very difficult for me to say I don’t give a fuck about this tax return that I need to do. But what if I didn’t have to care? What if it didn’t matter if I did it or not? I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and smile. You don’t give a fuck today.

Your only job is to feel good and enjoy where you are right now. And if your thoughts are keeping you away from enjoying where you are right now, I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck to every little thought that passes through your pretty little head.

I don’t give a fuck. Embody this energy today. And even if you still give a fuck after trying to practice not caring, that’s okay. You tried to practice the feeling of what it would be like if you didn’t care. And if you didn’t care, it would all work out in your favor and you wouldn’t even care.

You don’t have to care. You can simply enjoy your life, loving being you in this body and not giving a fuck about the rest.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You don’t have to think ahead about what you’re going to say or do next.

You don’t have to plan or scheme. You can simply relax into right now and trust the impulse will come when it’s time.

Breathe in and trust the impulses coming.

Your intuition is so strong. You always know what to do. Your overthinking, your worrying—It can cover up your intuition. But if you take the time to slow down, to breathe, to flip the switch with thank you, you will see life already is the way you want it to be. And you’re receiving the information you need to make the next right action right now.

Breathe in and receive the information you need.
Breathe out and let the inspiration flow over you.

It’s the right place. It’s the right time. You’re doing everything right. There’s no need to think, to be clever. You don’t need to worry about the future or overanalyze the past to know exactly what to do next.

Breathe in and smile. That’s exactly what you should do next.
Breathe out and smile and feel it.

Feel the genuine smile you have when you say thank you and you really, really mean it. Thank you. Thank you. It could be like you’re receiving a compliment. Thank you. Thank you. It could be like you’re receiving a gift. Thank you. Thank you. It could be that you’re relieved that something didn’t happen. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and be a receiver.
Breathe out and receive what you want today.

You’re already in the feeling place of receiving. You already feel like you’re getting things. Like it’s all working out for you.
