Time For A New Version Of You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your fucking power lies.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and let all of that distraction go.

It’s time for a new era. It’s time for a new version of you.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

The only love you’re going to find is in your own heart. The only lasting happiness is in your own heart. Today stop looking to the world for satisfaction and start finding it, revealing it in your own self.

Breathe in and be your own drug today.
Breathe out and be in love with your own presence.

Ask yourself over and over, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and say, “Yes, I am.”

In the past, I’ve done this practice to get things. I’ve wanted to stabilize as pure awareness so that I can manifest the things I want in my physical life. But those things I manifested? They crumble, they go away, they don’t last. The only lasting happiness and love is in your own heart, in your own presence.

Breathe in and find comfort in your own presence.
Breathe out and let go of seeking comfort in the outside world.

There is no comfort outside of your own presence because it will go. If it’s comforting to you, it will leave and then you’ll be uncomfortable again. Everything goes, other than your own presence.

Breathe in and find the safety of your own presence.
Breathe out and relax into the safety and security and love of your own presence.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and ask, “Yes, I am aware.”

Cut through the bullshit of your thoughts. Cut through it with, “Am I aware?” And do this inquiry without expecting to get anything out of it. Do it without trying to manifest with it. Do it for the sake of doing it. Even if you get manifestations out of it, they’re going to leave. The only permanence is your own presence. Rest in your own presence.

Breathe in and say yes, to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome the disruptions and distractions. Welcome the things messing up your timing and your plans. Welcome the disappointment. Welcome the winds of change.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathe out, “Yes, I am.”

Stop looking to the world for your satisfaction. Stop looking to the world for your love. It’s going to disappoint you and if it doesn’t disappoint you, it will simply leave and that will disappoint you.

Breathe in and stop needing to manifest anything.
Breathe out and stop needing anything to change.

Relax into the safety of your own presence. Your presence is the only permanence. Your presence is the only true comfort. Your presence is god, that’s why. And god is love, however you want to put it. When you rest in your own presence, you are whole and in love and one with god.

Breathe in and see this reality for what it is, a dream.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

You can have fun. Consider this your permission slip to have fun because it’s not serious. But it’s also not permanent and nothing you get is permanent.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

Find the love in your own presence. Find the safety in your own presence. Find the relief in the connection and the love of your own presence.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

Blissfully In The Presence (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart. Thank you. Thank you.

Allow yourself to step into your own fucking power today. Remember who you are. Be pure awareness and enjoy your life today.

Breathe in and welcome your blessings.
Breathe out and see how everything that’s happening is a blessing.

Say thank you to it and you can see the silver lining. Say thank you to it and you can see how it’s in your favor. Every little thing you think is happening against you is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and stop taking everything so seriously.

You don’t have to save anyone else. You don’t have to change yourself. All you can do is rest in the presence of god and let the miracles come to you.

Breathe in and let the miracles come to you today.
Breathe out and be a magnet for miracles.

You don’t have to try. You don’t have to strive. You don’t have to struggle to get what you want. All you need to do is feel whole and complete in this moment and then the things that you think will make you whole and complete come to you. The things that you want that you think are missing will be revealed to be already in your life when you relax and stop seeking for them.

Breathe in and stop the seeking today.
Breathe out and let the seeking go.

Nothing outside of you is gonna make you feel better. No drug, no food, no relationship, no circumstance, no event, no property. Not even changes in your own body are gonna make you feel better. You have to choose it and then you see the changes.

Breathe in and choose it right now.
Breathe out and feel confident in your ability to be the source of your reality.

It’s not even an ability. It’s what’s happening. You’re the source, period. You now have a choice what you want to project, what you want to receive back.

Breathe in and decide what you want.
Breathe out and acknowledge it right now.

I just want to be so in love with my own presence that I don’t care what happens in the outside world. I want to so thoroughly enjoy each moment that I am breathing in this body that it doesn’t matter what happens, that every moment is the same because I am blissfully in the presence of god.

Breathe in and be blissfully in the presence of god.
Breathe out and let that be your answer today.

What you want will come to you if you rest blissfully in the presence of god and that is your choice. That’s what’s up to you today. You don’t need to do any kind of spiritual trickery or spellcasting or martyrdom, sacrifice, suffering. You don’t need any of that to be blissfully in god’s presence. You choose it. And you choose it by using a technique such as asking, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” or you say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.” Or you chant something like, “Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.” You count.

The whole goal is to get a break from the thoughts. The thoughts are the only thing making you feel bad. The thoughts are the only thing separating you from god. That’s the free will that god gave you, thinking. And when you let the thoughts go or you transcend them and see them for what they are and you don’t let them affect you anymore, you’re in the presence of god. Today blissfully exists in the presence of god.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I am identified as the thing we all have in common. God is just awareness and when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you do the no-thought thing of becoming aware. Just do that and then you’re blissfully in the presence of god.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am blissfully in the presence of god and I don’t need anything else.”

Accept It As If You Had Chosen It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and get out of your own way.

Only the thoughts are making you feel bad.

Breathe in and get some distance from your thoughts.
Breathe out and surrender to this moment.

Let yourself be the still, alert presence.

Breathe in and accept this moment exactly as it is.
Breathe out and relax into this moment exactly as it is.

There’s nothing to resist. There’s nothing to change. If you can accept this moment just the way it is, as if you’ve chosen it yourself, you will feel peaceful, you will feel love, you will feel relaxed, and things you want will come to you because you’re not fighting and resisting and pushing things away by caring.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and just accept what is right now.

Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I’m craving. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I’m irritated. Yes, I’m wondering what someone else is doing. Yes, I am resisting what is.

Breathe in and acknowledge your resistance.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

The resistance is just thinking. The resistance is just resisting what is, thinking that some future moment will be better. But it’s always right now. It’s always this moment. It can’t be any better than this moment right here.

Breathe in and accept this moment as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and accept what is exactly as it is as if you had chosen it.

Let go of the resistance and you will no longer suffer.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and relax into the still, alert presence that you are.

Breathe in and stop indulging in thinking.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts.

Stand up to your thoughts right now. Step into your power. Remember who you are. You are god in human form. You are a powerful witch. You don’t have to take this abuse from the thoughts.

Breathe in and be the still, alert presence.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

It’s all unfolding perfectly in your favor. The sooner you let go, the sooner it will flow.

Breathe in and stop fighting what is.
Breathe out and say thank you to what is.

This is the reason saying thank you on repeat is so powerful because it helps you accept the moment as it is. It helps you acknowledge all the things you’re fighting about this moment. And instead you say thank you, I know it’s in my favor, even though you don’t know why yet. You know from life experience that everything that has ever happened to you has led up to right now. And in this moment you have no problems. What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Feel your innocence returning. Thank you. Thank you. It’s all happening in your favor, especially right now. Thank you. Thank you. Trust this feeling. Trust that god is on your side.

Breathe in and accept this moment as it is.
Breathe out and be so grateful for this moment as it is.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Get The One Thing That’s Missing From Your Life (transcript)

The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and get the one thing that’s missing from your life right now: the god.

Breathe in and know the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and realize for yourself the only thing ever missing is god.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember you have the god right here right now.

You access the god by asking, “Am I aware?” and joining the awareness you already are. Or you ask, “Who am I?” and you see you’re nothing but this. Or you say, “Thank you.” And you see how god’s right here helping you in this second, giving you what you want right now.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and know it for sure, for sure, for sure. The only thing ever missing is god.

When you want more money, you’re looking for the security of god. When you’re looking for love from other people, you’re looking for the love of god, unconditional love. When you want health, you’re looking for the safety of god. The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and get the god right now.
Breathe out and relax into the god that is right now.

You already have what you think is missing, the god. You think that there are physical reality things that you need to feel better, but I promise you the only thing that’s missing, that’s making you unhappy is god. And really the only thing blocking god is the thoughts.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and smile.

It can be easy. The only thing missing is god. The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and see the god right here.
Breathe out and relax into this moment because this is god right here, right now.

It’s not going to come in a different time. It’s not going to come in a different way. It’s already here. It’s this. This is it. This is the god. This is the thing that’s missing from your life. Awareness of right now.

Breathe in and keep remembering the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and remind yourself that all day the only thing missing is god.

The only thing missing is god. The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and feel more complete already.
Breathe out and know you don’t need anything else to change.

You don’t need more money. You don’t need more health. You don’t need more love. You only need to recognize what you already are right here right now. This is it. This is the god.

Breathe in and see the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and recognize there’s nothing missing when you are aware.

When you remind yourself the only thing missing is god, it’s easy to remember it’s right here. It’s easy to get the thing you want.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

When you are aware that you are aware, you are aware of god. God is just awareness. This reality is just awareness.
It’s all just made of awareness. It’s not serious. Just let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and find the god right here right now.

Nothing needs to change. You don’t need to change. It’s right here. Let god take you. Let it be easy. Let yourself be free.

Who Am I Who Is Suffering? (transcript)

Breathe in and bring your attention into this present moment.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go of the thoughts. Let go of the worries. Let go right now.

Breathe in and ask, who am I who has to let go?
Breathe out and investigate.

Who am I who has something to let go? Who am I?

Breathe in and slow down into the inquiry.
Breathe out and really look: who am I who has something to let go?

Breathe in and see how it’s just a thought.
Breathe out and notice how it’s just a collection of thoughts about yourself based in conditioning that unconsciously make you feel like you have to do things a certain way.

Breathe in and become aware of your conditioning.
Breathe out and smile because you can say fuck that conditioning.

Let it go today. Let yourself relax into the question, who am I?

Breathing in who am I?
Breathing out who am I?

Let this question suck your attention back into center, back into the source, back into this moment.

Breathing in who am I?
Breathing out who am I?

Who am I who is thinking about the future? Who am I who is so worried about what’s going to happen later? Who am I who wants attention and affection? Who am I?

Breathe in and rest in the question.
Breathe out and diligently stick to this question today.

Anytime you notice yourself suffering, who am I who is suffering? It’s the thoughts. It’s just the thoughts. Who you really are is just this. Just awareness. That’s it. There’s no central core. There’s no bundle of things that make up who you are. It’s just experiencing.

Breathe in and ask who am I?
Breathe out and investigate.

Who am I? Who am I who is craving? Someone who wants approval. Someone who wants success. Someone who wants to feel safe because they’ve been productive today.

Breathe in and ask who am I that wants to be safe?
Breathe out and investigate. Who am I who wants to be safe?

A body? A little scared child? But all of those things are just conditioning, thoughts, memories, not who you really are.

Breathing in, who am I who wants to know?
Breathing out, who am I who is investigating?

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and notice the pile of thoughts surrounding you.

The deluge of thoughts that’s making up your reality. You don’t have to think about any of it. You want to be safe. You want to be free. You want to be loved. All of those things come when you surrender the thoughts and relax into the investigation of, who am I?

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

There’s no answer in words. There’s no answer in thought. The answer is being. Just existing, just experiencing, just awareness.

Breathe in and rest in, who am I?
Breathe out and let this tree bear immediate fruit.

When you relax into the inquiry of who am I, you make peace and space for miracles to arise.

Let yourself relax right now.

Breathe out and welcome what is.

Allow yourself to accept and embrace all of the blessings that are right in front of you right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

You must become it to see it, so become it right now.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feel this feeling in your heart. It’s your magnet that is drawing things to you. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and surrender to your day.
Breathe out and surrender to god’s plan.

Your only control is letting go. Today, as you go about your day, welcome and accept everything in the present moment as if you had chosen it yourself.

Breathe in and accept it all.
Breathe out and accept it all as if you had chosen it.

In the moment that you are facing a problem or something you don’t like, remind yourself, “Accept this as if I had chosen it. Accept this as if I had chosen it.”

Breathe in and let your guard down.
Breathe out and notice how it’s all in your favor.

The second you start to accept and welcome things as if you had chosen them, you see how they’re in your favor and they change. The things you resist go away when you stop resisting them.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and know that you did choose this all.

You chose this experience, you wanted this. Having is evidence of wanting.

Breathe in and welcome and accept what is.
Breathe out and practice this in your life today.

In the moment you are in a situation where you’re like, “Oh, I don’t like this. I wish this would change. I want to fight this. I want to get away from this,” center yourself and say, “I welcome this as if I had chosen it.” And notice how that changes your perspective, your attitude. You start to see how life already is the way you want it to be. You start to see how it is in your favor. You start to see how the thing you’re resisting is not that bad at all. It’s just your mind, your conditioning. It’s just the thoughts. Only your thoughts are making you feel bad. And when you let yourself wake up in the dream by becoming present with whatever technique, then you can see how it is in your favor.

This moment is bliss. This moment is god. There’s nothing to fight. It’s all god.

Breathe in and accept it as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and work with this present moment.

Work with what you have. Be grateful for what you have and then you’ll see the reason why you have it.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you.”
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.”

Saying, “Thank you. I know it’s in my favor,” is the same thing as welcoming and accepting it as if you had chosen it. Trust yourself. This is all you. This was your big idea, this physical reality thing. Trust yourself. Trust that it is happening for you.

Breathe in and accept this reality as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and accept the present moment as if you had personally picked it out.

Accept it as if you looked at a menu and you said, “I want this to happen at this time.” And then you’ll notice how you are getting what you wanted.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you for what is.”
Breathe out and be so free.

In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Thank you. Thank you.

You are this presence. You are this existence, this reality. You are this.

Breathe out and remember you are it.

You are god in human form. You are the awareness of awareness.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Just let it all go. Let it all go. Let it all go. Let it go.

Breathe in and let the thoughts settle.
Breathe out and let it slow down.

Just relax into your breathing for a few moments. Let yourself settle like a dirty glass of water. Let the dirt settle at the bottom. See the clarity now.

Breathe out and slow down into this moment.

Be still and know.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

You are the source. Quit looking to the outside world to determine how you feel, how you are. Only you can determine how you are.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

You are never going to get it done. You are never going to finish. You are never going to get it right. You can just relax and enjoy right now. That’s the purpose. That’s the point. Can you enjoy right now?

Breathe in and let yourself enjoy right now.
Breathe out and smile because there’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Right now you are safe. Right now you are protected. Right now you are free.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Let yourself enjoy right now. Turn on your engine. Start your heart. Get the feelings of gratitude there. Reveal them. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Let the thoughts go. That’s what’s making you suffer. That’s what’s causing all of the pain.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and be still and know.

Yes, I am aware. When I am aware that I am aware, I am at peace because my mind is not agitated. When I am aware that I am aware, I am happy because I’m not focused on lack. And when I am aware that I am aware, I feel love because I don’t notice separation. All love is, is absence of separation.

Breathe in and notice the absence of separation.
Breathe out and just relax into the wholeness of eternity, of this moment.

It’s always right now. You can always feel bliss. You are always that awareness, no matter what happens in the world. It’s just a dream.

Breathe in and stop being so affected.
Breathe out and affect your reality.

You are the source. You are the creator. And once you take your power back, stop letting yourself be affected, and start affecting life, you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

Know that you are safe. Know that you are the presence of god. Know that I AM is the presence of god. That’s you. The notion I AM, that’s the knowing that you are aware. Stay with that knowing today. Stay in the knowing.

Breathe in and know it’s all working out for you now.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are safe.

You are free and you are the one in power.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

Whatever it takes for you to practice a little stillness throughout the day, that’s all you need to center yourself and live within the miracles that already exist.

As you go about your day, whenever things start happening against you, remember to say thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Train yourself to look for evidence that this is true. Everything that happens to you is happening for you, not to you.
Everything is in your favor.

Breathe in and take back the upper hand.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you, thank you. Whatever you’re stressed about, thank you. Doctor’s appointments, thank you. Money issues, thank you. Relationship problems, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep relaxing into this moment.
Breathe out and let go of the worries.

Let go of the judgments. Decide today you’re going to forgive everyone around you and you are going to live in peace.

Breathe in and forgive.
Breathe out and think about it right now.

Who do you need to forgive? Who needs your forgiveness in your life? Imagine that person right now and say to yourself, “I forgive you.”

Breathe in and forgive those who have wronged you.
Breathe out and forgive them.

They didn’t do it on purpose. It wasn’t malicious. They did the best they could with the knowledge they had at the time. If you can forgive this person or the circumstance, you will be relieved of the poison of anger and resentment in your body.

Breathe in and forgive today.
Breathe out and feel how much more one with god you are when you forgive.

It’s not that you become better than the person that you’re forgiving, but they can no longer harm you. You can see them with compassion like they’re little children. Whoever needs your forgiveness today, give them this blessing and know that even if you forgive them, it doesn’t mean that you become a doormat and that they’re going to walk all over you. It just relieves you of the poison. The forgiveness is so that you can feel better.

Breathe in and forgive that person.
Breathe out and let the anger go.

To everyone in your life who crosses your path or who crosses you, I love and accept and forgive you exactly the way you are.

Breathe in and be one with god today.
Breathe out and forgive and forgive and forgive and forgive.

Relieve yourself of the poison. Become your own antidote. You are the antidote to your suffering.

Breathe in and forgive.
Breathe out and be flexible and flowing.

You can go about your day now in love and in peace. You are free from the poison and you are now in the flow.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and surrender your worries.

Surrender thinking about things outside of this moment.

Breathe in and welcome your thoughts as they are.
Breathe out and welcome what is as it is.

Welcome disappointment. Welcome frustration. Welcome uncertainty. Welcome feeling bad for someone else. Welcome worry. Welcome criticism. Welcome self-judgment. Welcome stress. Welcome feeling defeated. Welcome wanting to give up. Welcome.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

The time is going to pass either way. The things that you dread are never as bad as you expect. Your worries never really come to fruition.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and let yourself just be here now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

No matter what has happened, no matter what you have done, no matter what has been done to you, you can always restore the years the locusts have eaten by asking, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

I am aware that I am aware. When I am aware I have no problems because I’m not agitated, so I’m at peace. My mind isn’t focused on lack so I feel happy and I don’t notice any separation from anything or anyone that I love so I feel love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.

And if your mind just won’t shut up, if the asking, am I aware? just isn’t working, if you can’t settle enough to access that space, that breath of being thought-free, then just go back to thank you.

Thank you is the only magic spell you need, the only prayer you need.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you thank you.

Whatever is happening, even if it’s something you did to your own damn self, it’s in your favor. Everything is in your favor. It’s all for the highest good, your greatest good, the greatest good.

Breathe in and access the greatest good.
Breathe out and surrender with thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, I know the time crunch is in my favor. Thank you, I know my own impulsive decisions are in my favor. Thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Even if you feel like you’re faking it, it doesn’t matter. You’ll start to crack open your heart. You’ll start to remember what it feels like to be grateful for real.

Feel how innocent you are. No matter what you’ve done, when you say thank you for the way things are, you become a magnet for more to be grateful for.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts pulling you out of the now.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Just breathe and watch yourself for a moment.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

Notice the I am. Say to yourself, I am. And don’t add anything else. I am.

Breathe in and notice your presence.
Breathe out and let the words “I am” help you notice your presence.

I am. I exist.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

This is who you really are. Just presence, just awareness, no personal history, no background, just presence.

Breathing in, I am.

Wake yourself up in the dream. I am. Allow your attention to transfer from the worries to the presence. Transfer from the worries to the presence right now.

Trust the presence. If you let the thoughts go, you’ll feel better. You don’t need anything to change. You don’t need better health. You don’t need more money. You don’t need more relationships. You don’t need more love. You don’t need anything to change. You only need to drop the thoughts and focus on your presence and you’ll feel better.

Asking, am I aware? is the same technique. Who am I? Whatever technique you want to use to focus on presence. Do it now and you’ll have a much better day.

And when you get that breath of relief from the break in the thoughts, you’ll feel better. And when you feel better, you attract better feeling thoughts.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Stand up to the thoughts right now. You feel bad because you’re worried. You feel bad because you’re thinking unconsciously.

Stand up to the thoughts right now. Bring the energy through. Clear out the old thoughts. Clear out the old energy. This is a new beginning right now. I am the new beginning.

I am is the new beginning you’re looking for. I am is the new start to your diet. The new job, the new relationship, the new love, the new season. It’s I am and it’s right here. Take it.

Don’t complicate it by thinking about it. You don’t have to think about I am. Your mind will never grasp it. Your mind doesn’t understand. Your mind is what is adding on everything. I am is before the thoughts. Be the I am. Stay with the I am. You will be refreshed. You will feel better. You will attract better feeling thoughts. You don’t have to try to think yourself into solutions. You feel better and the solutions come.

Breathing out, I am.

This is the drug you’re looking for. This is the miracle you’re looking for. I am. It’s subtle. It’s simple. It’s already here. Nothing needs to change. You just need to look at it. Just look at the I am.

When things start going wrong, I am. When you see something you don’t like, I am. When you notice other people’s problems, I am. When the worries come, I am. Be the presence.
