Remember Your Magick (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and relax your body. Let those thoughts go.

Just let them go. Decide to leave it up to god. Decide to let go of your responsibility. Thinking about it isn’t going to solve anything.

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I suffering or am I that which is aware of the suffering?”

Breathe in and really look.
Breathe out and ask again, “Am I suffering or am I that which is aware of suffering?”

You are that which is aware. You are the awareness. You are always the awareness. And there you can rest and let the suffering pass.

Breathe in and let the suffering pass.
Breathe out.

And just acknowledge what’s here. Welcome sadness. Welcome heartbreak. Welcome pain. Welcome second-guessing. Welcome sadness. Welcome broken heart. Welcome.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Relax your body right now.

Breathe in and remember it’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you. It’s all in your favor.

I know this to be true. I know this with every cell in my body to be true. It’s in your favor. And even if it’s causing suffering right now, you’re learning from it. You’ll do better next time.

Breathe in and welcome the suffering.
Breathe out and make space for the suffering.

Welcome suffering. Welcome. Welcome sadness. Welcome heartbreak. Welcome. Welcome suffering. Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome your suffering.
Breathe out and know it’s the only way to dissolve it—is by welcoming it.

When you welcome the suffering, you surround it in loving awareness.

Breathe in and be the loving awareness.
Breathe out and be the loving awareness.

Are you suffering or are you that which is aware of the suffering?

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Don’t forget your magick. The suffering is such a heavy blanket that weighs on you and makes you forget your magick, but you have the magick. You always do. It’s under the suffering and the suffering is just thinking. It’s just thinking!

Breathe in and remember your magick.
Breathe out and know it’s always with you. Always, always, always.

And you can access it in two easy ways today.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and say yes, I am aware.

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, you realize you really are the unconditional love holding everything. There’s space for everything, good or bad.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you for the suffering. That’s the other way out.

You use your magick by welcoming and by staying as awareness.

And thank you is an easy way to welcome what is. Thank you for the suffering. Thank you for the new perspective. Thank you for the sadness. Thank you for the death. Thank you for the death. Thank you for the death. Thank you for the death. I love death.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and remember your magick. Yes, I am aware.

When you are aware, you have no problems. The problems are just thoughts. And when you become aware, the thoughts lose their power.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is the best day of your life. Feel it right now and you will see it.
